Ch. 275 - Leaving the Forest of Fog
The Lightning Fox was silent in a thousand languages. It is only fitting that lately the movement of humans in the White Mist Valley is becoming more and more, it turns out that a big war is about to start.
"Alright, I'm not forcing you to do it either..."
"I will keep my promise."
The Lightning Fox made a circle with seven mustika on it, after which he took out Lang's corpse which remained intact just like the last time Xin Fai saw it. The young man's gaze changed, looking a little missed that chatty Wolf.
"After this my life will never be quiet..." Xin Fai muttered slightly laughing in her words.
Ren Yuan was still puzzled by what had happened but he chose silence first fearing the Lightning Fox being disturbed considering that the demon did not particularly like strangers like him.

It took quite a long time until the seven mustika gave off all its strength, as diverse light simultaneously filled the entire space of the cave. Derived from the color of the whole mustika which becomes the representative of the season. The beauty created within minutes stunned Ren Yuan.
On the other side Xin Fai was still focusing his gaze towards Lang, the beast never woke up even after the light rays disappeared.
Two minutes of impatient waiting finally Xin Fai spoke in an anxious tone. "what's the must not work? Why isn't he awake?"
"I don't know, I did everything the way I should. If he hasn't woken up by tomorrow, it'll be a failure."
Xin Fai clenched her teeth, furious at her condition. For years he had tried hard to collect these seven legendary mustika even to the point of risking his life. If it were true this thing didn't work Xin Fai didn't know what to do let alone.
Ren Yuan sat beside him, watching the anxious look of the young man in silence. "Did he mean a lot to you?" ask the girl.
"Yes that way, although it sucks he always helps me. " Xin Fai began to doubt, what because it had been many years since Lang's soul died might have disappeared. Rousing him with this mustika could not have worked.
A bad possibility continued to flash in his head until Xin Fai arrived at a single conclusion after waiting for two hours. Lang might have calmed down in another realm first. Livening up the song will only make her unsettled.
"If he really wants to be with you again I'm sure the wolf will come back, you're the owner, when the owner orders something he'll obey." Ren Yuan tried to comfort him. Xin Fai chuckled softly, looking at Lang sadly
"Hey Lang was chatty, I ordered you to get up. Don't sleep on." The young man laughed mingled sadly, considering Lang used to love to sleep while curling his tail.
"Name Lang, huh? Lang... Your master calls, he'll be mad if you don't comply." Ren Yuan added. A moment of silence filled the atmosphere. To make Xin Fai tired of her own expectations. He knew not all his dreams would come true.
Ren Yuan approached Lang's corpse which was still lying stiff. Xin Fai cast his gaze outside the cave to look at the Lightning Fox who was busy repelling the other demons that were plaguing his region. For a moment there was a noisy sound around Ren Yuan but Xin Fai did not care about it. He was sure the girl must have been creating another problem.
"Xin Fai! Look over here!"
"Why? Stuck feet? Or are you being stung by an electric eel?" the answer is not interest.
"Wake up!"
As quickly as possible he glanced back to make sure, he could see Lang's eyes flashing slightly. His eyes were still as they used to be, his silvery gold had never disappeared despite the years gone by.
"Lang!"
Lang tried to stand up but his legs hurt as much as he felt before entering the Mist Forest first.
"What's going on? You're... Who?"
Xin Fai's smile faded instantly, beginning to disbelieve what she had just heard. "You forgot me?"
Lang's eyes looked even clearer, he watched more closely and came to a conclusion that in front of him was Xin Fai. One thing that puzzled him was why did the little boy have an adult body?
"Don't say..." Lang began to guess, at least he remembered a mustika he had obtained from Lan An's mother.
"It's been years since that day" he said slowly.
"You used Mustika 7 Seasons for me?! Shit, where did you put your brain?" Lang originally ambushed of course with his typical upset face. "These seven mustika are so legendary that it is even impossible to put them all together! You used that heirloom just to raise a wolf?" namel Lang at length. Fortunately Xin Fai had already prepared herself to get a scolding like this.
"It's better to use it to resurrect you than to end up with the resurrection of the Demon Queen."
"Demon Queen?" Lang was a bit surprised to hear it, asking for further explanation.
"It's a long story, I'll tell you on the way." The young man flashed a smile, making the cheeks of the girl beside him meet red. If the smile was aimed at him Ren Yuan was not sure his heart was fine.
Inevitably Lang immediately changed his form and entered the owner's body, the Lightning Fox who had been watching from afar finally approached the two of them. "After this, what are your next plans?"
"I'll meet the Water Ruler Demon, maybe he can help with this."
"Using stealth power seems very dangerous, if it is out of human control alone that will receive the consequences." The Lightning Fox gave advice, just in case Xin Fai did nothing wrong that would be fatal.
"I promise I won't let it get out of control, Thunder Fox, thank you for having received me here. I will always remember."
The Lightning Fox became a little sad when she heard him, she was about to say something she wanted to convey long ago.
"If you're free, stay here like you used to. I will be very receptive to your presence."
The young man nodded softly as he gave a small grin, on the other hand he was amazed when he saw the appearance of the Lightning Fox directly. The silver fur was very beautiful, just like a ball of feathers. It was just that his somewhat temperamental attitude made Xin Fai afraid to offend him.
Ren Yuan was being respectful towards the Lightning Fox, making the demon not overly intimidating him like the start.
Perhaps it was because too many humans had come to this forest just for the sake of gaining the power to make the Lightning Fox not particularly fond of humans. He only behaves well when people are kind.
Ren Yuan smiled slightly as the Thunder Fox delivered the two at the mouth of the cave, he felt that the fox's face was extremely adorable. But not daring to touch it fearing the fox going berserk, after all in retrospect the thought of the fox was just like a century-old grandfather.
"Uncle the Foxes, we're leaving. Take care of this place, yeah." Xin Fai said goodbye before turning her body around. Walking far away left the Lightning Fox like it used to be.
"You're growing up..." It was the only thing that came out from the mouth of the Lightning Fox when Xin Fai and Ren Yuan disappeared behind the lushness of the trees.
