Ch. 67 - The Resurrection of the Demon Monster II
Li Yong started to run out of energy within half an hour of encountering a demonic monster, the power of that monster was monstrous and beyond human reason. He wasn't even sure the Imperial Pillar would be able to fight a draw against the monster.
While Lang was experiencing quite a lot of bleeding which resulted in his strength gradually decreasing, the golden light from his body started to fade after that. While the demonic monsters continued to attack them mercilessly, the great power it unleashed was terrifying and in no way diminished even though it had unleashed many moves.
"Damn! How's this?!" Lang began to panic when the monster again issued a middle of nowhere that was never used by humans, certainly the technique is very deadly. The forest around them that had been destroyed because of that demon had already answered how terrifying this demonic power was.
"Keep attacking him, we'll have to get the demon gemstone out of him!" exclaiming Li Yong raised his staff, he advanced with the rest of his strength. Given that the resurrection of the devil was a great threat to all humans, he had to try his best to stop it.
A golden ball of light gathered in Lang's mouth as he opened his mouth, the ball hurtling towards the monster at high speed.
"Destroyed." Xin Fai's hands clenched as if catching the ball from a distance. Then Lang was made dumbstruck, the ball in great force was eroding in the air slowly, and then disappeared without a remnant.
"What is this power?! We're both not gonna be able to fight it!"
Of course the same thing was felt by Li Yong, instead he understood the situation better from the start. He wanted to buy time until reinforcements arrived, it should be a while longer for the priest of the Lotus Temple to come to this place.
And sure enough, just thinking of reinforcements, a young man came with an iron rod in his hand and was followed by dozens of other priests. The man was Tao Wei, the Supreme Master who was currently the most senior Priest in his sect. His strength is much higher than the others.
While it came also some of the other best senior priests of the Lotus Temple, the news that Li Yong had given them really shocked them and directly deployed reinforcements without a second thought.
"That's right... This demon has truly been reborn..." Tao Wei was stunned by the surrounding conditions, all had been blown away.
"Quick install the demon seal formation! We don't have time!"
The nine priests with the highest strength scattered at nine different points within a hundred meters and made Xin Fai's body the midpoint in the formation. Li Yong withdrew to retreat with Lang who was also severely injured. They need to recover first.
"Want to seal me? It's not that easy!" Xin Fai who was floating in the air again moved his hand, instantly hundreds more wind blades were eyeing the entire priest at the nine points of the formation.
The other priests protected the priests who were in formation, this devil sealing ritual should not be disturbed. If it fails, it must be repeated from the beginning.

The priest no longer cared about himself, he cut off his arm fearlessly. He does not care about his own arms and most importantly carries out the duties of his Supreme Master.
"Oh. It turns out that your current generation is the same as before. I admit it," the monster could only smile on his side. He deeply remembered, the oldest sect in this world was formed because of the presence of a Devil like him back then.
While the rest of the priests were trying to trick themselves into not attacking the priest who was in the formation, the Devils were trying to shake off their attacks without any significant difficulty.
A moment of golden white light appeared on the ground forming a ninth-sided with ancient Chinese letters moving around their formation. The Devil Sealing Science had begun but the monster did not allow that to happen.
With the power of the gods equivalent to those monsters, it was certain that many lives were lost to it. Tao Wei had brought along thirty of the best priests from the Lotus Temple, and their strength was on par with Li Yong, yet none of them had managed to touch even a single demonic beast.
The sealing formation continued to be broken by the demon monsters making them have to restart from the beginning several times. It made Tao Wei, one of the Pillars of the Shang Empire for the first time feel despair.
"I want to see your desperate face again after seeing this," the monster let go of the wind blade again, but this time the wind blade mixed with the Hell Flame Devil.
"Life or death we must defeat this demon!" Tao Wei shouted boldly, he could not blame the circumstances for everything that happened. One day, however, the Demon Monster would rise again, and he did not expect his birth to come when he was already dusk.
Hearing that command his juniors fended off all the attacks that came quickly.
"beat me? Touching me just can't, don't dream!"

The sound of a rumble like being at the bottom of the sea made Xin Fai wake up, he held his head in great pain. It took him a few seconds until he recalled everything that had happened.
Xin Fai stared at the demonic monster before her that was closing her eyes, she clenched her teeth furiously.
"Return me!" xin Fai suddenly shouted loudly, the huge monster before him opened one of his three eyes slowly.
"You can get it back as long as you leave this Lotus Temple."
"Don't joke! I've come a long way and fought desperately to get to this place!"
"You're really disrespectful to me. Let me tell you, I could've killed everyone closest to you if you'd gone against me."
Xin Fai's teeth were trembling violently, she realized Li Yong and Lang must be in danger. His body must be being taken over and obviously with the body the monster can harm them.
A bad premonition returned to ambush him, Xin Fai knew something bad had happened out there seeing the demon monster trying to maintain its concentration while speaking.
"Give me back, you crazy monster!"
Xin Fai let out a golden light that moved quickly around him, with Light Steps he ran intent on attacking the demon monster.
Because it had absolutely no sword Xin Fai could only perform physical attacks.
"The Crescent Kick!"
The monster repelled easily using his hands, he was visibly bothered by Xin Fai's actions.
"You really want to die."
"Don't test my patience, give me back my body or I–"
"What can a weak man like you do?"
The scorching words made Xin Fai's chest as if it was burning with fire, she stared fiercely at the demon.
