Ch. 279 - Gifts and Curses
The flag of the Shang Empire fluttered fiercely in the wind, entering an area that became a frightening specter for a group of white flow warriors. That's where the demons reside, those humans who have no compassion for their fellow humans, the Blood Demon Man.
As it was once said that their gates were made with layers of heavy metal that were very difficult to penetrate. Xin Fai paused for a while, facing towards their gate that was hundreds of meters away from where his horse stopped.
His gaze fell on Liu Fengying who was already more waiting for their arrival, it is undeniable that for the past month the Shang Empire has openly declared that it will wage a great war against the Blood Devil Man in an effort to defend humanity.
This caused a lot of trouble, although for several years the enemy suffered a major setback but it cannot be underestimated that their numbers still remained in control of the Shang Empire. And in this battle just as Xin Fai had expected them to send their members to the main headquarters. Because that's where the heart of their group is.
"Everything ready! Don't be afraid to kill demons, sharpen your swords to defend the weak!"
The weapons pointed upwards signified that the horse troops standing in the front row were ready to fight and were led directly by Xin Fai. While the enemy had prepared to pull the fire bow in his hand.
Before how long the bird demon began to rule the sky, Xin Fai did not expect their numbers to be this many. Without worrying about more he immediately advanced to hit the enemy, the troops have already been brought. There's no reason to back off anymore.

The sound of the clattering of horse legs echoing made the earth tremble, thousands of cavalry began to attack towards the gates of their headquarters.
Liu Fengying lowered her hand which in an instant made the Demon Blood Humans unleash fiery arrows, fortunately the cavalry had been equipped with shields.
But the obstacle is that the horse they ride does not escape the long-range attack.

Xin Fai shouted shortly after Liu Fengying called out, now the two of them are the leaders of the two camps. Liu Fengying drew a sly smile convinced that Xin Fai trembled after seeing the ferocity of its members.
Seeing that thousands of horses had stopped in front of the gate Liu Fengying intended to have his troops slaughter directly all those who disturbed his territory, of course without having to make the headquarters damaged.
But compared to all that there are only ten horses that remain in motion, without trepidation or fear. On it were each ridden by a swordsman with a black robe and a covered head.
One member of the Blood Devil Man initially did not care much about the peculiarity but he could not ignore the movements of his rider who was quite stiff. He shot one of the riders who immediately fell lying on the ground stiffly.
"Dam... It's doll!" His shout after that, drew the bow even faster and managed to hit the others.
Liu Fengying realized the peculiarity, she started to reason what was going on but unfortunately it was too late. Now ten horses were about to arrive in front of the towering stone wall protecting the headquarters.
While Xin Fai was aiming from afar, that one bow he could shoot three arrows at once. Xin Fai did so without hesitation, as the arrows were released instantly the sound of an explosion that was like splitting the sky.
BOOM UP!
The ten horses carrying explosives were properly targeted, now the stone wall collapsed making the people standing on it fall down and suffered broken bones due to a very heavy rock impact.
Liu Fengying began to get serious about the situation that was increasingly cornered by his side, the gate made of metal that weighed up to tons of it would not be able to withstand the little demon that had been eyeing him ever since.
"You are indeed stubborn." Liu Fengying growled as she stared at Xin Fai stabbing, wanting to bang her head against the wall until it bled.
Now that thousands of warriors have entered his base, the cavalry also did not escape the war. Some of the archers who were standing in the back row attacked, they were assigned to kill the archers who were standing on the wall of the base.
The turmoil of the war again took control of the main headquarters of the Blood Devil Man, in one second five to ten lives just fell. Blood began to flood the ground along with cries that made the ears ache. Unconsciously now the situation is equally balanced, both the enemy and their side have lost many members.

"Do I look like I'm gonna tell you?" Liu Fengying retorted back, with a face so infuriating as the head of Xin Fai had boiled.
It was inconceivable that so many Blood Devil Humans had taken away his happiness. Today really is a day of retaliation for what they have been doing all along.
"Quick say or-"
"Or what? You want to kill me?" cut Liu Fengying aside his hands violently while patting her shirt, that disgust even more made Xin Fai burn with emotion.
"Or I'll kill everyone who's here."
"Haha!" Liu Fengying laughed loudly until a few minutes later. Not explaining anything and just laughing nonstop.
Xin Fai clutching the Heavenly Emperor sword in his hand wanted to instantly cut off the man's neck but still held him back for a while. Letting the man have fun before death pick him up.
"You want your sister, don't you?"
"You know!?" Xin Fai glared at the man, it turned out that he knew the blood relation of the two. The Blood Demon Man definitely knew for sure what made him and his sister directly involved in this matter.
"Gift and Curse, do you believe in any of that?" Liu Fengying raised both of her hands.
"If you don't know your dear brother yet can explain it directly to you...."
Behind Liu Fengying's body now appeared Xin Xia who was floating in the air, her mouth was covered by spider webs as well as sharp, devil-like nails. Her long hair down to the tip of her feet made her appearance completely unrecognizable to Xin Fai.
Xin Fai smiled wryly when she saw her sister was already a girl, her covered face did not reduce the beauty of her face.
"Xia 'er... You're still alive."
