Ch. 14 - Wife of Mayor Huo - Jia Li
Teo's face was getting sour, he was really saturated while waiting for Mael. It has been 30 minutes Mael has not come out of the bathroom and currently Teo continues to eat snacks in front of him.
While putting in his mouth snack, Teo continued muttering, "it's true kapret the boy, shower like a woman. If he's ready, I'll have to bring all this stuff."
After a long time, Mael came. And when Teo realized his presence, he immediately threw a large bag containing a sword and lunch.
"A long time you, like a woman. You wear skirts!!! Bring this!!!" Teo snapped at him who immediately threw the bag.
Mael catches their luggage swiftly and replies to Teo's words, "you're like you've been waiting for a woman to take a bath." After saying those words, Mael immediately set out ahead of Teo.
While Teo stood up and hit the table that had been his backrest.
Braakk.... "Damn it, he replied to me," muttered Teo who immediately walked over and locked the door.
On the way to the city, the two friends use lightning steps to get there faster. Trees, rock cliffs they avoid with shrewdness.
At lunch, the two friends turned their heads and said the same word, "you hear that?" Teo and Mael stood up and ran towards the sound.
The distance between the source of the sound and them rests very far. But their sense of hearing is so sensitive. Teo's hearing was sharpened because of the power of the devil who had risen perfectly, while Mael was due to the dragon blood flowing in his blood.
Within a short distance, they saw a woman asking for help because she was attacked by a forest spirit. Mael immediately said to his best friend, "I will get rid of the spirit, you protect the girl!"
Teo stopped his lightning steps right in front of the girl. The robe that Teo wore blocked the sight of the girl sitting in fear towards the forest spirit.
Mael quickly kicked the forest spirit with his knee. The forest spirit immediately woke up and realized that the one he was fighting had the aura of a dragon and a demon. Soon after that the forest spirit instantly left the three of them towards the more lush forest interior.
Teo sees the spirit of the forest has left them and soon Teo flips his body and extends a hand to the girl. "You all right?" ask Teo.
The girl immediately welcomed Teo's hand, "i'm Rosa, thank you for saving me."
Rosa lowered her gaze, and her cheeks began to turn red in embarrassment. "I'm fine, thanks for saving me."
"Hey, pretty girl, why are you in the woods alone. It's dangerous if you're attacked by a spirit. If you are attacked by a beast you can fight back and even hurt it. But if it's a spirit like that, I'm sure you can't attack it" said Mael, who brought his face closer to 1 cm with Rosa's face.
A shocked Rosa slapped Mael to the point where he fell, "sorry I didn't mean to. But if anyone arrives to bring his face closer, I will unconsciously slap him."
Teo laughed seeing Mael holding his cheek which started to turn red due to Rosa's slap. "What are you doing in this forest all by yourself?" Ask Teo.
"I will go to the city to sell my sword, until I accidentally meet the spirit of the forest" answered Rosa who showed me the package containing her sword.
"You can make a sword?" teo asked casually while Rosa nodded her head enthusiastically.
Teo who understood Rosa's explanation immediately asked if Rosa knew how to make a sword from the dragon's claws. Rosa replied, "I know how to make a sword out of dragon claws. But the raw materials are very difficult to obtain. Why did Brother Teo ask about the sword from the dragon's claw?" Not yet Teo explained, Mael immediately held both shoulders Rosa.
"How do I make it?" Rosa subconsciously landed a slap for the second time.
"Ouch... What's wrong?" Mael stroked her cheeks that were flushed like apples.
"I'm sorry you're Mael, you're too close. As my apology, I will explain how to cultivate dragon claws into swords. Mael immediately used lightning steps and left Teo and Rosa alone.
