Chapters 281. Uncertainties
Finally they worked together to clean a super dirty room.
Exactly one hour, when officers unlocked the door where they were locked. He was surprised to see that disgusting place already looked so humane.
The three prisoners had even taken a bath and could sit comfortably on the floor.
Even though he wanted to find a fault gap, the officer still could not. Dean, Alan and Michael were taken to the dining room.
The three friends smiled faintly. They were glad to be in the same room. So you can share the food stock Dean keeps with other friends who are hiding in the storage room.
For a while, everything was still safely under control. But this can't go on. They must find a way to get out.
They enjoyed their breakfast with satisfaction. But they still don't know about Robert. Dean has sent several transmission messages. But there is no reply though.
After breakfast, they still have until noon to enjoy the air in the open space. They went there to find Robert.
"Where is Robert taken?" Michael muttered to himself.
Dean and Alan could only shake.
"I have an idea. I'll check somewhere else. But you have to take care of my body."
Alan sent a transmission message.
"What if we go back to the room first? I think it's safer" Michael said.
"I can still do something else. Merely, my strength is a little weakened." Alan gave an explanation.
"Go away." said Dean.
A small red light that escaped the scrutiny of the people, came out from Alan's body. The light rushed towards the door and down the long hallways.
(Announcement via loudspeakers)
TIME OUT. IMMEDIATELY LINE UP NEATLY FOR EXAMINATION.
"How is this Dean? Alan's little soul hasn't come back yet" Michael said worriedly.
"It's okay. As long as there was still an open gap, he could still return to his body at any time."
The two men got up and brought Alan back. And the three of them could pass the examination without suspicion.
"I'll go back first. And maybe can't be contacted for a while." Dean sent a transmission message.
"OKAY. Be careful," said Michael.
They split up at Alan and Michael's cell door. While Dean passed Robert's cell next to Alan's. But Robert is still nowhere to be seen. Dean regretted not listening to Alan before.
'We never should have come in here' inwardly.
Dean has to start making escape plans if Robert doesn't come back tomorrow. They have to find him and get out of here. Dean felt isolated in his cell. Because he can't get any information about his friends.
"I have to ask him! Who he was to get a special cell." Dean's determination.

While in another cell. Michael sat observing Alan who was becoming more reserved now.
"The fragment of my soul is on another floor. Have to wait for someone to use the elevator to go up or find a gap from the outside." Alan sent a transmission message to Michael.
"Yet. I don't know where he was," Alan replied.
"I'll look for it on the other floor" Alan added.
"Be careful" Michael said.
Before long, there was the sound of the cell door being closed automatically. All the prisoners are now back in lockdown.
"That's just until noon we're let out. The rest were locked up until the next morning."
Michael spoke to himself. Alan didn't respond at all. But it looks fine.
"You'd better just lie down" suggested Michael.
Alan nodded. Michael helps Alan mingle6. After that he also climbed onto the upper bed to rest as well. There's nothing to do right now.

Michael woke up to the sound of the cell door. Their food has been delivered.
'Is it night?' thought.
Michael went downstairs and saw Alan still asleep. He took the food in front of the door and placed it on a small table.
"Alan, are you okay?" Michael asked in a low voice.
Alan opened his eyes. He looks very weak. Michael helped her sit down.
"You have to eat!" michael's orders.
He feeds Alan who doesn't talk much.
"What is the danger if the little pieces of your soul are too long apart?" ask Michael carefully.
"Yes" answered Alan.
"But I've pulled it back. Or we'll die!"
"Then, we feed your physique first. So that when he comes back, you can recover soon, "persuade Michael.
Alan finished his meal and sat down against the wall. Eyes closed.
Michael watched Alan while eating. She's anxious. If something happens to Alan too, then their team is just as devastated.
How not. Robert disappeared while carrying Sunil in his storage. Both are pillars of team strength with Alan. Now Alan is weakened like this. Who else can protect the team?
Dean's separation in an impenetrable space of communication, made matters worse. They have trouble making plans quickly.
A small, dim red beam enters from a ventilation gap in the wall. Slowly the beam approached Alan, then fused with him. Alan's down. He has reached his limit.
Michael brought a glass of water to Alan's mouth. Then let him rest to restore the condition.
Tonight, they can only wait. This uncertainty must end immediately. Michael got into his bed and lay down.
"May Robert be well and come back here soon" he hoped before falling asleep again.
