Ch. 32 - The Story of a Celestial Emperor
Lan An landed smoothly on the ground while breathing out. He turned towards Xin Fai after. "It's your turn now."
"My turn?" He pointed at himself with a face full of question marks. Lan An departed her waist while smiling briefly.
According to him Xin Fai must be trained hard so that if later he faces a stronger enemy he can defeat him especially after hearing the story of Xin Fai who now lives a country. Lan An would help her little sister to become strong in order to protect herself and the people around her.
"This is one of your little brother's exercises, which you learned yesterday you're trying to practice here. I want to see it."
Lan An was cross-legged quietly under the tree. Leaving Xin Fai confused by the order, he did not cover his stupid face.
"That's right! I'll be killed by that demon!" Xin Fai denied, but Lan An immediately interrupted.
"You can use your inner energy if you want to deal with it."
Although somewhat relieved yet Xin Fai still felt heavy, seeing the extremely sinister shape of the crab demon made his kidneys shake.
"It's your weak determination that makes things difficult." Lan An opened her voice. "Win or not you decide. Win your heart first, if you can master it the demon is no match for you. Believe it."
A little encouragement from Lan An managed to make the spirit of Xin Fai who had lost hope now returned excited. He pondered for a moment, a second later he drew the sword and held it tightly.
"I'll kill you." Xin Fai said with a confident face, she has steadied her heart.
Lan An who was now sitting leaning against the tree with her legs was stunned when she saw dozens of light blades surrounding Xin Fai's sword.
Xin Fai took a deep breath, she raised her concentration to the highest level. His movement pattern changed after being taught by Lan An. His movements were so nimble and dangerous, the large-bodied crab demon could not keep up with his speed.
With the Light Steps, several slashes managed to hit the stealth shell easily.
"Good little brother! Attack him enough at one point and the victory will be in your hands!"
Xin Fai nodded, he held the sword with both hands while jumping high. In the blink of an eye his sword had stuck in the demon's body, green blood was sticking out wildly. The crab shook its claws and almost hit Xin Fai's body.
Pulling out his sword, Xin Fai again hit the body part he had attacked again. The crab thrashed, its claws wagging in no direction. He looks so angry.
Attack after attack Xin Fai entered and successfully hit the crab's stealth body, with the body filled with blood Xin Fai finally managed to kill him.
Lan An clapped her hands, after being amazed at the beginning by Xin Fai's strength, she immediately praised him proudly.
"I'll tell my mom, she'll love to hear it!"
"really? I don't feel that way,"
"My powers?"
"Yes! The power of the Celestial Emperor! So great my little brother! I even forgot to take a breath when I saw you fight!" He spoke fiery like Xin Fai did not believe his words.
But as usual, Xin Fai was just a stupid kid who needed an explanation.
"The Power of the Celestial Emperor! You never heard of it? You hick!" Lan An obviously really liked the story about the Legend of the Celestial Emperor that was often told by his mother.
"You know the Demon Man Statue in Daan City? That's the Celestial Emperor! He has a very holy power–even surpassing the god. With a special body and unequaled strength he has saved the martial world!"
Lan An did not give a pause. He immediately snatched.
"You know the magic sword he used? One of the forbidden swords. The Demon God Sword! And... He also has the most famous holy sword in the world. The Celestial Emperor Sword!"
Responding to the enthusiastic speech made Xin Fai also feel the admiration that Lan An felt.
"Is his name Qiang Jun?"
"That's right! You know him?"
"I only know his name."
"Let me tell you a little bit about it." Lan An patted the ground beside her.
"Mother often said that the figure named Qiang Jun was from the Qing Empire. He has saved our ancestors from being attacked by evil spirits with his holy power! Know it? He is a symbol between Devils and Gods."
The rest of Lan An told that his ancestors were so respectful of this figure named Qiang Jun for always saving them from all dangers.
His figure was a selfless hero with a golden robe and a red sword. He is known as the Royal Fire Flower. Qiang Jun ventured throughout the continent and destroyed evil.
Even today in the Qing Empire stood a sect with the name of the Royal Fire Flower in memory of the figure.
"I know from your strength, you must be a reincarnation of the Celestial Emperor Swordsman! Didn't we?" lan An's words made Xin Fai go silent in silence.
He was confused to tell or not, despite believing in Lan An yet Zhishu Yan once said that if people knew the condition of Xin Fai's body there would be a lot of bloodshed.
