The Devil Sword Swordsman

The Devil Sword Swordsman
Ch. 129 - Disappointment of Ren Yuan

Ren Yuan pulled the corner of his lips as usual, his gaze arrogantly bragging to himself, yet he did not say through words. Xin Fai who saw him could only shake his head, it was really only the first time that he met someone like Ren Yuan.

Without wasting any longer, Xin Fai advanced with the Light Steps, he wanted to fight a draw with Ren Yuan first to learn the movement patterns of this girl and instantly the fight started fiercely.

The results of Ren Yuan's practice have been proven by his great sword techniques, his skill at playing weapons is indeed above the average person his age and it makes Qin Gaozu stunned to see it.

On the other hand Xin Fai did not stand out too much as she only released makeshift strength. Ren Yuan felt in the clouds, his opponent retreated three steps when he unleashed a powerful attack.

Ren Yuan's sword slash was only a short distance away from Xin Fai's body, he retreated a few steps but again an attack shot towards him.

"Hm? Did you start freaking out until you kept retreating like this?"

Xin Fai did not reply. Behind his current calmness he felt something strange, but could not be sure what was going on.

When Ren Yuan re-inserted the attack and prepared to hit his body, Xin Fai lost his balance all of a sudden. He was wailing as a single sword slash lodged in his chest.

"How can it?! I thought he was a great guy! Just that kind of attack he was caught off guard?" The audience began to noisily question the thing that had just happened.

"I've guessed! That victory was luck!"

"I think Princess Ren will win this match! Look at his power so great!"

Fresh blood flowed down Xin Fai's clothes, she clenched her teeth but on the other side of her heart was beating faster. The Demonic Blood Human Sword on his back suddenly released an extremely powerful aura, within suddenly the shadow of the Demon Monstrous appeared within his mind.

He had no idea what triggered it to happen yet there was no other choice but to continue fighting against Ren Yuan.

Xin Fai closed her eyes trying to forget all that and focused on the match, she took a deep breath before replying to Ren Yuan's attack.

The sword roar rang out loud, slashes coming from all directions very quickly. This game has taken all the attention of the audience. Every single dangerous move they displayed could have taken lives or been the luckiest only to be fatally wounded.

Seeing the fight going on dangerously, Yang Guifei warned that this match was only a friendly match. There was no reason to kill each other. Xin Fai and Ren Yuan nodded slowly and after that a terrible fight came back.

"I won't lose to you, commoner!"

"Prove that you can." Xin Fai turned his sword and launched a quick attack again, his every move was very difficult to guess making Ren Yuan have to exert all his best abilities and strategies in this fight.

Ren Yuan held back the speed of the sword by solidifying his footing, the pressure that came making his feet drag one meter back.

Xin Fai returned to drain the power into the sword to make Ren Yuan widen his eyes as the tip of his sword was cut off by Xin Fai's sword.

The girl retreated again and again with a cold sweat, splitting the sword was not something she had found all along. Ren Yuan looked at his expensive sword which was now split by almost a quarter.

"D-d-d-d-d-d-damn it! You'll have to pay after this!" Ren Yuan exclaimed loudly for not accepting the sight of his beloved weapon being broken, he blazed the sword very emotionally making his stride more violent than before. Within a dozen incisions of Ren Yuan, Xin Fai greeted him unhindered.

Xin Fai jumped high and stood balanced on top of Ren Yuan's sword.

"What?! He was standing on a sword like that?!"

The spectators held their breaths as they saw the scene, while Ren Yuan was silent with his hands still brandishing his sword. He was silent for a long time until he finally came to his senses, when Xin Fai stood on his sword he did not feel at all that the young man was concentrating his weight on the sword.

"You..."

Xin Fai did not care about the words that were about to come out of Ren Yuan's mouth, he attacked with Lightning Steps. "i don't have much time, let's get this over with quickly."

Needing only five moves to make Ren Yuan fall, Xin Fai sheathed the sword trying to catch his breath but he was again depressed due to the demonic aura that was released from the Demonic Blood Human Sword. For some reason it all happened all of a sudden but Xin Fai could guarantee this was a bad sign.

While Ren Yuan who just realized his defeat could only clench his hands but did not come out a word from his mouth, his lips trembled with wet eyeballs. He was about to cry because he could not win from Xin Fai.

There was a moment of silence, Ren Yuan raised his face and saw himself crying. Xin Fai coughed lightly as she felt the audience blame her for making Ren Yuan cry.

"I... I'm sorry..." Ren Yuan wiped his tears with the back of his hand, his face flushed red. On the bleachers Ho Shing could only close his eyes very disappointed to see the final result of this match.

"It's okay, Miss Ren. There is no need to cry" Xin Fai said as decently as possible. He approached and patted Ren Yuan on the shoulder like he wanted to calm him down.

"Huh! Don't touch me, commoners!"

Xin Fai was like he had just been struck by lightning seeing this change in Ren Yuan's attitude, even though his intentions were good but it was greeted with a bad attitude. This girl's response was beyond her expectations.

Ren Yuan left the arena with a flick of his long hair that almost slapped Xin Fai in the face, he looked very angry but his face was flushed red like a tomato. Ren Yuan stomped his feet as he recalled Xin Fai calling her name as Miss Ren earlier.

Xin Fai distracted him for a moment, the match was over and soon the deciding round would begin. So far he still has not seen any suspicious movements other than the sound of foot clattering and the strange flapping of wings outside the stadium.

He looked up, no one knew what was stirring in his mind. Xin Fai descended from the arena accompanied by the sound of a standing ovation of spectators.

Elsewhere Huang Kun shouted proudly. "Xin Fai you finally got away! I'm proud of you! Ahhaha!"

Xin Fai smiled slightly at that senior of hers.

A swordsman was more surprised because he felt he had heard the name, he pointed but could not remember it making others curious about what he would say.

"I've heard that name on the pier... Her... Oh shit I forgot..." The 50-year-old clearly could not remember well, but one was shocked to find out what the half-century-old warrior was trying to say next to him.

"Xin Fai! He's a little boy who's rumored to be against the Water Ruler Demon! That's right, he's the one!!"

The atmosphere instantly broke out as if not believing his talk, they felt that it was very impossible before but after seeing Xin Fai's strength in the arena it felt like all those things were the truth.

Not far from them was a young man in an all-black robe equipped with a hood covering his head hissing softly. He was accompanied by another swordsman who put on an alert attitude.

"The murderers and the slain will be immortal in history today. Masks and holy robes will be scattered. That's where the world will look real, when the war happens and ready to take lives to leave those who are ready to survive all this rottenness..."

At a glance behind his hood a demonic smile appeared terrifyingly.
