Chapters 122. Obsession A
During the day the sun felt so hot. Nastiti and Widuri have completed 5 medium-sized jugs. Sunil and Michael were hanging it out in the open.
"I think I want to rest first. The air is very hot" said Widuri while wiping the sweat on her forehead.
"Haha..."
There was laughter coming from his friends.
"What's funny about hot air?" Tanya Widuri did not understand.
"Ppffttt. But your face is like wearing a mud mask," Nastiti held back her laughter
But Sunil and Michael are still spinning. Marianne just smiled a little at their behavior.
"Ahh, really? I wash my face first, "Widuri ran to the bathroom.
"Just take a shower. We made it today. I can't stand this hot air either." Nastiti sits under a tree.
"Sunil, this court has no roof. That's why we can't work comfortably in the scorching sun" Nastiti complained, fanning her body with leaves.
Sunil realized that now. The front row of the room, kitchen and wood logs that became their rooms were not covered by a roof.
"Nastiti's right. If it's hot, it'll be hot. If the rain gets wet and muddy." Michael says.
The wooden benches were moved under shady trees beside the men's room logs. They finally got laid there. Marianne has made a fresh drink from a mixture of blueberries and lemon juice, plus a little sugar cubes.
Dean and Alan looked at the empty courtyard upon returning. There are some jugs being sun dried under the hot sun.
"Where did they go?" Alan astonishment.
"Haha..."
There was laughter behind the kitchen. Dean looked there.
"That's them" Dean said.
"Why are you here?" asked Alan to say hello.
"In the courtyard it was too hot. So we took shelter under the tree." Michael.
Dean looked back.
'Right, that place has no protector at all' inward.
"I think we should make a roof to cover the kitchen and the courtyard" Dean said.
"It's not just Dean's court and kitchen. If it rains, then the log will also get wet. Then how can we sleep?" Michael refuted Dean's opinion.
"You're right." retorted Dean after looking back at the makeshift shelter.
"wait. What exactly are we fixing this cottage for? Isn't this just a temporary place. We must continue our journey immediately. Or are you guys already enamored with this place? You guys want to stay here?"
Widuri reminded them of their original goal to return to Indonesia. Widuri was very firm with her desire to go home.
"And since Marianne and Michael have already been found, shouldn't we continue on our way and leave this world?"
"Widuri's right. At first we thought it was a modern city. So that we can ask them to help us tell us where we are here. But once we see the reality, it's of no importance that we linger here." Nastiti supported Widuri this time.
Sunil, Michael and Marianne nodded in agreement. But Dean seemed to disagree. Alan saw Dean fighting with A in his heart.

Sunil put down the bench he had just brought. Dean and Alan sat down and took shelter in the breeze.
Alan turned to Dean, asking him to explain.
"We're not going to the city lord's place. But go check the location where Bi disappeared." Dean answered honestly.
Alan closed his eyes. 'It seems A will not give up on finding Bi's existence. Although that means triggering a misunderstanding between Dean and Alan's inner Widuri.
Meanwhile, Widuri looked very surprised. Indirectly, Dean admitted to lying to them this morning.
'So special was Bi, that she had to lie this morning. He didn't trust us with his plan to find the woman' Widuri thought he wasn't happy.
Marianne who noticed the change in Widuri's expression immediately opened her voice.
"So what did you find?" tanyakanya.
"We checked far away. This island is huge. We haven't even looked all the way to the other end of this island." Alan answered.
"Then we finally checked a land that looked empty. Dean tested it by throwing a twig. It turned out that it was the transparent dome that the city lord meant. But we didn't find anything" Alan added.
"Eh, there's ding. We saw a creature that looked like a human enter the dome and then disappear." Connect Alan.
"Hemmm, another mysterious creature. The one that peeked at our cottage just wasn't solved." Nastiti grumbling.
"Is that so important? Isn't there just a monster? So why approach it? We better ask the city lord if he knows about the road to another world." Michael says.
"It's important to me, I have to go check it out whatever the consequences!" Dean's eyes glowed golden. He seemed unhappy with Michael's words.
Nastiti was surprised to see Dean's reaction like that. Michael what else. He was horrified to realize that Dean was emotional.
"Hey, A. You know yourself a little. You're already dead. Die up! You just hitchhiked in Dean's body. So don't make any decisions you want that might hurt Dean!"
Nastiti yelled at Dean violently. His ears were pointing straight at Dean's face.
"Patience. patience.."
Marianne's trying to spread Nastiti. Widuri doesn't care. What he thought was already conveyed by Nastiti.
Alan immediately pulled Dean's hand away from there. He didn't give Dean a chance to reply to Nastiti's words. It'll just end up runningyam.
"A, I warned you not to forget. We're dead already. No matter how strong your love, passion and obsession for Bi is, you can't risk Dean's life. Without them, the three of us would have been buried in the rock without anyone knowing. So, get Dean out now!" Alan pressed his finger against Dean's chest. His eyes flashed red, warning of A's carelessness.
A felt his chest hot when pressed by Z. He soon realizes that Z's strength as a protector stays above him. The finger could burn it instantly if Z wanted to. The golden glint in Dean's eyes then disappeared.
"Thank you Z" said Dean sincerely.
Alan looked into Dean's eyes. The eye was no longer as bright as before.
"alright. I think A's been causing trouble between you and Widuri. You can persuade him if you want." Alan's advice while returning to his seat.
Dean walked over to Widuri. He whispered something. Widuri nodded, and they disappeared behind the grove of trees.
Nastiti looked in wonder. Just now he wanted to ask, Alan interrupted.
"Let them talk first. That was A who controlled Dean. So let them clear up a little dispute between them."
Alan stretched his body for a while before walking towards the bathroom.
"Yes a canoe, the water is running out." he grumbled as he walked out of the bathroom.
"Hehehe.. It's too hot, so we've been using it for the bath." Michael smiled in anguish.
Alan is headed for the sea. Then he returned with water on his head. The water was put in a water storage area above the bathroom. The tub in the bathroom is filled again. Alan used it for a bath.
By late afternoon, the sunlight was beginning to decrease. The team members continued their activities.
Sunil and Michael prepare the burning for the jugs Nastiti and Widuri make.
At sunset, Dean and Widuri sit near the cliff enjoying the evening atmosphere. The hands of both of them clasped each other. The misunderstanding is over. The emergency cottage was back in peace.
