Dean prepares for their final fight. He was already tired and the creature was also seriously injured everywhere. It shouldn't be too hard to kill him anymore. 'This has to be resolved quickly, or I'll be wretched' Dean's mind.
The creature growled angrily watching Dean continue to make noise and annoyed him with a wooden prick. He prepared to attack Dean by bending his legs slightly to jump over. Dean jumped in to greet him with his spear-eye leading to the creature's heart.
Crash..! The hard prick made the creature's body waver, tremble for a moment and then fall unbearably, making the tip of the spear stab deeper and deeper into his back. Dean fell backwards and got too close to the door. Dean crouched down and swung the spear in his hand over the top of his head to move his load towards the back. The creature fell right in the middle of the door. Part of her body had already disappeared while she complained and twitched with her eyes staring at Dean. Dean felt a pull on his spear that was still stuck on the creature's chest and back. Dean tried to hold the spear for a while until he was dragged along. Dean let go of his spear just before his finger touched the milky white light.
Dean spilled his tired body, lying on his back with a gasp of breath because of the fight. The creature was already dead with a spear stab in its heart. His body also vanished behind the door of light. No more dangerous creatures on the team. That feels a relief.
After his breathing flowed in order, Dean got up to go back to see Widuri. But Dean felt his body was very sticky and filled with bloodstains. Dean desperately wanted to take a shower to clean his body.
Dean crouched down to touch the warm pool water. 'If I take a bath here, Widuri will definitely get angry because she wants to use this water to cook. I have to splash the body with this water somewhere else. But there is no tool to catch water. Dean looked around but found nothing but a few stones around the pool and in a lower place.
'I had to go back first to borrow the pot on Widuri' broke up Dean after cleaning his face of bloodstains.
"Deans.. Dean..are you okay?" sound of Widuri calling him. Dean turned to the origin of the voice. Widuri was standing at the door of the hallway up there holding the light crystal.
"Yes, I'm fine." Dean walked over.
"What about Alex?" tanya Widuri made sure.
"It's dead. That thing isn't Alex anymore!" Dean insists.
"If I turn out like that, then you're gonna have to kill me, too."
Widuri was just glued to where she heard Dean's assertiveness.
"Widuri, I want to take a shower. My clothes and body are full of blood. Can you get me a pot so I can get some water? Actually it would be more comfortable to soak, but since you want to use that water to cook, then it means I can't contaminate the water right?"
"All right, I'm back to get you the tools. But the rest of the team are still waiting for your news. Did you have any injuries?" ask Widuri carefully.
"There are no wounds. Tell them, I just ran and lured him here, then pierced his heart as he jumped me, then his body fell towards the door of light and vanished there." Dean smiled explaining.
"Well, I'll tell them not to worry anymore and to rest. I'll be back with a container to get some water." Widuri turned around and quickly disappeared from Dean's sight.
While waiting, Dean observed the cave chamber more closely. Beside the hot spring pool, there was a small basin of water surrounded by rocks. Dean approached, dipped the water with his palm and tried to taste the taste.
"Wahh, this water tastes fresh and fresh" murmured Dean. Dean put his hand in the pool a little longer. His eyebrows immediately linked.
"These two pools are next to each other, but both taste and temperature, are completely different." Dean felt this was incredible.
"The water in this small pond can be used for drinking, it tastes fresh and cold." Dean nodded in satisfaction. That means they no longer need to melt snow to get drinking water.
'It looks like the water in this little pond that Eugene wrote in his book' Inner Dean. He went to the other side of the cave to check what was there.
Not far from where he was descending, Dean found a pile of rocks rising. 'Like a tomb?' think Dean who then crouched closer to see maybe there was a sign or writing there.
Closer to the wall, Dean found a necklace with a cross pendant located on top of the rocks. He directed the light crystal closer to the stone wall above the necklace. Dean rubbed a little wall full of dust. Sure enough, Cerise's inscription was scratched with a stone on the wall. Dean confirmed Cerise was buried there.
Dean's looking for another clue about Eugene. But he did not find any human skulls in the cave, which meant Eugene decided to walk out the door of light after burying Cerise.
Dean went back down the cave, but found nothing else. There was only a small piece of land not far from the door of light. 'The strange move, this cave is full of rocks, but here there is a bit of ground' Dean's inner, but he doesn't think about it anymore. Widuri had already called out to him while waving something in her hand.
"What's that?" ask Dean.
"Alright, just throw it here," Dean waited for Widuri to throw the container under the hallway door.
"Ok, I'll go back and rest. Don't play water too long, you catch a cold." Widuri's Message.
"Yes." Yeah." Dean replied before Widuri turned around.
Now Dean can start cleaning his body and clothes. Unfortunately, they don't have soap now, so they should be satisfied with just rubbing clothes.
Widuri fell asleep as Dean returned to stretch her wet clothes not far from the fireplace to dry immediately. Just for a moment, Dean began to shiver despite having laid his body near the fireplace. Finally he got up while carrying a little firewood and wood with embers. He walked back towards the light door. 'The cave is much warmer' he thought.
*
In the morning, Widuri woke up after hearing a call from the top of the hole.
"Deans. Widgets. How are you guys doing in there?" There was a woman's voice above.
"Are you Laras?" Widuri answered and got down from the flat stone where he slept.
"Yes, I just had a chance now to get here, given the many unexpected events. Aren't you scared when Alex fell in there?" ask Laras again.
"I didn't see him at all. Dean hid me in a corner, "widuri replied.
"Where's Dean?" ask Laras again.
"I don't see him here, probably still in the cave down there. But he left all his clothes here. He really worked hard all night" Widuri said with a small laugh.
'Working hard all night?' thought Laras astonished. 'Dean undid all his clothes near Widuri? What are they doing?' the thought made Laras' face flushed.
"Do you want to talk to Dean? Let me summon. I want to go there too." said Widuri.
"Who's looking for me?" Dean's voice sounded before Laras could answer. Dean shows up with only a singlet and boxer pants. The glued barrel looks from above.
"Dean, you can catch a cold if you dress like this." Widuri started nagging.
"That's why I slept in the cave there to keep it warm" replied Dean casually.
"It's not warm, it's humid. You can get sick sleeping there all night," Widuri's still not satisfied.
"Yes, I know. At first I wanted to sleep here, but I was cold. You'll definitely hit me if I hug you again while sleeping." Dean gave Widuri a reason.
Widuri was silent for a moment, bemangu. 'well right too, ' Inner Widuri.
But the Laras above had another thought in his head that made his face even more blushing. The barrel feels like a mosquito that is watching a couple fight.
"Ehem.." Baras cleared a little hard.. "I went back to the shelter first, it looks like Niken called me," Laras looked for an excuse to step aside.
"Yes." replied Dean and Widuri simultaneously while looking up. It made Laras feel even more awkward and soon disappeared.
'They are even compact when talking' Inner Barrel. Ahh, forget it. Laras walked back to the shelter feeling unruly.
