Chapters 236. Barrel and Liam Options

Dean stood up from his seat and walked out with wide strides. He had to talk to Yabie to exchange his garden on the edge of the cliff, for grain in Yoshi's field.
Dean thought of anything that could be exchanged for road fare. Wheat, fresh lamb meat?, coconut fruit as a substitute for water on the ship. The cheese?Cooking oil?
Dean darted to Yabie. He's not in the garden area. There's only Mattew and Kenny and a few kids who are carefree helping with work.
Dean's headed for Liam's residence. There is Kang there. He was done and was waiting for Sunil.
"Where's Sunil?" dean asked Liam.
"He was talking to Yabie, and then he went somewhere" Liam replied.
"Did Sunil say something to you?" ask Dean again.
"About that wall of light?" Liam asked back.
Dean nodded.
"The ship will leave in a few days. You guys get ready," Dean said.
"I chose to stay here" Liam said.
"What do you mean?" Dean looked at Liam with probing eyes.
"I've said this to Sunil too. Me and Laras chose to stay here with these children" Liam replied solemnly.
"Related too??"
Dean really can't believe it.
"Yes! He had thought about it long ago. She is sick and needs Yabie's help too Kang. So he decided to stay." Liam explained.
"And you, want to accompany her?" Ask Dean again.
"He saved my life. He could have left at that time, but he decided to accompany me and to go to great lengths alone to support both of us. I'll stay and accompany him." Liam was firm with his stance.

Kang was surprised and pulled his hand. He saw Dean couldn't believe it.

"We're here!" reply Sunil.
Dean followed Sunil's voice. He found the two men hiding behind a tree trunk. Dean came down with Kang.
"What are you doing?" asked Dean in wonder.
"Hunt the beast! Yabie's sheep disappeared one this morning. There was a splash of blood leading to the maple forest, "sunil said.
"Huh!?" Did you find him?" ask Dean.
"There was a tiger in sight. That's why we're hiding." said Sunil.
"Why hide? If you believe that tiger killed sheep in the meadow, why not just kill it?" asked Dean in wonder.
"We're not sure yet. Yabie said, there was also a tiger that he put here at that time. So he still can't be sure" complained Sunil.
"Yabie, with the presence of wild animals in the maple forest, the sheep and the cows are in danger in the pasture."

Dean explained. He regretted the attitude of Yabie who did not even think about whether the wild animal was eating enough or not. If this continues, even the residents of the city who enter can be a tiger and tiger food.
Kang extended his front leg towards Yabie. Before long Yabie nodded in relief.

"alright. Choose just one, Kang," said Yabie relented.
"Tell others not to disturb cattle in pastures and wheat fields. They can only live in the maple forest," Yabie said exasperatedly.
Kang nodded. Then back to the middle of the pack of animals that were there. It seemed like Kang was filling their heads all with his orders. Evidently the wild animals just bowed in reverence.
Kang brought the old tiger back with him.
