After a fierce battle, King Erick returned to his ruined palace in disarray. Cracks everywhere, dust flying. His body trembled when he saw a black sword trapped inside the royal Throne. He felt attracted by the power emanating from him. However, every time he tried to approach her, his energy seemed to be absorbed by the sword. A similar phenomenon was experienced by people who tried to get close to the sword.
"It looks like the God has determined his will." King Erick realized that this black sword had tremendous power and was only accessible to its owner. He realized that the owner of this sword was a figure who had been destined to become the leader of the kingdom even the world. Inwardly, he felt grateful to the owner of the sword, for his presence had protected the kingdom and its people.
King Erick decided to gather the dignitaries and soldiers who survived the battle. In the meeting, he paid tribute to those who had fought valiantly to protect the kingdom. He also shared the view that this black sword was an omen hinting that someone among them was the owner destined to wield that power.
King Erick was determined to guard the sword and not let its power fall into the wrong hands. He invites everyone to unite, in the hope that the owner of the black sword will appear and bring the kingdom to a peaceful future.
When seen and felt, the black sword was extremely strange as it emitted light along with emitting a demonic aura.
Four years passed quickly. The kingdom gradually recovered the great easter of war against the dragons.
In the front yard of the house, Agil gives Teo a wooden sword. “Hold this, son!”
When Teo was four years old, Agil decided to teach Teo sword techniques.
The two of them stood in the courtyard, with the scorching sun emitting its bright rays.
"Come, Teo, hold your sword firmly and focus," Agil said as he showed a movement.
Sushhhh....
One swing made Teo blink in awe, because immediately the stone behind Teo split. "Now try to hold your sword with two hands, and then swing." Teo was asked to imitate the movement.
Teo, with a burning curiosity in his eyes, grasped the wooden sword with his two hands. However, due to his untrained strength and balance, he lost control and his head was hit by the wooden sword he swung.
"www!" there was a small groan from Teo as his head hit.
Agil immediately approached Teo with concern. He lifted his son into his arms, gently rubbing Teo's banged head.
"I'm sorry, Teo. I'm forcing you too much" Agil said in a soft tone.
Despite still feeling ill, seeing the expression of worry on his father's face. He tried to smile before saying innocently, "It's okay, Dad. I just want to play like Dad."
Agil smiled and kissed Teo's forehead with affection. He realized that his son had a spirit, but misinterpreted the sword by playing.
"With your spirit, Teo, I am sure that one day you will become a great swordsman, and keep the peace" Agil said with confidence.
The two of them continued their training with excitement and excitement. Although their journey may be filled with funny events and other minor accidents.
Teo, with an unstoppable curiosity, asked his father, "Dad, what's wrong with my movements? Why can't I do as Dad did, splitting the stone?"
Agil smiled gently, walked up to Teo, and spoke patiently, "My son, there is a slight error in your movements, and also focus! All you need is more focus and concentration. I concentrated Ki's energy on the tip of the sword, and that's what allowed the stone to split apart. You also have to grip the earth with strong horses, then drain your Ki on the tip of the sword."
“Energy Ki?” said Teo innocently.
“Yes, it feels like a stream of water as you concentrate.”
Teo watched his father's words carefully. He pondered for a moment, understanding that he should focus on the tip of the sword and drain his ki energy properly.
Without hesitation, Teo closed his eyes and put up the horses as Agil exemplified. He gathered all the energy within himself, focusing his mind only on the tip of the sword. The longer, he got more connected with his sword, forgetting the surrounding sounds.
Suddenly, Teo let go of one of his hand grips and with great force, slashed his wooden sword horizontally.
"Hiyaaaa.." there was an excited cry from Teo.
Duak....
An eye-waving voice rang out as Teo's sword plunged into the air. The small two-meter-tall tree, which stood nearby was uprooted, subdued by the swinging power of Teo's sword.
At that moment, Teo was greeted with a sharp look from his father. Agil didn't think Teo could slash a sword like that. Especially considering his age.
"Teo, what are you doing, son? You're making the wrong move" his father advised. But his father thought for a moment, "but, if it's your sword style, it's not a problem. Keep practicing your moves!" Said Teo's father as well as a smile seen on his lips then rubbed the top of his son's head.
"Hehehe. It's so hard for me to do, Dad. And this is all I have in my picture." replied teo while scratching his non-itchy head.
Day after day had passed, already one year Teo trained his own movements without any notice from Agil. That year he spent slashing trees while collecting firewood.
Until one day Teo came home and saw his mother attacked by a big bear with red eyes.
Teo was currently yelling at the bear, "Mother... Bad bear, stop! Don't hurt my mom!"
But the bear did not heed Teo's request. Instead, he showed his sharp teeth with a defiant attitude.
In anger, without thinking, Teo launched an attack towards the bear's neck with his sword.
However, something unexpected happened. Teo's sword was unable to injure the bear. In fact, his sword bounced and hit the wall of the house. Teo is shocked and realizes that the bear is no ordinary bear. He had the same demonic aura his father had told him.
"If a living thing with red eyes is burning, it means that it is possessed by a demon," Teo, remembering his father's words.
With a burning determination, Teo got up and continued to attack the demonic bear. Attack after attack was launched, but he continued to bounce and fall. Although he had trained hard, his movements were unable to injure the demon bear.
Sadness and despair enveloped Teo as he watched his mother lying unconscious. Unstoppable tears flowed from his eyes. "What should I do father, mother is already unconscious." Teo muttered, not knowing his mother had fainted or was dead.
Desperate!
"Haha..." Out of nowhere, a mysterious voice could only be heard by Teo. "I will help you and give you strength" said the voice.
Suddenly, Teo's body felt like it was burning and he felt a certain amount of energy enter his body. He groaned in pain, but also felt an incredible force gushing out from him. In that moment, Teo realizes that he is not alone and there is an invisible entity that provides his help.
Teo did not waste the opportunity, he began to concentrate all his strength on his wooden sword.
This was Teo's last attack, if he didn't succeed, then there was already no hope. Teo launched a sword slash filled with such power. However, due to such a great power, Teo's sword burned and broke into pieces. Fortunately, the attack managed to slash the demon bear's neck, ending its existence.
After that last slash, Teo's gaze blackened and he fainted instantly. His body drooped limp, while the mysterious voice disappeared just like that.
