Chaptre 222. Nastity
By sitting on Kang's back, Robert made it out of the small world. Kang was amazed to see the beauty of the outside world. The blue sea glistened silvery. Fused with the clear sky on the horizon.
Robert also realized that as far as the eye could see, there were only dense forests directly adjacent to the ocean.
"The forest is vast" murmured Robert.
"Follow me!" exclaim Dean.
He flew lightly balancing Kang's flying speed. Hugging Kang by the neck, Robert laughed.
"Wooaa.... Haha...."
Robert yelled every time Kang took a nosedive, then went up to the extreme. Kang is like a bird free from its cage. He flew up and circled. Robert screamed and hugged Kang's neck tightly.
"Kang, stop! I'm gonna puke!" robert shouted at the height.
Dean stops flying and watches Kang's dangerous movements from his place.
"So it's a real danger." Dean was worried about Robert.
But it was fortunate that Kang did not continue his acrobatic movements anymore. He finally realized, there was Robert sitting on his back. Let him Robert spit out his entrails.
"Are you okay?" ask Dean who came closer.
"My stomach's nauseous. I think I'm gonna start hating rollercoster now."
Robert wiped his mouth. His throat feels bad now. And his stomach is still churning.
"I brought a pot of water. Drink."
Dean thrust the pottery jug into Robert's hand.
Robert accepted, poured the contents to gargle and throw water in his mouth. Then he started drinking to cool his hot throat.
"Do you want to drink Kang too?" ask Robert. Kang shook his head.
Robert returned the pottery jug to Dean.
"Thank you."
"Are you doing it now?" ask Dean.
"Yes.. My stomach is getting comfortable. If I hadn't seen the water myself, I would have thought you were giving me medicine. Hahahaa," Robert laughed amusedly.
Dean just smiled.
"Let's move on," asked Dean who immediately flew away.
Kang flew after Dean. He was still not satisfied expressing his happiness. So Kang is still flying up and down even curving left or right. But this time Kang did it more gently. Smooth movement. Robert is not worried now.
Dean waited again when he saw Kang still flying around the forbidden forest.
"Don't fly near the sea! There's a ship that's watching us!" yelled Dean reminded.
"Ship? Is there a ship passing by here?" ask Robert.
"Yes. There's a port town" Dean explained.
Robert still wanted to ask, but cut Dean.
"Let's go home first. We'll be obrolin" Dean said.
"Ah, well," said Robert.
"Kang, let's fly seriously. We'll be home tonight!" Robert reminded. Kang nodded his head.
This time Kang flew obediently. He was chasing Dean who had darted away.
It finally crept up to Dean who was already standing right on the side of the sea. Kang and Robert could see, underneath it was a house and a garden. A very hidden place, tucked among a hoard of giant trees.
Dean floated down. Kang followed. They finally traced the front yard.
"Robert!"
Indra approached as Robert descended from Kang's back.
"The indra!" greet Robert.
Both cuddle.
"Thank God you survived and met Dean. Where's Niken and Dr Chandra?"
"We're here. Come inside." Doctor Chandra greeted from the court.
Robert could see everyone waiting for him in the courtyard. Their wide smiles made his heart happy and moved.
"They're my friends Kang. Let me introduce you."
"Hi Kang's.... Thank you for helping Robert in the hard times." Doctor Chandra comes down to the courtyard and approaches Kang and Robert.
Doctor Chandra thrust his hand out to shake. Kang was confused as to what to do.
"Follow your front leg and touch Doctor Chandra's hand. That's an introductory greeting in our world" explained Robert.
Kang followed Robert's advice. Raised his front right leg and touched Doctor Chandra's hand. Everyone smiled broadly at seeing that.
"Introduction already. Is Kang able to get in here" asked Alan.
"Just get the table out. Come on!" Dean gave me a cue.
Dean and Sunil raised the big long table together. While Alan pulled all the chairs from the courtyard.
"How did you guys do that?" Robert marveled. But all answered with a smile.
Dean, Alan and Sunil had already finished putting together a large table in the courtyard. The women took out the existing confectionery as well as a drink mixed with blueberry juice.
Everyone sat happily, except Kang who, with his giant posture, could not sit. Marianne brought Kang a cup of drinks.
"For you," he said kindly.
"Kang, can you turn out to be as handsome as you were?" ask Michael.
Kang nodded doubtfully, and looked towards Robert.
Dean, is there a little hidden place? if he turns into a human, he'll have to change clothes first" Robert said.
"There was. Let's Kang, follow me," Dean asked.
Kang follows Dean towards the 3 rooms located in the other part of the house and is hidden from everyone's presence.
"Robert, your friend is amazing" praised Nastiti.
"Is he handsome to be human?" ask Nastiti full of search.
"Why? Do you like it?" ask Michael.
"don't know. For some reason, when I saw him I felt like I was seeing someone great. Her aura was stunning and made me only able to look at her with disdain," Nastiti replied honestly.
"You feel it too?" asked Robert enthusiastically.
"You too?" Nastiti asked back.
"I feel that way too" said Niken. Widuri and Marianne nodded at the same time.
"When I told him what I felt, Kang just kept quiet. Well, he can only be quiet. Don't ask him to talk. Or he'll spout fire out of his mouth." Robert reminded.
"Then how do you communicate? Kang has a unique ability to communicate in other ways. You'll see" said Robert.
"Said Dean you're getting married. When exactly?" ask Robert.
"After all the preparations are done, we will invite you," Indra replied smilingly.
"You are back." said Sunil.
"Sit here Kang." Robert pointed at the empty bench to his right. Kang complied and sat there. He kept showing a polite smile on his face.
"What did you talk about?" ask Dean.
"About Indra and Niken's wedding plans" replied Robert.
"I want to get married, too" said someone.
Everyone turned their eyes towards the voice. That's Nastiti's voice. It seems like he was unconscious when he said it. Because his eyes kept on Kang who was sitting right in front of him. Kang's face even flushed red as he stared at Nastiti intensely. Kang finally looked down in embarrassment.
Niken sitting next to him was astonished. Waving her hands in front of Nastiti to wake her up.
"Are you dreaming?" ask Niken. Nastiti didn't react.
Niken grasped Nastiti's face with both palms, and pointed it right in front of her own face. Nastiti surprised.
"Your eyes are like swallowing Kang. She's so embarrassed!" sergeant Niken spicy.
"Aah.... What's??"
Nastiti stuttered. Her face flushed. He then ran into the house. Everyone laughed so amusedly. Except for Kang, who was still bowing in shame.
"Already Kang. Everything here is family. No need to feel bad. Our behavior is sometimes ridiculous," Sunil spoke up.
Robert patted Kang on the shoulder to restore his composure. Kang nodded.
Slowly Kang was able to enjoy their conversation. Listen to the incredible stories of A, O and Z in their home world, among the stars. Kang finally found out that the world is very big. And he had been locked up for thousands of years in that place, not knowing that times had changed. Even the descendants of the king whose tomb he guarded, have been replaced by other dynasties many times, and turned into a modern state in the future.
