Leon opened his eyes wide. Then his forehead creased a little.
"I think you look like someone. But who is it...?" Leon muttered to himself.
The woman is getting noisier....
"Emmmpphhh!"
"Sstttt!"
Leon put a finger on his lips.
"Don't be noisy! I risked being punished just to return your fallen bracelet" whispered Leon with annoyed eyes.
The woman just keeps making a fuss....
"Emmpphhhh!"
"No. I won't help criminals."
Leon shook his hand, refusing to get involved.
The woman shook her head... "Emmph!" His eyes glared at Leon.
"I have to go back. You have to be nice, so they don't hurt you." Leon.
Then the cover was dropped. And he walked away carefully. Throughout his steps towards the wagon, Leon continued to think hard. The woman looks like someone she doesn't remember, knows where.
"Ahh.. is not impossible there are also faces that are similar to others. I'm just a lot like the MI artist."
Leon continued to mutter until he arrived beside the wagon. Jane sat there worriedly.
"What's wrong?" reprimand Leon.
"You!" Jane hugged him and cried.
"What's going on?" leon was confused.
Jane's is getting louder.
"Did anything bother you when I left?" ask Leon to worry.
Let go of Jane's embrace and check her body in circles. His eyes clearly showed great worry.
"Where were you?" ask Jane after she can master her feelings.
"Dispose water." Answer Leon honestly.
Jane was silent for a moment. His eyes blinked a few times with a misdeed. Then he got back on the wagon.
Leon who was confused and did not get an answer, asked again.
"What's wrong? Why crying? Is something bothering you?"
Jane shook her head. Lucky the night was not bright enough that it could perfectly hide the hue of his reddened face.
"I thought you left me here...."
Jane's voice was soft, almost inaudible.
Leon still wanted to argue, but then he realized something. He let out a long sigh, and went up on the wagon as well.
"Let's go to sleep again. I won't leave you without saying something" Leon comforted.
But in Jane's mind, all she catches is, one day Leon will be gone too. I don't know why it scratched his heart. He turned to look at Leon. His tears were dripping silently.
Leon closed his eyes again. He's not thinking much about Jane right now. He kept thinking about the woman in that sealed cage.
The night in the rocky desert passed in peace.
"Silvia!"
Leon sat down with sweat pouring out. The woman in the cage and Silvia who was in her dream, were the same person.
"What's wrong? Why yell? Are you dreaming of something?"
Jane's voice restores Leon's consciousness. For a moment, Jane looked at him confusedly. Then remember something.
Leon jumped down from the wagon, and ran towards the covered carriage he saw last night.
"Where are you? We'll be leaving soon!" shouted Jane. But Leon didn't listen.
"Damn!"
Leon snorted annoyed. The train is gone. He moved his eyes in all directions. But he didn't see the shadow of another train in the desert.
"Stupid! You idiot!" he kept swearing.
Someone ran towards him.
"What's wrong?"
That's Jane's voice.
Leon shook his head and squeezed his hair out of annoyance and anger at himself.
Jane hugged him. Lead him back.
"If there's something, we can talk about it on the way. The others are waiting."
Jane's voice was soft, like the cool mountain water to Leon at this time. Without hesitation, he hugged the woman and cried.
Jane was silent to Leon's reaction. He realized that there was something heavy in the heart of the man, which he could not bear.
"I will support you." Jane said, stroking Leon's back. For a moment, Leon felt a sense of calm.
"How much longer do we have to wait for you to finish making out?!"
There was a scathing rebuke from the direction of the trade caravan. The laughter of the people.
Leon. She wiped her tears and let go of Jane's embrace.
"I'm doing fine. Let's go back."
Leon clasped Jane's fingers and pulled his hand out of it. People were still laughing at the sight of the two of them. Jane was embarrassed.
A guard turned out to still not finish nagging....
"We all know you're husband and wife, but...."
"I'm sorry...." Leon cut the guard's words.
"I've postponed the trip all because of my problems. Sorry," Leon said as decently as possible.
The laughter disappeared immediately. They no longer have any problems. Everyone must have a problem. If he could solve the problem just by hugging his wife, wouldn't that be great.
The caravan went back on its way. Tracing the rocky barren desert area. The wagons are slow.
As a guard passed next to his wagon, Leon could not help but ask.
"Uncle, at the stopover, there were many troupes stopping. But we walk alone. Have they left?" ask Leon.
"Yes! some leave early, to chase the next stopover. We were the last to leave because of you." The guard replied spicy.
"I'm sorry." Leon had to be patient with the talk, because it was his fault.
"Did they go to the same destination?" ask Leon expectantly.
"Only one plans to go to the same city as us. The other two, go towards the cities to the north and south."
The guard replied before continuing his escort over the caravan.
Leon was stunned to hear the guards' response.
'Then where is Silvia's train?' thought confused.
Leon continued to regret his stupidity last night. Silvia knew him. He glared and asked for help in such a way, but Leon still did not understand.
"Stupid!" talk to Leon again.
Jane took a breath. Already since he found Leon earlier, the man continued to say stupid words. Repeatedly. Squeezing her hair in annoyance. But Jane doesn't know what Leon's problem is. The man didn't want to tell me.
Leon just kept getting pissed all the way. He wants to help Silvia, but he doesn't know how. To chase, but in which direction? The north? The south? Leon doesn't know the way. And what about Jane? Taking him is clearly a danger. Leaving him alone in this entourage was also not his choice.
"Oh my God. Take care of Silvia, Lord...."
Leon doesn't know what else to do, other than pray. He's really sorry. If only he wanted to interfere a little, then he would know the problems facing Silvia.
"But, if Silvia is arrested as a criminal, how can I help her?" leon's mumbling was getting confused.
His head is getting dizzy. There are so many things that he cannot solve. Just make your head explode.
"You better rest. Let me hold the horse's bridle," Jane persuaded Leon.
Leon who was unable to concentrate, finally handed the horse harness to Jane. He chose to move to the back. Lying right behind Jane.
Leon keeps thinking and devising a plan to help Silvia. After returning from this trade, Leon would look for a way to get to a city in the north, or south. He must find Silvia! His resolve is round.
