Chaptre 109. Glenn's betrothal
Ting..
The king knocked his crystal glass to a tinkling. The whispers instantly disappeared. The room went back to silence for a moment. Everyone waited for the king to speak.
"I'd like to inform you that my uncle Prince Felix Ockhenliche has recovered from his illness."
The voice of the King again disappeared in the low buzz of everyone who responded to the news.

The king knocked on his glass again, asking for attention.
"I know you're happy with the news." The king smiled wisely.
"This is the doctor who treated and treated Uncle Felix." The king appointed Chandra's doctor.
Doctor Chandra stood up from his chair and bowed slightly saluting the king, then sat back down.

All the guests immediately sipped their drinks. They all started eating. The atmosphere came back alive with chatter. The waiters went back and forth to add food and drinks.
No matter how much Laras, Niken and Silvia wanted to know about Angel and Glenn's relationship, they kept their mouths shut at the dinner table. Just the smiles they showed to all the guests.
Dinner was finally over. They returned home to Glenn's residence by teleportation.
Arriving at his residence, Glenn noticed the awkward atmosphere of Robert and his friends. They didn't ask anything, but seemed to ask for a little explanation. What's more after that return, Angel no longer roomed with Silvia. He now lives in the same wing of the building as Glenn.
"Robert, can you come to the reading room?" ask Glenn.
Robert nodded, asking his friends to return to the room first. They obey. Robert followed Glenn into the reading room.
"The king proposed to Angel for me. And he accepted it."
Glenn spoke immediately as he entered the reading room. He sat down, followed by Robert.
"As long as it is his wish, as friends, we will always support him. But if there's an element of coercion, I won't agree." Robert replied firmly.
Glenn nodded his head.
"Nobody forced him. He just agreed." Glenn was honest.
"No.." Glenn shook his hand to convince Robert.
"The king who waved it to me" he said.
"So you take the king's orders, even if you don't love him?"
It seemed that Robert still did not want to finish with the young prince. Glenn was flabbergasted by the accusations.
"No. It's not. I like it too..." Glenn replied with a funny mimic.
Robert smiled at that.
"Originally you love him, so I won't interfere" replied Robert, leaning on the chair.
Glenn was relieved to hear it. He sat back quietly. Awkwardness disappeared.
"But you know, you human race are very different from you. Is it possible to get married? After all, by marrying you, that means she'll live here, right?"
Robert's words had been expected by Glenn ever since he felt interested in Angel. But the king has offered a solution. Without the consent of the king, this cannot be done.
