Ch. 230 - Meaning of a Purpose
"Stop hitting me, what will my calf be like until you're willing to stop?"
"Until you understand what I mean!"
"Then say it so quickly..." Xin Fai let out a huffed breath, she was simply unable to twitch in front of Kaibo. The man was like his mother once was, happy to nag and pinch furiously. When compared to Li Yong, Kaibo still won ferociously than the man.
Kaibo swooped his eyebrows seriously. "When again, why did you raise your sword?"
Xin Fai took a short breath before replying steadily. "To create peace, protect many and become a powerful sword that destroys enemies!"
"Good! That's what I want to hear from you! Indeed your brain can only walk after receiving my stick punch!"
Xin Fai was stunned to hear the compliment felt somewhat like such a humiliation, however she could only smile wryly at Kaibo who showed no look of guilt at all.
"Now, raise your sword!"
Xin Fai raised her hands parallel to the chest towards Kaibo, like she was about to unsheatheat him. Soon Kaibo walked closer, correcting his way of holding the sword to make it more upright.
Kaibo patted Xin Fai on the back, the young man immediately stood firm in panic. The man's wand now hit the back of his calf to stand even more firmly.
After a long while of being busy correcting the way Xin Fai stood up finally Kaibo stopped, he faced right in front of the young man while shaking his waist. "This is the real hero."
"Aah, huh?" He could only answer stiffly, still holding his sword.
"Don't forget all that you said, be the sword that protects everyone. Hate and vengeance only lead you to become a real demon. More dangerous than your own enemies."
Kaibo lowered Xin Fai's hand, after a long period of standing in a rigid position he was finally able to breathe a sigh of relief. But not finished there, Kaibo still gave directions to him.
"The thing you should avoid when facing the devil is when you become the devil itself. Don't be consumed by the dark soul inside you, remember that's fine."
Afterwards Kaibo disappeared in the darkness of the night, turning into his spirit form without leaving anything but his words still imprinted clearly on Xin Fai's head. He was pensive for a long time with a small firefly.
Xin Fai looked at his hand for a moment. "The sword that protects everyone?" He smiled, momentarily finding something that had been missing for a long time in his mind. The past few years of resentment towards Liu Fengying had further burned him, not only wanting to finish off the man even his goal at once to kill tens of thousands of warriors within the Demonic Blood Man. That hatred had unwittingly become a blind ambition that obliterated his human side, becoming a bloodthirsty demon.
This worry had previously been thought of, when fighting his enemies first. He still refused to be called a bloodthirsty killer, but after Kaibo reminded him in his own way somehow Xin Fai was able to accept all of that with a free chest.
There was something to change in his way of thinking, Xin Fai was still looking for a way to do it all but he himself did not know what to do.
"What I want now is to make sure all my enemies die, with me to hell."
The sky began to show signs of morning, although it was still too early but the atmosphere was so soothing. Xin Fai recalls a time when she was a child, picking up firewood with her mother and telling her how she protected her sister.
"I want to protect people's happiness, so that no one else feels the loss. I think that's all I can think of."

Xin Fai could confirm that since coming to this place her body was again filled with spirit energy, she began to try the power of this spirit by floating into the air. Sure enough, his body floated like it had no weight, like a cotton swab. When activating the spirit mode his body could not be touched by anything but that power only lasted for three seconds, nothing more.
While waiting for the sun to rise himself sat by the campfire, resting his body and turning to the space dimension to practice strength with the Red Devil.
An hour later, someone finally called his name. Xin Fai opened her eyes back to her conscious, she turned her head back where Zhu Yue was waving her hand.
"Chairman Xin! I saw a rooster near here!"
Xin Fai withdrew her smile, Zhu Yue could already seem like her usual. It seemed that the man did not want to drag on in the grief of his sister's death.
"Then why didn't you catch him?"
"Her father pegged me!"
"If clawing he is no longer a chicken, he becomes a bear" he replied as he approached Zhu Yue. Unexpectedly, it turns out that many have awakened and looked for the nearest lake to wash their faces. One of the members stood next to Zhu Yue.
"Chairman Xin, if the chicken likes to tease how?"
"Well, that's what you call a crocodile!" Xin Fai replied, making the others laugh funny.
"Hahahahaha you guys are doing something."
Upon entering the forest invisible to the forest rooster that Zhu Yue mentioned, five people searched in all directions and still did not find. Xin Fai stopped turning her head, she heard the sound of streams flowing from a distance relying on her sharp hearing.
Soon the group of members packed their belongings and then walked towards the lake by following Xin Fai, not far from them a waterfall was plastered in plain sight. Of course the members were immediately excited to see it all, they moved even faster.
Upon arrival at the location of the waterfall that can be felt by them is only a cold that is so piercing, breathing air only the lungs as if they want to freeze. No one dared to approach the waterfall because it felt strange yet Xin Fai walked there alone.
This waterfall is the opposite of the waterfall he had met before, the water temperature is cold not hot. Just looking at the waterfall is much more dangerous if not careful to approach it. Especially when looking around this place there are no plants growing within a distance of up to twenty meters.
Xin Fai leaped onto the high rocks and arrived right under such a torrential stream of water, what makes him wonder is how this waterfall still flows and does not freeze even though the temperature is far beyond reason. He placed his hands under the water droplets and could feel a hell so cold.
"This water is five or ten times deadlier than I've ever found, '" he told himself. The members who had already heard could only shiver in the cold.
"Chairman, let's go somewhere else. This place doesn't seem safe!"
Xin Fai was like holding the entourage to a stop. "This is exactly what we need, you can heal all the wounds of the last few days' battle with this water."

"Rather than calling it a cure it's more like killing yourself."
