SURVIVORS
Chaptre 58. Distraught and Worrying

The arrival of Robert and Liam who lead a horse, surprises his friends.

"Aah! You managed to tame the horse." They look happy.

"It's progress. With horses, our journey will be much easier." Leon rubbed the horse's back.

"Where did you find him?" ask Laras.

"en route. They were drinking in the river. There are 4 tails there. Robert and I threw ropes to snare, but only Robert succeeded. The others ran away." Liam shook his head in disappointment.

"Haha.. It'sit's okay. There may be quite a number of wild horses waiting to be caught in this place," Niken said encouragingly.

"What if we try to catch him again tomorrow?" gilang Intentional proposal.

"Alright, tomorrow we investigate their whereabouts first while hunting." Robert tied the rope to the tree trunk.

"Say, can you get me grass for food?" ask Robert.

"could. Of course I can." Gilang went towards the river with vigor. He loved that beautiful horse.

Robert took a drink from the teapot and sat resting on a wooden block by the fireplace. The wooden beams were installed around the fireplace and used them as seating benches during meals.

Robert took out a roll of leather strap he had made from inside the bag. He made ties and knots in several places. Robert drowned in his busyness that afternoon.

"What are you doing? ask Dr. Chandra who took a seat next to Robert.

"Make a horse harness. Pity if the horse continues to be snared in the neck. He could be strangled later" replied Robert.

"You can also make this kind of thing? Great." praise doctor Chandra.

"I've never actually done this. But a relative of mine has a farm and some horses. I'm trying to remember how their horse's reins form." Robert smiled broadly.

"Yahh, still great. I've never even seen a horse other than at the zoo. Hehehe," doctor Chandra chuckled amusedly. Robert's smile grew wider and wider.

"But you're great at catching wild horses and bringing them home" praised Laras, who started cleaning vegetables to cook.

"That's just luck. The horse continued to run after being entangled. I held him while being dragged. He may be suffocating and have trouble breathing so stop running." Robert said it happened.

"You dragged? How far? Are you hurt?" ask Laras to worry.

"No. Just a few twig scratches on the way. Nothing," Robert calmed Baras down.

Doctors Chandra and Laras watched Robert's body closely.

"This I see a lot of beret wounds. Hurry up and get this over with and take a shower to keep your wounds clean" Dr. Chandra says.

Robert nodded.

"Hmm, okay."

*

That night they returned to chat and discussion while enjoying a delicious dinner cooked Laras and Angel. Niken prepared a fragrant tea for all.

"That's possible. After all, with such a vast field of flowers, there must be quite a number of bees that are prosperous," replied Silvia.

Everyone nodded in agreement. They are beginning to be interested in looking for him.

"We just need to look for him. But careful. Fear of bees has a large colony" Robert reminded.

"Aaaahh.. Now we have a tiny house, we have a garden, we have a natural fish farm and we have horses. Isn't life here pretty good? Just add honey as a sweetener to make it more delicious," Silvia began to speak.

"What the hell is that? It's not clear," grumbled Angel confused.

But some people are starting to think about that as well. Is their life not good right now? If the garden is improved, then the need for food need not be thought about anymore. They can catch and tame horses to serve as vehicles if they want to explore or hunt. They can also build another house if necessary. Do I still need to find my way home? So long lost, chances are they're all considered dead, right?

Robert and Dr. Chandra looked at the cheerful atmosphere and suddenly became silent as everyone thought of Silvia's words. They look worried and worried.

"In the meantime, we might be better off settling down first. Based on our experience exploring this region, we have not found a place with walls of light or traces of residents and villages. If we do as we do in a snow forest that moves every day, we may get tired quickly. So that's why we build a more comfortable residence to settle in for quite a long time."

Robert's words received the attention and gratitude of all his friends who were upset. Their eyes brightened because they felt that Robert understood the contents of their hearts that they could not translate.

"So later we try to tame some horses so that some people can explore faster and further. Others are waiting for news here. If we find hope of a way out, we can set out together. So there's no harm if you can get honey, so life becomes sweeter, right Silvi?" Robert delivered his conclusion to Silvia.

Silvia smiled sweetly.

"You're so smart, Robert." Silvia gave her two thumbs up which greeted the joyful laughter of their friends.

The night was beautiful and cheerful. Their hopes were re-fertilized without making them have to lose this comfort they just enjoyed.

Laras and Niken were still sitting by the fireplace after some of their friends returned to the cottage after dinner. Baras took out his notebook from the bag. He wanted to write when Indra came towards them.

"What are you guys?" tanya Indra took a seat near Niken.

"none. Just not sleepy yet. So want to enjoy the night breeze first" replied Niken.

Laras nodded in agreement. He saw a clumsy looking Indra looking at Niken and his eyes were full of supplications to Laras. Fast-response barrel.

"Niken, I'll be gone for a minute. Robert called out to me," said Laras, giving him a chance and got up straight from his seat, walking towards Robert's wood-sniffing spot.

"What are you doing?" ask Robert.

"Make a bow to hunt" replied Robert.

He lifted his head towards Laras and turned to the fireplace, because he had seen Laras and Niken still there. But then Robert understood the reason Laras invited him to chat after seeing Indra and Niken clasping hands and looking shy.

"You don't want to be a mosquito in there, do you?" Robert chuckles.

"Yeahh, blessed are those who can find love in these circumstances" replied Laras floating. Suddenly he remembered Dean. 'How long are they there?' thought glaring.

Robert observed Laras' expression and looked like he wasn't there. Robert immediately lowered his head to hide the change in look on his face. He understood that Laras was probably remembering the person he loved. Robert sighed and muffled the sense that instantly burst into his chest. Trying to ease his heart beating fast. Although not expected, but here Robert can still protect him. If it was time to return, and he had to leave, Robert would let go.
