When no more arrows flew overhead, Liam pulled Laras to creep away from the battlefield. The darkness of the night sided with them, disguising the existence of the two from sight.
They finally entered the tree area.
"I'm tired. My knee is injured" Laras lamented.
"But we can't stop here. It's a bright day soon. Whichever group wins the war, it'll definitely sweep through this whole place and catch people who aren't it." Obviously Liam.
"Alright. come."
Baras is ready to keep going. The two of them entered the forest. The longer the voices from behind disappeared.
"It looks like we've gotten pretty far Liam. It's very quiet here. Let's take a break, yeah.." Persuade the already very tired Laras.
"Okay, let's take a break." Liam nodded.
Both of them sat on the wet grass. Open the bag and eat it.
"What kind of world do you think we are in?" ask Laras.
"Eitherway. But if the people here are at war, obviously it's not beneficial to us" Liam said.
"Why is that? We're not part of them." said Laras.
"It's precisely because of that. We're strangers who are easily accused of being spies by whichever side finds us. It's a danger." Answer Liam.
Pensive barrel.
"What about Robert?" he said while leaning against the tree trunk.
"Eitherway. But he's an ex-soldier. He can definitely handle this situation better than the two of us" Liam said.
Not hearing Laras' response, Liam turned to him. Under the moonlight, he could see Laras falling asleep while leaning back.
Liam looked up at the clear sky.
"If it doesn't rain, then a short nap here is also good." he murmured.
Liam leaned against the tree trunk next to Laras. His eyes closed quickly.

Morning time.
Disturbed by the shaking of her legs, Liam finally woke up. Dikerjapnya eyes due to glare of sunlight.
There was a large black silhouette in front of him. Liam's eyes shriveled after noticing the situation. He sat right up. Look to the side looking for the barrel.
"Clearned!"
Liam tried to get close to Laras who had been bound and gagged in his mouth until he could not make a sound.
Pruck!
Liam fell to his knees after something hit him on the back.
"Geez.." Erang.
"So, did they hurt you?" ask Liam.
"Hemmm.mmm.." Baras could only shake his head and look at Liam with teary eyes.
"Please, talk good. And don't hurt him. okay?" Liam tried to talk.
The people around them talk to each other. Then someone tied Liam's hand to a rope. After that they led Liam and Laras.
The group walked through the forest. There were more than 11 men of large stature, brewokan and unkempt hair. Wear clothes with rough fabrics, pants and leather shoes.
The barrel, which was no longer gagged by his mouth, walked next to Liam. Their bond straps connect each other.
"You okay?" ask Liam.
"Yes. They ambushed me while sleeping." replied Laras.
"Who are they? Was one of the parties that fought yesterday?" ask Laras.
Liam shakes. " I don't know."
A man snaps from behind. I don't know what he's talking about, Liam and Laras don't understand. But clearly the clash told the two to shut up.
"Now you can only follow them. There is no way we can fight this many people." Liam replied while whispering as well.
Pruck!
Liam got a punch on his back. He nodded and staggered forward.
"Liam!"
The barrel restrained Liam's body that was about to fall down. His eyes were staring at the man behind Liam.
"What are you doing?" angry shouting.
"Liam, forgive my fussiness. Sorry for hurting you. Are you all right?" Barrel started crying.
The group was stopped because of the commotion. Someone talks and the other talks too. Near him Laras and Liam who fell sat down.
Baras is still angry. The guy got sprayed.
"What's our fault? Why are you holding us and beating us? Look, Liam can't walk now. It's a bar bar!" shouted Laras in annoyance.
That guy was stunned. None of those words he understood. But he knew that the woman in front of him was angry that the members of his group hit the man.
Now he doubted whether holding them back was the right thing. Clearly her posture, face, clothes, skin color and language are different.
"Could these two be lovers fleeing their families?" faint muttering.
He gave Laras and Liam drinking water from his own place of water. He smiled to calm the anger.
The man took Liam and Laras to walk with him in the front row. 'This should be investigated clearly' his inner self.
The group continued their journey back. Laras and Liam could walk quietly.
"Is that sick?" ask Gentle barrel.
"Yes" Liam replied.
"Stand with me" Baras bargained. Liam's hand to drain the power.
""Thank you Laras," said Liam Lirih.
The two walked while holding hands. The man behind looked at the two while shaking his head.
'They don't look like spies. More like a stranger who wants to elope' he thought tired.
Towards evening, the group entered a village. They entered the spacious courtyard of the residence. Laras and Liam are taken to an empty, shabby and smelly room. Then the door of the room was locked.
"Is this a holding room?" Ask Laras.
There was a pile of straw in the corner of the room. They're heading to that place. Laras wanted to sit down and rest his achy legs.
"Lhhhhh!"
The barrel screamed to see the rats coming out from behind the straw. Both stopped stepping.
"Don't sit there, lots of rats. I'm disgusted by rats." His expression showed that his words were true.
Liam looked at another area of the room. There is no clean room on the floor. All full of straw, dirt and pungent smelling liquid. He frowned.
Liam walked in one direction. Get rid of rat shit and straw with his shoes. Then he sat there.
"This is better. At least not wet." Said Liam. Barrels approaching
"You can sit on my thighs." Liam bargained.
Laras hesitated for a moment. But his feet must be rested. So he sat on Liam's lap.
"Sit a while. My feet are cape. I'll find somewhere else." said Laras embarrassed.
"Not what," said Liam softly.
"We still have two grilled fish. It's good to have stomachs first."
Baras unbundled their provisions which he tied around his waist. The two ate under the eyes of the dozens of mice that were in the room.
Laras and Liam were already asleep when the door of the room was opened. Someone walked in and saw the position of two strangers sleeping while hugging. The man holds her woman up so as not to sit in that dirty place.
Then he went out again and talked to someone else outside. After that, I heard a step away. The door is locked back. The other man also left. Leaving behind two people who were fast asleep from exhaustion.
