Ch. 2 - Blood Demon Man
Away from the war territory, one great hermit was engaged in a fierce fight with the Devils. The reason for the attack from the demon is still unclear.
"So get out of you, demon! I was in a hurry to help King Erick's Kingdom," the great hermit shouted furiously at the demon.
"Haha... Do you want to help someone? I don't know who you're dealing with. Now, help me get rid of my boredom!" reply to the Devil in a mocking tone.
The fight continued with the soul-tearing claw attack from the demon. However, these attacks had no effect on the great hermit. This is because the great hermit has the nickname 'great' because of his success in separating his body and spirit.
"Why didn't my attack hurt you, man!" the devil shouted in confusion.
"Receive this! The eternal flame!" the Devil exclaimed as he directed a huge burst of fire towards the great ascetic. However, with incredible speed, the grand hermit managed to pass through the gap under the burst of flames.
Quickly, the great hermit shut the devil's mouth. As a result, the flames that were supposed to come out instead gathered in the devil's throat.
"Baaaaa... What are you doing, man? So hot! Please, I'm in pain!" the devil exclaimed in pain, unable to extinguish the fire he had created himself.
In a pinched state, the demon fought hard to fight against the burning fire sting inside his throat. The great hermit calmly looked at the suffering of the devil.
"Even by your own strength, you cannot defeat me," the inner great hermit.
Using the spirit-taker style, the great hermit threw the demon's spirit upward with tremendous power.
The moment the demon was thrown, it flew almost out of the atmosphere. In the extremely cold air, the demon soul was almost frozen due to the extreme height. Finally, the demon spirit fell from the sky and began to burn with awesome power. Like a smoldering meteor, the demon spirit fell in the northern area of King Erick's territory.
The spirit pierced through the trees, up to the roof of one of the houses.
When the demon spirit touched something, more precisely entering, a cataclysmic bang occurred. Vibrations of evil energy filled the air. Residents around the area felt the presence of a dark and dangerous force.
Upon hearing a startling bang, the demon spirit cried out in despair, "What is this? I can't control anything, not even my body. No, no, no... Help me!!!" The cry was not heard by anyone except the birds that started flying to avoid the uncontrolled demons.
However, Agil, who was nearby, felt a strange tremor in the air. "What's that sound?" inner Agil, confusion engulfed his mind.
Suddenly, Agil's wife, Eva, screams in pain. "Help me, it looks like I'm about to give birth!!!" Eva's shout made Agil forget the mysterious thumping sound that had been heard.
"Wait a minute, I'll get help!" agil responded, and in a hasty step, he left Eva in pain.
Agil ran, using lightning steps, rushing to a nearby village to seek help. He ran with breathless breath, traversing the winding streets and piercing through the dense forest very quickly, only to see flashes of light in the darkness.
Agil was a royal family, but because he married Eva, who was not a royal family, he was expelled and exiled to the north. That was why Agil could use lightning moves, which only the royal family could do.
When he reaches the village, Agil knocks on the house of a man who will help him.
"Please my wife! She's going to give birth!" agil shouted frantically as soon as the door of the house opened.
In a moment of tension, Eva manages to give birth.
A shrill cry filled the room. The baby is healthy, nothing less.
Agil's face beamed as he looked at their newborn child. He felt grateful and relieved that his wife and their baby survived.
In joy and relief, Agil kissed his wife and child on the forehead. He realizes that although the threat of war still lurks out there, the birth of their child is a new light and hope for them.
Agil took his newborn son out of the house. After which he leaped extremely high into the air, he felt a kind of power flowing within him. Confidently, he shouted, "I, son of King Erick. Named my son, Teo!"
Agil gave Teo's name to his son because just before his birth, he heard a falling sound that sounded like a meteor.
Shortly after the name Teo was given, suddenly an unusually bright light split the darkness of the night. In the light, a powerful and sharp black sword fell from the sky, piercing the ground fiercely. The sword penetrated into the royal palace of Braga.
The impact is huge. Everything in the room fell apart, including the throne of King Erick. Not only that, the great shock was also felt by all who were within a radius of 10,000 kilometers, both humans and warring dragons felt it.
At that time, all became aware that the prophecy had begun. A pure leader has been born among men.
As the shaking stopped, the light surrounding the sword spread to the borders of the Braga kingdom, forming a dome that illuminated the entire region.
The king of Eden who saw the light immediately fly towards the capital, he had a bad feeling.
However when he touched the light, it was like crashing into a barrier. It's like there's an invisible shield around the Braga region.
"This is not light! This is the barrier that prevents me from entering. Fucking Man!" muttered King Eden with annoyance.
Not long after, Elin caught up with the King of Eden.
"This is why I always say you're stupid, Dad! Why don't you attack straight in there?" teasing Elin.
"Shut up! I-i know. But the humans were tough enough that they were not easy to resist," King Eden replied with a mounting fury.
Having a premonition that the barrier was no ordinary light, King Erick decisively ordered his entire army to retreat and enter the territory shaded by the light.
Meanwhile, the King of Eden realized that all the knights had broken through the barrier and entered into the protected territory. "Retreat! We're back!" With annoyance and frustration, he gave orders to the dragon army to retreat and return to their dragon territory.
The dragon army obeyed the King of Eden. They retreated with heavy hearts, realizing that the situation had changed and that human strength seemed to be getting stronger with the presence of such a barrier.
King Erick and the knights who managed to enter the territory protected by the strange light felt relieved and their life spirit returned.
Meanwhile, King Eden and Elin devise a new strategy to deal with the increasingly powerful knights. They were aware that the battle with humans would not go easy, yet they did not intend to give up so easily. They will use all their power to resist and end the prophecy.
