The Devil Sword Swordsman

The Devil Sword Swordsman
Ch. 153 - The Ring of Space

Xin Fai entered the river again and faced head-on with the hundreds of eels, she was as if burning with her own emotions.

While the Lightning Fox who had been peering in the distance could only smile a little. "That boy, although he can ignore my orders now, he didn't. I guess after this I won't regret having raised him to be my disciple."

From the surface of the water it appeared that Xin Fai raised his hand which managed to hold one eel. He immediately ran towards the river bank and killed the eel using his light knife.

The Lightning Fox became astonished as it looked at Xin Fai as if it held a very deep grudge against the one eel in its hand that was now rebelling. Both Xin Fai and the electric eels each had grudges.

The electric eel's head had broken in two attacks, Xin Fai smiled in satisfaction and rubbed his hands with as scary a face as possible.

"After this you all have to die like him, hahahaha!"

In the space of half a day whether it had been to how many times Xin Fai was pacing around carrying electric eels, he gathered a lot of them to a pile. As a result of being too often shocked Xin Fai's body began to numb, all the attacks from these ferocious creatures were as if unable to withstand it.

When the Lightning Fox came, Xin Fai had managed to obtain ten electric eels.

The number of double what the Lightning Fox actually ordered certainly made him satisfied, he considered Xin Fai indeed worthy of being a disciple.

Meanwhile Xin Fai was eager to catch more eels, he did not care about the efficacy of these creatures and only thought of his revenge on them.

Xin Fai survived in the water for at least three minutes with the help of the stealth gems on his body, he put the light knife back together which made the electric eel's vision impaired then raised his hand high and then hit the eel's head downwards.

As a result, in a short period of time he again brought two electric eels, in total there are now 12 electric eels that have been captured.

The Lightning Fox looked at the entire eel before saying anything. "These eels you can eat to add energy in, it's dark. I want to go back to my place. I suggest you don't leave this cave for a few months, there's still a human out there after you."

In the evening Xin Fai laid his body on the rocks of the cave is very cold, his breathing slowly still not so stable. However, consuming electric eels is not easy, eating them too quickly will make his body electrocuted. Even Xin Fai's hair had started to stand up since eating the tenth eel.

The harsh texture of the electric eel's skin also left him out of breath, he stared at the ceiling of the cave which now only looked pitch-black. For some reason, since this morning he was so eager to see the world as before.

That hope was buried deeply for a moment, before he had the great strength to deal with the monsters out there it was good to continue practicing like this.

"Well, it's not time to laze around!" Xin Fai jumped up and landed in a standing position, he began to put up the horses while smashing a boulder before him.

The night's strenuous training made her better, she felt her body stronger than ever with the help of an electric eel. When the sun was about to shine, he suddenly sensed the existence of a person faintly.

Xin Fai allowed his gaze to follow the source of the voice but still found nothing.

The Lightning Fox entered from the hole above the cave, he noticed Xin Fai's suspicious movements.

"What are you looking for?"

"Heee Uncle Fox, is that you?"

The Lightning Fox still wanted to bully Xin Fai for calling him uncle yet what power, the call was already attached to his brain.

"You mean?"

"I thought you were passing behind me."

"You moron? I just got in here. It's through the top." The Lightning Fox released a rooster from its mouth, she knew Xin Fai was not so used to eating electric eels. But apparently despite having been asleep for four days he did not look hungry at all.

Sensing the fishy smell Xin Fai tried to guess what the fox was carrying.

"You can guess what I brought? If I can I'll bring you a present later."

Xin Fai propped up her chin while thinking, "Hm... Now it feels like the nose, ears and hands are a substitute for my own eyes."

"It must be a duck!"

The Lightning Fox put on a snatched face. "Stupid kid! This isn't a duck!"

"So?"

"Boy champ!"

"Well, that's my answer. Where's the prize, I can't wait to get it."

Xin Fai's reply had made the Lightning Fox want to go berserk, but since this gift he had promised had already been brought then the Lightning Fox immediately gave it.

A ring was thrust at him, Xin Fai took the ring trying to guess the fox's intent.

"I got it from the body of the swordsman I killed earlier."

"What is this?" Xin Fai asked confusedly.

Then the Lightning Fox was inexhaustible, she thought Xin Fai knew how important it was to a swordsman.

"That's a space ring, with that ring you can keep all your valuables."

"Oh, I just found out. It's for me, right?"

"Yes, just take it. I don't need it either."

Xin Fai turned his gaze to the stream, he could feel the eels there like cursing him for killing their friends.

A prickly grin was plastered on his face. "It looks like you guys want to be the first guests in this space ring, hehehehe...."

The devil's laughter rang out, the electric eels inside became wary despite not understanding what Xin Fai said, but from that terrifying expression they could sense a danger.

"Oi boy, before that drop your blood into the space ring so he can recognize the owner."

Xin Fai dripped a speck of blood from her finger onto the ring, she began to learn to use the space ring of the Lightning Fox.

"Then try to practice how to wear the ring yourself."

Xin Fai flicked his hand about to keep the two remaining electric eels in his right hand. The two eels disappeared instantly like magic.

"Cool! What's with this space ring I can keep you too?" Xin Fai said without a second thought, just as the words made the Lightning Fox reply strangely.

"Save a Sky Ruler Demon like me? You insane? How could it be!"

"Well..." Xin Fai grunted softly, she remembered the water dragon who longed to adventure to see the world with her, dear that time was either really going to happen or instead she would renege on a promise. Given the many things Xin Fai had to do in the future.

The silence lasted for a while, before the fox finally opened his voice.

"If you think about how many years I've lived here..."

Not knowing why the Lightning Fox suddenly said so, Xin Fai still replied.

"Thousands of years?" He guessed even though he already knew how many answers.
