Chaptre 343. Sovereign's Sister
"Stop!" doctor Chandra stops Indra.
Dean's arm was quickly covered in a white light. Before long, Dean's expression got better. The shimmer of sweat that had previously dripped, was wiped by the speechless Widuri.
"You can't let go" said Dr Chandra.
"How do you know, Ruler?" ask Robert.
"This arrow belongs to only one person."
Doctor Chandra closed his eyes. A bright white light emanated from his body. One hand was directed at the arrow. One other hand touched Dean's arm. Slowly but surely, the arrow became faint, then it was crushed into dust. All looked with admiration at the Light Sovereign's ability.
Doctor Chandra took out a small bottle containing the only pill. "Drink this. That guy usually adds poison to his arrows."
"Thank you, Ruler."
Widuri grabbed the medicine and took some water to drink Dean. Dean just said, and took the pill.
"You rest. Widuri, take him upstairs!" doctor Chandra's orders.
"Good!"
Both disappeared at the end of the stairs.
"Do you know where the trap is?" now Chandra's doctor's view is shifted to Robert and Indra.
"Yes!" answer them simultaneously.
"Come there!"
Doctor Chandra flew into the mouth of the cave, followed by Robert and Indra. This time the Ruler checked starting from the mouth of the cave. Along the entrance was examined carefully. His glowing white hand, directed to the two sides of his body left and right, while drifting slowly, entered the passageway.
Indra and Robert watched and followed from behind. They did not understand what to help, other than to observe the floor and ceiling of the cave. They're worried that Dean's previous events will trigger another set of traps.
Suddenly, Dr. Chandra stopped advancing. Indra almost hit his back. Finally, they observed what Dr. Chandra had examined.
"Retreat!" doctor Chandra's orders.
Indra and Robert were obedient to retreat. Doctor Chandra also shifted his position, taking two steps back. He covered Indra and Robert with a ball of white light. It made Robert and Indra a little tense.
"Is the trap here more dangerous?" indra asked Robert through voice transmission.
"don't know. Let's just take a look. The ruler must know what to do." Robert replied.
The two noticed Chandra's finger moving several times. They don't hear any noise outside the ball of light. But you can see some sparkling objects flying quickly.
There were even two that struck the ball of light that enveloped the three of them. But the weapon could not penetrate it. Robert could see the weapon fall to the floor after hitting a wall of light, then fall to the floor. Robert doesn't know what kind of weapon it is.
"The bastard was apparently living here after being driven from the mainland," the Ruler exasperatedly exasperated.
"The ruler knows the people who inhabit this place after you leave?" ask Indra to know.
"Yes. Have you ever heard of a female general with the title of Killer Arrow?" The ruler asked back.
"I don't know," Z replied honestly.
"I've heard that name spoken of by the generals, about a hundred years after you came to power" replied General So.
"Is he bad?" ask Indra more and more curious.
"Hemmm, I don't really remember what made it a conversation anymore" said General So.
"Yes, he's evil! And will do everything possible to get his wish, even harm and sacrifice his own army!" The ruler said furiously.
"Ah .. I remember now! He meant to rebel. In the rebellion, his entire army was crushed. I was still in education at the time. So don't get involved in the battle."
Robert was relieved that he could finally remember the story of the female general who wanted to seize the position of the Light Ruler.
"Why was he not put to death?" ask Indra astonished.
The Light Ruler's voice was weakening. His eyes look beautiful. It was obvious the sadness he was harboring.
Indra and Robert felt their hearts almost popped off hearing the confession. Oh my God .... The two look at each other. Robert so does not want to talk about it again, if it will only make the Ruler sad.
"A-is the trap ahead safe?" Indra tried to turn his attention to his original goal, checking the cave passage.
"It's safer to stay in the light bulb. I don't know how many traps he's set here, to welcome me!" That voice sounded strong. But Indra and Robert can find the taste of poignancy in the rhythm.
The ball of light flew back. The ruler again spread his hands to the left and right of his body to inspect every inch of the wall.
They received two more remarks, before reaching the door of the cave room.
"It is not surprising that the position of the Ruler cannot be dropped easily by his brother. Because he has more ability. Perhaps the Sovereign cannot fight, but has wisdom and other superior abilities. And it proved to be the glory days of the Light Nation," inner Robert was proud.
"There's nothing, in the hallway. But I can't believe that he's just preparing a little welcome" doctor Chandra grumbled.
"How do you know He's gonna make a welcome?" ask Indra confused.
"Well ... After seeing this place, as well as my entire collection of medicinal herbs, he must have known that I often came here to see medicinal plants."
Doctor Chandra floated back, entering the cave. They were still inside the ball of light.
"Where's the trap that hit Dean?" tanyakanya.
"There!" show Robert.
The ball of light drifted to the spot Robert pointed at. Now Chandra's doctor can see a chunk of rock on the floor, near a rock hole the size of the rock.
"He took off the floor, to set up a trap. I think there's a secret room near here. He had predicted, I'll look for those plant seeds all over the place!" Doctor Chandra shook his head.
Robert and Indra did not want to comment. Shut up is the wisest thing right now. There is no point in interfering in family matters. Because brother and sister are like two sides of a coin. As with any bad side of one, he will not be separated from the other side.
Dr. Chandra examined the lower floor. Tidying it with his glowing hand. There's nothing.
"Look around, we're trying to unload his last welcome!" ruler's Order.
"Good!"
Indra watched around, while Robert inspected the ceiling of the cave. Traps stored at dark altitudes, difficult to detect.
Doctor Chandra pressed down on that lower floor. "Rightly, it's like a spring that—"
"Review, attack from above!" exclaim Robert loudly.
The ball of light rolled away, slashing to the side.
Bruckk!
The three were shocked to see a series of huge traps lashing out at each other, right in their previous position.
Then, there was a rumbling sound in the middle of the cave. They turned and looked. Another trap, fell in the middle of the cave room. It was shaped like a piece of wood, with many sharp thorns on its bottom.
"He really intended to kill!" indra's gummies are horrified.
"Ruler, there's something strange about that trap!" said Robert.
Doctor Chandra brought a ball of light closer to the trap in the middle of the room. At the top of the trap was a body. He was stuck to a trap piece of wood, with an arrow in his chest. The same arrow that hurt Dean.
"Is she Your Sister, the Ruler?" ask Indra.
"There's no way he killed himself by sticking an arrow in his own chest. No, after he took the trouble to set up a bunch of traps!" rebut Robert.
"That's not him. The necklace is different."
