Dean and Widuri have arrived at the cottage. Widuri asks Dean to take out the package that Yoshi gave her.

"What's that?" Ask Marianne.

"So we saw the town hall master's housekeeper harvesting walnuts. Wanted it. So Dean took the old fruits from the tree."

"But walnuts have to be processed again before they can get the nuts." Marianne.

"Yes. That's why Yoshi gave the already clean."

Widuri opened the package. There's a lot of stuff in it. There's brown sugar, coffee beans, walnuts, raisin and rice!

"It's rice? Did they plant rice here?"

The heads of the two were filled with various questions.

"There may be a ship coming. And I just saw the officers at the city chief's residence hauling a lot of stuff." Widuri.

"We better discuss. If it does not find another world gap, it may be considered to follow the ships that often come here." Marianne.

Widuri.

"You're right. Why didn't we think so before."

Marianne was pleased.

'But what about Sunil?' marianne thought worried.

Widuri's looking for Dean's whereabouts. But Dean and Michael are invisible. I don't know where they disappeared to. But it must not be far, because they did not ask permission first.

"I want to roast these beans first. Can you prepare Marianne pastel dough? I want a pastel roasted sweet bean fill." Widuri.

"That sounds delicious. Let's get it ready." Marianne's up.

Both of them were busy in the kitchen as the cloudy roar sounded. Widuri and Marianne saw what happened. Cloudy stood standby in the middle of the courtyard. His head is pointing upwards. Widuri looked up.

"Yah, Yoshi. You've come." Widuri approached cloudy, rubbing her head gently.

"Auntie, since when do you keep a tiger?" Yoshi looked a bit scared.

"Yesterday your uncle found him by the beach on the other side of the island. And he doesn't want to be left behind. So now he's here. It's called cloudy." Widuri Obviously.

"Cloudy, you should recognize him. He's our friend." Widuri teaches cloudy.

"You can try to handle it. He's so funny." Widuri. Yoshi shook his head.

"Better not." Reject Yoshi.

"So what about the doctor? Did he refuse?" Widuri remembered their plan of calling the healer to Sunil.

"He was visiting patients elsewhere. I've already relayed our request to his daughter. Later in the afternoon I'll be back there."

"Because there's nothing I want to do there, so I chose to come here. What are you guys doing?" Ask Yoshi.

"Making peanut cakes. Let's help us get done." Take Widuri.

They were joined by Marianne who was busy grinding pastel dough. Widuri shows how to fill and close pastel skin on Yoshi. They worked while talking interspersed with happy laughter.

The job is done soon. Widuri put it in the grill. Now they can rest waiting for the cake to ripen.

"Where is everyone?" Asked Yoshi who had already realized that in that place there were only the three of them.

"Alan and Nastiti went to continue the examination in the forest. Dean and Michael went nowhere." Widuri Sahut.

"I want to see Uncle Sunil." Yoshi stepped towards the room. Widuri got up and followed him.

"Auntie, has anything like this ever happened?" Yoshi looked at Widuri who shook his head.

"You talk there. Let me take care of Sunil." Marianne's Advice.

Widuri pulled Yoshi's hand to sit on the bench.

"We'd better not talk bad near a coma patient. Don't make her sad." Widuri.

"Do you think he could wake up again? Will he hear our words? If in your country, what is this thing called?" ask Yoshi curiously.

"Hemm, there are 2 things that are similar to the state of Sunil. The first is called hibernation. It is usually done by animals in winter. They will sleep through the freezing winter. Then wake up in the warm spring."

"It happened here too. The length of winter is between 3 to 4 months." Yoshi's Comments. Widuri.

"The second condition is called a coma. This is commonly experienced by heavy patients and is generally treated in hospitals with life support equipment."

"I mean aunt?" Yoshi doesn't understand.

"Comma patients are mostly unable to breathe on their own. Because his brain is having problems. So the hospital will install a device to deliver oxygen to his body. Also a tool to drain food and medicine."

"This is different from Sunil who can still breathe on his own and can be given liquid foods such as soup or diluted porridge. Hopefully this is a sign that his condition is still good enough." Widuri Obviously.

"Then, in aunt's country, how do you wake a coma?" Ask Yoshi expectantly.

"none. Doctors usually wait for the patient to wake up on their own. It can be weeks, months or even years. Some were able to regain consciousness, some eventually died from complications of various diseases he suffered during his coma." Widuri.

Yoshi was stunned to hear Widuri's explanation.

"Auntie, let's hope Uncle Sunil can come to his senses soon. What do we do now?"

"We just talk to you. Tell us a lot of things we've been through. Talk like we are now.. We always do it in turn." Answer Widuri.

"Then, it's my turn to tell Uncle Sunil." Yoshi got up and walked towards the room.

In front of the room door, Yoshi saw how Marianne interacted. His hands held a bowl and spoon. As she spoke, Marianne fed the soup into Sunil's mouth. Yoshi's in.

"Aunt Marianne, can I help you feed Uncle Sunil?" Ask Yoshi.

"Ah, come here."

Marianne made room for Yoshi to sit down and handed him the bowl in her hand.

"Uncle, I'm here today. Miss you. Quickly awake. Don't you miss me?"

"You haven't forgotten your beautiful niece, have you? I'm Yoshi. Yoshi the prettiest angel here."

Yoshi's voice sounded cheerful. Marianne was touched to hear it. Slowly he got up from sitting down. Touching Yoshi's shoulder then walked out of the room.

