Chapters 128. Discussion With City Chief
At breakfast, Dean conveys the results of his discussion with Widuri. Widuri allowed him to inspect the light dome in the middle of the forest on several conditions.
That going there it must be with the permission of the elder. That it cannot endanger life. Can't break into the dome.
Alan's amazed.
"Why did you even let him check in there?"
"A has been very helpful to us. So there's no harm in us helping him find out about Bi. It's dead or something."
"If it doesn't work, at least we've tried. You don't disappoint A." Nastiti.
Dean nodded.
"So, after breakfast, you accompany me to Mr. Alan's residence."
"Siapp's. But whatever the outcome, we'll talk to everyone first, before we go there." Answer Alan.

"Uncle, did you come to see me?" Yoshi greets Dean and Alan at the doorstep.
"Yes, we have something to talk about. Is your father busy?" Dean asked with a smile.
"No. I just finished meeting with the head of security. Let's go in." Yoshi escorted them to the room of the city elder.
"Dad.. Uncle Dean and his friend came over," Yoshi had already shouted before even opening the door.
"Stop acting like that. You're not a kid anymore. Bring your uncle in and prepare a drink" his father scolded.
"Uncle, let's go in. I'll prepare a drink first." Yoshi disappeared immediately.
"Well, this kid. Always acting silly at home. But in others, his attitude is very different. Incredibly cold, arrogant and fierce." The town hall chief complained after Dean and Alan sat down.
Dean smiled lightly.
"Wouldn't it be nice if he behaved so at home? The house is so much more cheerful and crowded." Reply Dean.
"Although you're his uncle, please don't spoil him." The city leader reminded. Dean nodded in agreement.
"So, what is it that you came here for?" ask the city lord.
"This, I still retain the water from the eternal springs that come from our world. This is not medicine, but our nation believes that by drinking this water, some complaints on the body can be overcome."
Dean held out a medium-sized jug that he had filled with water from the eternal spring in the jar.
"Waahhh. I'm very lucky. Bi once told about the efficacy of eternal springs. But since I never saw and felt the benefits, I didn't really believe it. Now you're giving it to me. Thank you very much."
The city leader looks happy. There was water in the jug on his empty drinking cup. Then immediately drink it in front of Dean and Alan.
"Ahh, what a refreshing taste. It feels a little cold in the throat." The city chief gulped his drink back down.
"Lucky I met you guys. Ehh, now tell me if there's anything you've come for today." The chief came back to the question.
"We want to check out the light dome in that forest. What do you think?" ask Dean directly.
"Oo no. No. no.. That place is dangerous. If only I could eliminate it, I would have disappeared so as not to fall another victim. But I can't. So it's better to just stay away." The city chief shook his head as his hand shook the sign of resisting loudly.
"We just wanted to check and find out Bi's situation. If he's alive, maybe we can figure out a way to save him." Dean persuaded the city chief.
"living away? How could he still be alive after being confined there for 600 years?" The city leader shook weakly.
"What's? What do you mean 600 years? Isn't it only a few decades?" asked Dean in wonder.
"No. That's been 600 years. And because of Bi as well, I also live longer than ordinary humans. But I don't know why Duke's too long to live." Said the city chief.
"Yes, that means Duke is also over 600 years old. If he's not killed by us, then he'll live a long life." Dean muttered while tensing his chin.
"So how long has Bi been here?"
"Hmmm... Bi got pregnant after about 400 years we lived together. The birth of Yoshi was the happiest thing. We're..."
"So Yoshi is actually 600 years old?" Alan cut the town lord's words in disbelief.
"Well, that's how. But his behavior is still like a child." The city chief smiled seeing his two guests look dazed.

"Hahaha. Has my father tricked you uncle?"
Yoshi's loud voice immediately resuscitated Alan and Dean. Both of them grimaced while scratching their heads.
"Do you guys still want to check?" Ask the city chief.
"Aishh, this is unexpected. We'll discuss it first with the rest of the team." Dean shook his head. He was still shocked to know the time had passed.
"Where are you going, uncle? Can I come with you?" Yoshi asked in a spoiled tone.
"We want to find a soul mate for you" replied Alan Jahil.
"What's? I don't want to. I was a kid. I'll just be with Dad." Reject Yoshi immediately.
"You're not a kid anymore. How many times did you say. Stop being childish. Uncle's right. You should get married."
The city chief took the opportunity before his eyes to urge his daughter to get married.
"I don't want to. Huh!"
Yoshi stomped his feet on the floor then walked out of the room with an angry face.
Aishh this kid is really hard to manage." lamented the city chief.
"All right, so we'll check around the dome first. Some time ago there was a peek at our colleague in the morning. And yesterday we saw a creature enter the dome without causing any reaction to the dome." Obviously Dean.
"We want to know if what peered at us at the time had anything to do with the creature that broke into the dome of light." Alan added.
"Is there such an event in the forest?" Ask the city chief.
"Yes. And it's troubling for women" replied Dean.
"All right, you can investigate. But never go into that dome." The city chief can no longer prevent Dean and his friends from wanting to.
"alright. That's all we want to say. We'll take care of it."
"good. Let me know the progress. But don't do anything dangerous." The city chief warned both of his guests.
Dean nodded then raised his drinking cup. With a single sip, the drink in the glass had run out. Dean put the cup back on the table. Alan did the same.
Both stood up. Nod your head slightly before stepping out of the room.
In the courtyard of the house, Yoshi seemed to be walking back and forth. He was shocked when he saw Dean and Alan coming out and heading towards the courtyard.
"Uncle, did my father tell you to find a husband for me? Haisss the old man really doesn't love me anymore." Yoshi complained.
"Just because your father loves you, you're getting a soul mate." Denying Alan.
"He just wanted to kick me out of this house. Uncle, please don't be obeyed. Yeah.yes.." Yoshi insisted on his opinion.
"Finding a mate is not easy. So you can get ready from now on." Reply Dean.
"Ahh, uncle. Don't do that. I just had an uncle. Now you want to kick me out. Then I don't have people I love anymore." Yoshi's eyes glazed over.
"After marriage, a woman will have a husband. You'll love him more than your uncles." Alan teased Yoshi again.
"No way!" Yoshi left in anger. Dean watches. It seemed that the girl wiped away her tears as she left.
"Let's go back." Dean continued his steps towards the gate of the residence.
