Chaptre 345. Medicine Garden
After the teleportation door shifted, behind it there was a passageway leading to another place. Stretching his glowing hand to the left and right, the ball of light contained the three people, slowly drifting in. Robert and Indra checked the top and back, worried about traps and other sudden attacks.
The hallway turned left and right once. After that they could see there was a bright light from the front of the hallway.
"Is that the exit through the hill?" indra gumam.
Dr Chandra did not comment. He brought the ball of light in deeper, to know where the end of the hallway was.
And they were surprised to see what was out there.
"My medicinal herbs!" exclaim the Ruler with a choked voice.
Yes, in front of them, inside the spacious and high cave room full of light. There is a vast expanse of various medicinal plants, which Indra and Robert do not know their names and functions.
Doctor Chandra brought the ball of light deeper into the cave. He could not believe that his sister had designed the cave room so much, in order to hide her medicinal herbs.
"He's not completely crazy. He's moving every kind of thing here. He designed lighting with many holes in the ceiling." Doctor Chandra was relieved.
"And this incoming water, it should come from the upper waterfall flow. Diverted inward with winding channels. Then it ends up in one of the holes below, near the waterfall as well" Robert added.
"The trick makes us not immediately realize that there is a cave behind the waterfall wall. Very smart!" comment Indra.
"The question is, why would he bother to hide the medicinal plants here?" ask Robert.
"To hurt the Ruler. Because it knows the Ruler's fondness for medicinal plants, so it's hidden and booby-trapped everywhere!" answer Indra quickly.
"Wouldn't it be more heart-destroying, if the plant was destroyed without waste?" rebut Robert.
"Then how do you explain all the traps?" indra Debates.
"At a time when our world is collapsing, it must be the person who takes personal advantage. Have you ever thought, that maybe someone came here and harvested all the medicinal plants carelessly? Then the Ruler's sister came and realized that this place belonged to her brother. He looked after her, hiding the rest she could save. Then set a trap for the robbers who might come."
Robert gave his argument. And that was very different from the opinion of the Ruler who felt his sister was very evil and crazy.
"We haven't even found the body!" added Robert again. "We better split up, so we can search every corner."
"What if there's another trap?" lontar Indra is worried.
"How, Ruler?" Robert asked the Ruler, instead of arguing with Indra.
"Let's split up and check." The ball of light disappeared. "Be careful," he said.
The three men went around the cave, to look for the whereabouts of the Sovereign's sister. Twice, they didn't find it either.
"You didn't find him either?" ask Robert to Indra. Indra shakes.
"Where's Doctor Chandra?" Indra searched around, but could not find it. Robert didn't see either.
"Ruler, where are you?" call Robert by voice transmission.
"I'm here!"
Robert and Indra search for the origin of the sound. "From there!" show Indra.
Both of them flew towards that place. "Ruler!" call Indra again.
"I'm here!"
Doctor Chandra poked his head out of a stone bulkhead. No one thought there was a small room there. The two men approached to look.
"What did you find there?" ask Robert.
"Note my sister," replied Dr. Chandra quietly.
"Is the body there?" ask Indra. Doctor Chandra shakes.
"Let's find it again,"
Robert pulled Indra away. The senses are sometimes insensitive, when to speak, when to be silent. Finally, Indra was taken out of the room.
"Why look here?" ask Indra.
"Can you shut up? If you want to talk, look at someone else's face!" robert ketus.
Indra. "I was wrong to say?" tanyanya is full of regrets.
Robert ignored Indra, and began to fly in search. Because the bottom of the cave has been examined entirely, there is only a part of the ceiling that must be checked back.
With her eyes glowing reddish orange, she checked every corner. Occasionally there seemed to be a flame in his palm, illuminating the gap of the dark wall.
Indra helped check in the other section. But, for quite a while, there was no trace of the body of his brother Ruler.
"That's possible. We wait for the Sovereign to finish reading the message from his sister in there.
"I want to see the medicinal plants inside" Indra said as he entered the hall. Robert followed behind.
"Do you know the functions of this medicinal plant?" ask Indra. Robert shakes. He was completely blind about medicinal plants. So they just looked around the whole plant neatly arranged.
"You guys still here?"
Robert and Indra turned their heads, after hearing the voice of Dr. Chandra.
"We are admiring the arrangement of plants here. This herb garden is carefully planned." Robert admired the garden inside the cave.
Doctor Chandra didn't say anything. He flew to and fro picking up some kind of medicinal plant. Over time collected quite a lot as well.
"Tell us what to pick. We'll help harvest it." Indra offered himself.
"no need. This is enough. Come outside. Sunil needs medicine" said Chandra.
The three of them came out of the cave, towards the stilt house. Doctor Chandra brought some pottery containers from the kitchen. Then he headed for a small house that had just been built.
"I'm going to make some medicine first. Don't bother!" the message.
"Oh, alright!" robert Sahut.
Robert and Indra looked at each other. "The ruler is also an alchemist as it turns out. No wonder he has a large collection of medicinal plants" Indra commented.
"The combination of medical science and alchemist .. is very suitable, right?" Robert smiled broadly.
"Well, now we won't be confused anymore, even if someone's sick." Indra nodded in satisfaction.
"Hey, you guys back?" I heard the words of Niken from the stairs.
"What about Dean?" ask Robert. The wound is better. It's Sunil who's left...."
"Don't worry" Indra said. The ruler is making medicine for Indra" he smiled.
"really? That's nice! Without Sunil, there's nothing lacking here." Niken's face is back.
"Yes ..it was because we finally managed to find the herb garden hidden in the cave" explained Indra.
"What about the trap that hit Dean?" waturi's voice suddenly sounded.
"We've cleared everything. The cave is safe" Robert said.
"Good then."
Widuri took the fruit spot and brought it to the dining table. He ate fruit with pleasure.
"I want to see Sunil first."
Robert climbed the stairs to the top. He saw Dean sitting next to Sunil, closing his eyes.
"How are you guys?" greet Robert from afar, so as not to surprise his two friends.
"I'm getting better. Maybe tomorrow, this wound will close completely" Dean said.
"Thank God." Robert watched Sunil as he fell asleep.
"Where are Indra and Doctor Chandra?"
"Indra breaks down below. Doctor Chandra is making a cure for Sunil" replied Robert.
"Make medicine?" Dean can't believe it.
"Well, we found the Ruler's medicine garden inside the cave! So now he's going to concoct medicine for Sunil."
"May it work!" tymphal Dean.
After Dean said that sentence, a streak of white light spread out from the Ruler's cottage, all over the place.
"Ruler!" robert was worried.
"I smell a strong herbal scent!" sela Dean's.
The two ran to the window, to see what was happening in the small cottage up ahead.