"You know uncle? Uncle Dean brought a tiger for Aunt Widuri's pet. Ah, what kind of uncle is that? Giving a beast to my aunt."

"Who's vilifying me?" I heard Dean's voice.

"Where are you from?" Widuri showed an unhappy face.

"Aren't we back very quickly today? So I took Michael to check and clean up the area around the cottage. Make some traps. So that the stalker has a little trouble getting close, and so it's a sign for us about uninvited guests." Dean explained.

"But you can say it first. Why just leave?" Widuri pouting.

"We're just around here somewhere. If any of you yell, we'll also hear." Dean kissed Widuri's forehead to ease her irritation

"Didn't Yoshi bring the healer?"

Dean took the drinking water from the jar and gulped it down.

"Yoshi said the healer was visiting a patient. But he told his daughter. He'll be back there to see the healer again."

"You wash your hands first. I'll see if our cake's ripe." Said Widuri to Dean and Michael. The two men obeyed.

Marianne prepared tea from the various wildflowers they got around the cottage. While Widuri took out the cake container from inside the grill. Then he put another container of cookies in exchange for baking.

The four people were enjoying a delicious meal on that scorching afternoon.

"Let me replace Yoshi." Michael says. Dean nodded.

"I want to rest." Marianne.

"Uncle, you're back." Sapa Yoshi's.

"Yes. We checked the area around the cottage. Clean some bushes to make them brighter." Answer Dean.

"This is the cake we made. Try." Widuri thrust the cake container near Yoshi. Take a cup and pour tea into it.

"It's so good." Yoshi enjoyed it a lot.

"Later I'll try to make it at home too. Said again.

"Yoshi, that in your gift was also rice. Do the people here also plant rice?" Ask Widuri.

"There was. In the village in the hills there some people plant rice. Others grow yams, potatoes and vegetables. In the lower places behind the hill, most grow wheat." Yoshi.

"Oh. I thought this rice came from a ship that came." The look on his face looks disappointed.

"What's wrong?" Dean noticed a change in Widuri's expression.

"nothing. I just hope too much." Widuri sighed.

"I thought, if we couldn't find a wall to another world, it might not even exist on this island. So it could be considered to go follow the transport ship to another city and look for it there." Widuri said his thoughts.

"You're right. I've been thinking there too. But in the meantime we can't go anywhere just yet. Sunil is unconscious. So it's good we maximize the examination of the forest area here to the end of the island." Obviously Dean.

"Yoshi, have you ever checked the entire island? Or, did your mom and dad ever do it?" Dean finally asked.

"Yes, I did it once. It kept me from coming home for a week. And when I came back, I immediately punished me for worrying him. Since then I have been forbidden to go in the direction of this forest again. What's more since the hunted animals are gone is not necessarily the jungle." Yoshi.

"That too. We checked up to the beach there. There are also no hunted animals. I just found some little squirrels and cloudy the big cat." Dean said no less surprised.

"Uncle found him where?" Yoshi wanted to know.

"The coastal area with salty sea water. When I wanted to leave, he followed me. Like not wanting to be left. And he looked thin and hungry. No wonder the squirrels ran away scared to see it."

"I think cloudy's hiding so well that he doesn't disappear with other animals." Widuri.

"Alan also said he had seen a light appear from within the forest, emitted towards the sky. But when we checked back, we found nothing. Have you ever seen anything like it?" Dean asked Yoshi.

Yoshi frowned for a moment. "I don't remember anything. I've never seen him." Yoshi.

"Hemm. This forest is full of puzzles." Mumbles Widuri.

"That's what dad said, too. That's why this forest area is off limits. And uncle, be careful if you go to that beach over there. The beach is not as beautiful as it looks. So said dad." Yoshi reminded.

"What's in there?" Dean was curious.

"don't know. Dad didn't tell me. But when I checked the island, I didn't dare to stop by. I just went through it." Answer Yoshi.

"Alane! He and Nastiti were checking the area. Can you send a voice transmission and tell him to come back?" Tanya Widuri was worried.

"don't know. I've never tried that far." Said Dean.

"Try it first." Widuri.

Dean closed his eyes, concentrating on sending Alan a message to return immediately.

"How's it?" Yoshi asked after seeing Dean open his eyes.

Dean tilted his head. Eyes squinting. Seemed like thinking hard.

"I don't know what's going on. Whether Alan is too far away so unreachable, or there's a barrier that keeps me from sending voice transmissions." Dean said.

Widuri and Yoshi were confused.

"Yoshi, can you and your father send and receive voice transmissions?" Ask Dean.

"Can." Yoshi nodded.

"Try me to send a message to your father. Is it sendable or is there a barrier as well?" Said Dean.

"I'll try." Yoshi concentrated on sending voice transmissions to his father.

After a while, Yoshi opened his eyes again.

"I'm saying something here. And dad says it's better not to go there." Yoshi.

"That means there's something in this forest." Said Dean.

"What do you mean, it's like a jammer blocking a cell phone signal in our world?" Widuri stared in disbelief.

"Yes, more or less like that. But, what size jammer is able to block communication in an area this large?"

Dean suddenly stood up. He looked around. Start to realize that there is something in this forest that may be very dangerous, even for people like them. Bi is a victim. Bi may have also tried to send a message to her husband, but was deterred. Or obstructed?

Who has an interest in obstructing communication in this place? Does this place have a ruler? What is the purpose of blocking communication? Keeping secrets awake? Or is there something else?

The three people were thinking hard, yet had yet to find the answer.
