Dean walked down the hill following the hiking trail mentioned by Robert. The road is just a path. A little harder than the vehicle. But this track asks directly to the location of the rangers. From there, there are always vehicles that can be boarded to Oakridge.
Dean was carrying a backpack, complete with camper equipment. So that no one suspects it when going down through the climbing track.
Dean shortened his time with a little trick. He was seen walking, when in fact he was floating three centimeters from the ground. Sometimes he jumped a steep road combined with his flying ability.
In about an hour, Dean could see the ranger's hut. He sped his way up when he saw a few people riding on top of an open pickup.
"Hey, are you guys going to Oakridge?" dean asked kindly.
"Yes. If you want to hitchhike, go up" replied a man with a thick sideburn.
"Ah, thank you." Dean jumped up into the back tub of that pick up.
He sat next to the somewhat old man, because that place that looked was still empty. But it turns out that was a bad choice. The man was incessantly smoking cigarettes. Dean was forced to step away a little and look the other way. People there smiled and saw him confused.
Although a little disturbed but Dean enjoyed the natural scenery presented. It's really very beautiful. His eyes were unceasingly looking at the trees that seemed to be running towards the back of the car. Through the clear river water flow under the cliff there.
After several swings and shocks and twists, Dean finally saw the house in the distance.
"Have you reached the village?" thought.
The pick up car entered the main road of the village. There's an Oakridge sign on the side of the road. But the car kept going. And just stopped in front of a building that looks like a basecamp of climbers.
All the passengers got off and thanked the car owner. Then they disbanded. Most of them are looking for restaurants and lodging.
Someone approached Dean and asked. "Do you want to go look for a bus? Where's your destination? We might be able to leave together," he asked.
"Oh, I want to find my friend's address first" Dean refused kindly.
"Oh, do you have any friends here?" tanyanya could not believe it.
"Well, he used to live here. I still have the address. I thought I'd say hello to him first, if he were still here."
So they split up there. The one who greeted him had gone and joined his other friend.
Dean took out his note paper and asked a few passers-by. They show the direction in question. Dean walked excitedly in the direction indicated. They said it wasn't too far. A Craft Shop by the name of Mary. It must not be hard to find.
It took Dean half an hour to find the store. It is fitting not to meet. I think Dean passed this place, just now. However, it is not like most shops. But it really is a typical American two-story tiny house, which is gorgeous.
If you don't see a white wooden sign on the side of the road, then Dean will definitely miss it once again. Without the sign, no one will know that in there selling various crafts.
The slick house was painted olive green with cream and white accents on the window frames, support poles, and wooden fences.
"So Jack saw Robert yesterday?" thought confused.
But Dean kept stepping up and up the stairs to the terrace. He looks around. It is really neat and like there are residents. With a determination, Dean opened the glass door with a welcome flower decoration.
There was a small bell ringing as the door opened. Dean closed the door again and pretended to see the various display objects that were there. It seems they sell any craft there. Very interesting indeed.
"Welcome ...."
A soft and melodious voice swung, greeting Dean's ears.
Dean immediately turned his head and was immediately surprised to see her beauty. "Is she Mary?" inner Dean.
"What do you want to find? Can I help you?" ask the woman again.
Dean smiled awkwardly, having been caught fascinated earlier. "I want to take a look first," refused Dean subtly.
"alright. Please ...."
The woman smiled kindly.
Dean had intentionally prolonged his time in that shop by pretending to research something seriously. He did it because he didn't find a link between him and Robert. This house may already belong to someone else.
Suddenly his eyes were pounded on the folding calendar on the table. Calendar with photos of natural scenery and waterfalls that he saw yesterday. Unknowingly Dean grabbed the calendar with a complicated and inexplicable expression.
"Do you like that calendar? It's not a new calendar. Look, it's till June"
The woman pointed to June's moon name. And Dean froze looking at the number of years printed there. 2018!
"Do you like it very much?" ask the woman doubt. You can take it if you want. No need to pay," he said with a helpless smile.
"I really like the picture. And the writing is very unique. Thank you for being willing to give it to me," Dean said in a foolish expression.
"Take it," he said. "And here, there's free candy for you." The woman scooped up a stack of chocolate candy from a jar and placed it on a display table.
"Thank you," Dean said with a beaming face. He took all the candy and kept it in his pocket. "I'm sorry."
Dean came out with a clumsy and nervous movement. He was still shocked to see the calendar. He should immediately return to the cabin and say this.
