SURVIVORS
Chapters 297. Damaged Worm Hole

Dean's team stood in front of the teleportation door. One by one the other team members vanished from sight. All that was left was Dean, Sunil, Alan, Robert, Michael and the insistent Doctor Chandra wanting to feel the situation in the worm hole.

The four guards were surprised instead of playing. How can strangers just appear and disappear? They really don't think out.

"Goodbye," Dean said.

He then darted into the luminous door. The others waved then excitedly, following Dean. They all disappeared inside the door of light.

The guards are glued. How can there be people who are so eagerly chasing death?

"Dearly enough. They're good guys. But chose the wrong path." One of the guards shook his head.

"It has. Let's keep watching" said another.

"Do we need to report this?' ask the others.

"Report what? Does anyone believe your words? Meet the earth man whose eyes glow colourful. Who can fly? Who can bend a gun?" Then the people in that basecamp will snatch this gift!" point the guard to his chest adorned with beautiful pins.

"Not to mention, we'll be punished with negligence for letting them go!" another timpal.

"But how to explain this twisted weapon?" said the man was confused.

They were silent for a moment. It's a weird thing. All equipment used must be reported to basecamp.

"Let's just say, when it rained yesterday, you ran in. The gun fell out there. In the morning, it was like this," another guard gave a reason that he could use.

The guard is pensive.

Dean and his friends were back in the long hallway. But this time the hall was not dark at all. Their bodies floated within the passageway full of light glistening like starlight. And this passageway did not suck them to the extreme like previous experiences.

Dean even put out a little energy to fly. It seemed that the strength of this passageway was not as strong as the passageway before.

"We'd better be careful" Dean said.

"Why? Isn't this how we don't have to suffer too much pressure?" ask Alan.

"I think Dean's right. Given the teleportation journey in the Elf world, the entrance and exit should have enough power so that the one using could reach the destination safely. But the pressure here is too weak!" said Robert.

"Do you want to say that this worm hole may be having a disturbance?" Michael ascertains.

"I'm afraid so. Try to stop for a moment. Don't use our powers" Dean said.

The six people stopped using energy to fly. And sure enough! Their bodies were just like being swung around in that long passageway.

"You're right. This worm hole lost its appeal. There may be leakage, until the attraction at the destination no longer feels strong. Still feels there, but vague." Sunil acknowledged the situation.

"Either a leak in this lane, or damage to the exit area," Dean said.

"Let's fly!"

The others nodded, following Dean's command.

"Then how did the people of Earth Two get through this passageway? We just have to fly to get through it," inner Sunil.

An hour later.

"Dean, I see there's a piece that doesn't glow there!' exclaim Sunil.

Five friends saw what Sunil meant. Then they flew quickly towards the front.

"Look! The walls of this passageway were partially destroyed. Whatever the cause, this resulted in the strength of the hallway so reduced," said Sunil.

They floated between the disconnected passageways. There's just amazement. That's outer space. A little light illuminated the various celestial bodies that floated in the boundless free sky.

"That's a space rock. Is that what we call a meteor?" ask Michael.

"A lot of it" said Dr. Chandra.

"Did the Earth Two humans that passed through this passageway end up here?" ask Michael again.

"It would be unfortunate if that were so. They just died for the sake of the ambition of the leader" said Robert.

"Then what about us? If we don't find this passageway connection, we'll have the same thing!"

Alan was annoyed to see his friends actually discuss other people. While their situation is not better either.

"Hemm, Alan's right" Dean said.

"Now we are focusing on finding this passageway connection. Or we'll also be trash floating in space!"

The others nodded. They scattered around the hallway of the broken worm hole. The ability of light humans living in stars, making all six can adapt to the environment.

"Dean, I found a dim light there," Sunil reported via voice transmission.

Everyone gathered near Sunil. Observing the dim light he meant.

"Isn't that too far?" ask Alan.

But there is no longer a light as round as the hallway was near here" Sunil argued.

"But it's too far. Is it possible that the worm hole's passageway was broken and cut off to that extent?" Alan still denied.

"Can. If anyone explodes in the hallway and destroys it. Or is this worm hole itself damaged during a major disaster?" Doctor Chandra shared his thoughts.

"So how? Are we going there or not? For sure, we can't go back!" Robert urged a joint decision.

Finally everyone agreed. They darted rapidly towards the dim light seen in the distance.

A few moments later

After a long, exhausting flight. Avoid collisions with any freely moving space rock.

"Look! Isn't that a worm hole passageway?" Michael looks very happy.

"You're right, Sunil. Your eyes are so good!" praise Doctor Chandra.

"Okay, let's go there." Finally Dean could smile. They found the exit.

"City ...."

Michael darted fast and excited. Alan. The other shook his head to see his two excited friends.

But the excitement was only a moment! Instantly there was a scream of horror.

"Michaeeellll!"

"Goddessa!"
