Ch. 258 - Second Resurrection II
"Seven years have passed... Eventually this body will be mine," he said, casting a murderous gaze at the two who were staring at him in the distance. They were Lan An and a spirit form that was the Dark Lord.
"You... I think I saw you that day..."
The Dark Lord gasped for a long time, he gulped as he began to feel the earth tremble as a ferocious force sprung up around Xin Fai's body. The wind howled fiercely surrounded by a dark red aura, the dark blackened sky showing signs of rain in a moment.
"You demon, you made Qiang Jun have to bear the burden of a lifetime even to the point of desperately holding on so as not to inflict misery on all the people!"
Xin Fai flashed a cynical smile, slowly raising one of her hands and lowering it down. In an instant a large rock was created and fell sharply slumped about to hit both.
The Darkness eagle then pulled Lan An's collar to get away immediately, if hit by the stone it could be sure his body would be flat with the ground.
"And you're just a fool who can't do anything about it, when your friend is in danger all you can do is watch. Stand up trembling and hope that someone will save your friend without sacrificing yourself!"
The Dark Lord was unable to answer anything after that, he clenched his hands wanting to hit the figure that was plaguing his past, but unfortunately the demon possessed Xin Fai's body. If he hit him who felt pain later not the devil but Xin Fai himself.
"People like you can only say nonsense, no one seems to care even if you die."
The words left the Dark Lord unable to control himself, he let out a surge of energy in making a burst of spirit energy felt around him.
Lan An put on a panicked expression, she was sure that the Dark Lord would not be able to keep up with that demonic power. Even Qiang Jun himself was overwhelmed against him. Taking careless actions would only hasten their defeat.
"Senior, I know you're emotional. But it's good not to get carried away by his words. Right now we have to buy some time until Xin Fai manages to defeat him in his subconscious."
"You're angry to hear that?" The demon laughed in a bitch, he again let out a force about to create something even more dangerous.
"Let me say, a man like you no one remembers. Let alone Qiang Jun whom you admired, he was even killed by the humans he protected himself... Hahahaha it's funny, "the laugh is so. The Dark Lord could no longer contain his pity, he thought of nothing more than to reply to the words.
"Take those words back!" shouted the Dark Lord as he clenched his fists, he floated in the air along with the spirit energy. "You can insult me as much as you can, but not with Qiang Jun!"
Not yet had he reached out to the demon a strong wind containing electric power threw it far away until it bounced into the iron wall.
"Don't think because you're wearing a spirit form I can't hurt you." That demon created so many hellfire balls, Lan An knew there would be great danger eyeing the Dark Lord. He immediately ran over and protected the man from the front.
"Surge there! That fire won't spare your life if you get hit by one of them!" The Dark Lord exclaimed in panic. He tried to get rid of Lan An before the demons released the hell fireball, both of them still firmly in their respective places. Lan An was stubborn, she felt confident that she could face the fireball alone.
"Oh I think I found one man who is tired of living, then you want me to grant it." The demon monster released a hundred hellfire balls behind him simultaneously, scattering towards Lan An and the Dark Lord in a single strike.
Lan An was initially still able to avoid the fireball easily but over time he realized the heat generated from this fire was weakening his concentration.
One of the fireballs of hell almost hit his body if the Dark Lord was not alert but unfortunately the spirit was the victim.
He tried to recover it for a moment but the demon monster did not give the slightest pause. He re-created five demon demons that emerged from void space, piercing through the human dimension then roaring loudly. Prepare to fight to the death.
Lan An solidified her footing, trying to convince herself inwardly. Either way this time he should be able to stop Xin Fai, that was all he knew. He was sure that the figure he had considered a family would definitely not want the great destruction of mankind. He did everything to get through this resurrection.
Although the situation was completely one-sided but Lan An still believed, he gave time for the Dark Lord to restore his spirit power for a moment. Five demons simultaneously blocked from the front. Worse this time the hell fireball was also released along with the stab of the five demons.
Lan An began to question whether his life would still survive today?

The echoing sound felt like it was on the bottom of the deep sea, the whale-like sound of roaring was so terrifying it was heard over and over again that finally a cold hand touched his face making Xin Fai wake up in his own subconscious.
He could see the Red Devil was watching him seriously, looking at his eyes differently than before.
"Today is the day I've been waiting for."
"You mean the second resurrection day?"
"really. I'll tell you one secret, in this second resurrection there's one way to destroy the demon's soul permanently."
Xin Fai suddenly woke up quickly, excited to hear the possibility. He made a sound. "You know how?"
"Yes. I'll tell you after this..."
"It's just right that I feel like there's an uninvited guest here, how many years have you been in my house, big boy?" The Demon Monster opened its eyes wide, displaying a sharp and menacing eye arch.
"Curtain, home? How many times have I tried to get into this child's body and you purposely destroyed my spiritual awareness before I could enter it."
Xin Fai furrowed her brows deeply. "Not that day did I meet you for the first time when I discovered the Forbidden Book?"
"Just met her for the first time? No kidding! Hey stupid man, don't you hide something from your next generation?" The devil is disobedient.
Again Xin Fai could only look at the two demons before him in turn. To think a thousand times he still does not know their relationship. But it seems that the relationship is not good.
The Red Devil changed the subject. "Devil is ugly, let me tell you. I've been waiting for years to meet you. Touched no?"
