SURVIVORS
Chaptre 66. He's not Dean

"Are you the spirit of the dead?" Sunil pointed towards the stone tub.

Dean's eyes followed Sunil's direction. He tried to get up with great difficulty. Crouch down, stand up and look at the lying figure with a frown.

Dean stepped closer, holding the rigidly lying body in panic.

"Am I dead?" tanyanya herself.

Dean looked around to get to know the place.

"You stole all the guns there." Those words were not questions, but conclusions and Dean did not need answers.

"You also stole the body of our friend Dean," Sunil replied boldly.

Dean looked puzzled at Sunil's words, but he didn't think much of them. He touched the body on the stone table and took something behind his shirt.

"Why am I still here? I thought I was home." Dean went back to talking to himself.

All Dean's talk made Widuri and Sunil even more worried.

"Dean was completely possessed by that person's spirit," whispered Widuri to Sunil who replied with a nod.

"What should we do?" Widuri whispered back.

"I don't know. Let's see what he wants first." Sunil felt his mind was deadlocked now.

He was too tired and sleepy. A lot of things that happened tonight made him feel like this was beyond the limits of his brain reception. Sunil really wanted to sleep at this moment.

"I want to sleep," Sunil said suddenly and stepped out. Widuri.

"Where are you guys going? Stay right there!" Dean's orders were firm.

His eyes seemed to glow golden, making his two friends unable to move their legs.

Widuri and Sunil are getting scared, but their legs are tied up. Sunil finally chose to sit on the floor and leaned against the cave wall. In an instant, he was already fast asleep.

Widuri looked at him in annoyance. He recalled how Sunil was also able to fall into a deep sleep after rescuing everyone from the cave during the earthquake.

"Basic kebluk. Sleep don't see the sikon," Widuri's nagging disappeared in the air. He had no other choice either. So followed Sunil for a short break and filled the battery of his body that was already very tired. Both of them immediately fell asleep while sitting leaning back.

Dean who was examining the thing he had taken from behind the figure's shirt, turned his head when he heard Sunil's subtle snoring. He saw both sleeping while leaning.

Dean stepped to the other side of the wall. His forehead gave off a golden star-shaped light. The wall in front of him instantly shifted. Dean went inside and the wall closed again.

Dean walked into a hidden room that could only be opened with a light on his forehead. He placed the thing he had taken earlier on a stone table. It was emitting light towards the ceiling of the room. Dean checked the information that was in that light. He finally remembered the things he had previously forgotten.

He pointed his palm at the other side of the table. Simultaneously out light from the forehead and palms were reflected at one point on the ceiling. But nothing happened that he expected.

"Transmission failed. Are the coordinates moving?" muttered Dean.

"What about Z and O now? Did they manage to overcome the creature?" Dean thought hard.

He must immediately notify the situation here to the headquarters, but he cannot establish a transmission connection. Dean again tried to establish a transmission connection, but still failed.

"Ughh. My head hurts so much."

Dean held his head and walked out of the secret room. Open the door with light from his forehead. Dean walked over to the water. It contains water droplets with both palms and immediately drinks them. He saw a stiff body lying there.

"Did I really die in this place?"

His eyes look sad. Dean's body slumped and sat leaning against the wall of the stone tub.

"Bi. forgive me," he whispered softly before losing consciousness again.

Next morning

Alan, Dewi and Nastiti wake up late. The sound of the sheep bleating the storm woke the three.

"Ahh, it seems the sun is already high. We must have slept really well." The voice of the Goddess broke the silence.

Dewi and Nastiti head for the shower.

"Alan, please light the fireplace to cook breakfast," pinta Nastiti said.

"Where are Dean, Widuri and Sunil? Did they really sleep there?" Alan spoke for himself.

Alan heads for the shower as Nastiti returns inside. The goddess was busy milking the sheep.

"I want to see Dean inside" Alan told Nastiti.

Nastiti.. "Hem."

Before long Alan found Widuri and Sunil sleeping while sitting leaning side by side. Their snoring is still heard. 'Review once' Alan's inner.

Then he saw Dean also fall asleep while sitting leaning on a stone tub. Alan felt strange seeing that. Didn't Widuri take a bed for Dean? why is he sleeping there while the base is here. Then why did Widuri and Sunil sleep there? Alan couldn't understand.

"What is this door? last night there was no door here." Alan did not dare to approach anything else entering. He remembers the experience of being thrown away while trying to pull Dean out last night. Finally Alan decided to wake Widuri and Sunil first.

"Hey, wake. It's noon. You guys sleep well." Alan shook Sunil's body.

"Ahh, yes. What's up?" Sunil replied still with his eyes closed.

"awake. Widuri, wake up. It's noon." Alan replace swaying Widuri's body.

"Heemmm, just a moment. 5 minutes. I'm still sleepy," Widuri actually laid her body on the floor.

"Ohh..! It's cold!" Widuri's screams shortly after his back stuck to the floor. He's actually sitting down right now.

Sunil immediately opened his eyes hearing Widuri's scream.

"What's wrong?" tanyanya alert.

Alan chuckled at the sight of the two.

"Didn't you guys want to accompany the fainted Dean last night? Why sleep leaning alone while Dean's there alone?" accuse Alan.

Widuri and Sunil immediately looked towards Dean who was still sleeping while sitting down.

"Dean." Widuri stood up to Dean's place.

"Wait a minute, he's no longer Dean. But that guy." Sunil held onto Widuri's hand, making Widuri hesitant.

"What do you mean he's not Dean?" Alan asked for an explanation.

Sunil and Widuri shared last night with Alan. Alan couldn't believe his ears.

"Let me try to wake her up." Alan doesn't believe such a trance story.

"Be careful. Remember, the light in his eyes could have tied our legs last night." Sunil reminded Alan.

"Deean, Dean. Wake up. It's noon." Alan shook Dean's body.

"Ahhh," Dean grimaced.

"Are you sick?" ask Alan.

"My head hurts so much" Dean tried to lay his body on the floor.

"Okay, you lie down here first." Alan snatched the bed in the middle of the room, folded it up and placed it under Dean's head.

"Widuri, do you know any herbal remedies for headaches?" ask Alan.

Widuri. But soon his eyes were wide open.

"Wait for me to find first. Is there still paracetamol in the bag." Widuri wakes up and leaves Sunil and Alan.

"What do you think that room is? You don't believe my story and Widuri's, but look at the room that wasn't there before. It must be that thing that opened it." Sunil was still with his opinion that Dean was possessed by the spirit of the person on the table.

But Alan's not huffing.

"You'd better find a new atmosphere outside. Whatever happens, Dean's still our friend. After all, he didn't hurt the two of you even though you fell asleep in front of him. I don't think he had any evil intentions. We're the ones who broke into his house and took his things." Alan said.

Sunil pondered over Alan's words. It has a point. As long as Dean doesn't hurt a team member, he's their friend. Sunil stood up.

"I'm out first" he said.
