Robert reached the flower field, but found no one. Liam followed behind him on horseback. They let the horse run and check. Sayup-sayup heard the cry of Niken who was running. And far in front of him was a white horse galloping towards the rocky hill. Indra was slammed many times behind him.
"That's it" cried Liam then spurred his horse.
"Oo no!" Robert caught up with Liam and his horse running faster because Indra was in danger. It was passed by Niken who ran away and panicked. Within 2 minutes the distance with Indra was overtaken.
"Take off that rope In. The danger!" robert shouted impatiently to see Indra keukeh clutching the rope even though he had found many injuries due to slamming and dragged.
Robert prepared his rope to help hold the horse back when he saw Indra not responding to his words.
Hup!
Robert failed to enter the rope as the horse ran in a change of direction. Robert chased again and prepared to throw the rope again.
Hap!
This time the horse was tied to 2 ropes. Robert jerked and forcibly pulled the rope with all his might while holding back his own horse.
Finally the white horse reduced its running speed while shaking its neck which was entangled stronger and stifled its breath.20 meters later the horse stopped and shook its neck weakly. His body trembled a little.
Robert loosened the rope slightly by walking closer to the horse. When Robert arrived, the horse fell down and complained softly, his eyes soft. Robert got down, loosened the rope and checked the condition of the horse that looked tired and limp because his neck was tangled tightly. Robert stroked his neck to calm him down. The horse became calmer after the rope was loosened.
Liam who followed, immediately checked Indra. Indra's condition was no better than that of the white horse. His face was scarred and blood poured out even from his temple. Lots of bruises all over his body.
"Indra, can you hear me?" ask Liam. Indra did not answer. Liam doesn't understand, he thinks Indra might faint.
"How's he?" robert asked from beside the horse.
"don't know. He didn't answer my words. Probably fainted. It's good that Chandra's doctor examined him first, just found out his condition. Obviously, he won't be able to walk home" Liam replied.
"Infraaaa!" Niken arrived and immediately cried hysterically.
He wanted to hug Indra's body lying on the grass, but Liam prevented it.
"Don't play hug dong. We don't know where he got the wound. If the wrong hug even makes his bones broken, how?" Liam pulled Niken's hand away.
Niken nodded in understanding then crouched down beside Indra and cried again.
"Darling, wakeup.. Wakes up. Sorry me. If I didn't want that horse, you wouldn't be like this." Niken's cries became more and more.
Robert and Liam discuss how to bring Indra back to the cottage. Liam turns towards the hut carrying Robert's dark horse, leaving him watching Niken and Indra.
"Can Indra still be helped?" ask Niken.
"We'll wait for Dr. Chandra to come. I don't understand anything like this either" replied Robert quietly.
Robert examined the white horse that was the cause of the problem.
"You made him seriously hurt. So you have to obey now, yeah." Robert continued stroking the horse's neck while nagging at his ears. The horse nodded slowly. Either because of understanding or protest blamed.
10 Minutes later Liam returns with Dr. Chandra. They carried 2 long logs, and more ropes and a piece of pasmina.
Doctor Chandra examines Indra's miserable condition.
"He fainted. Probably because of 2 things, running out of strength to hold the rope, or because his head hit a hard object." Doctor Chandra observed the surroundings. There are a lot of rocks there. He nodded in concern.
"Can we wake up with water?" ask Niken.
"Try it," said Dr. Chandra.
Liam gave Niken a container of water. They had brought him from the cottage. One more container of water was handed over to Robert.
Robert poured water on his palm thrust into the white horse. The horse licked Robert's hand quickly. Robert gave the horse a drink. Before long the horse got up and stood up, wagging its tail and swaying its head towards Robert. His neighing voice was smooth as if thanking him for being given a drink. Robert smiled happily as he patted the horse's back.
While Niken did not succeed in making Indra aware. Liam and Dr Chandra have finished making an emergency stretcher with two sticks. He tied it with a rope connecting the two woods. Cover the ropes with pasmina.
Robert handed Niken a white horse strap.
"Hand this, don't let go. He's calm, so don't bother. Or you will have the same fate" Robert stared intently at Niken who looked displeased at the horse.
Niken nodded then held onto the horse rope and let Robert, Chandra and Liam's doctors move Indra onto the stretcher. Indra is still flinching.
Robert and Liam lifted the stretcher on both sides, while Chandra's doctor tied a wooden rod on one side of the horse. Dr. Chandra fastened the wood front and back tightly on the saddle strap.
Now the palanquin is between Robert's horse and Liam's horse. They're ready to go now.
"You get on this horse" Dr. Chandra advised Niken.
Niken complies and rides on Robert's dark horse. Liam is in control of both horses' paths now, as Niken is not yet proficient at riding.
Behind, Robert and Dr. Chandra follow behind. Robert led the white horse, followed Liam slowly, fearing that Indra had fallen off the stretcher.
Arriving at the cottage, Silvia had prepared a place in the men's cottage. The dressings are ready. A bowl of warm water is also present.
They quickly carried a stretcher into the hut. Indra was still unconscious as well. Assisted by Liam, Chandra's doctor cleans all the wounds on Indra's body. Niken prepared a clean Indra shirt to replace.
While Robert immediately disappeared after Indra entered the cottage.
"Where are you going?" The barrel passed Robert while delivering another container of water to Chandra's doctor.
"Please feed and drink the horses" Robert shouted at Angel who was standing by the fence.
"Yes" replied Angel.
Angel took the pile of grass that Gilang prepared every morning for their horses. The horses that were tied were eating voraciously. Angel added water to a horse drinking water container made of bricks.
The next 10 minutes, Robert returned with something wet in his arms. Barrel approached to help him.
"What'sthis? Why is it so wet?" ask Laras.
"Drug Indra. I washed this. So please take a clean container," said Robert.
The barrel ran in towards the kitchen to pick up another container. When he returned, Robert was seen sitting on a wooden bench cutting the medicinal ingredients into small pieces, while the big one, was still on his lap.
"This," said Laras thrusting the earthenware container he was carrying. Robert accepted it and put it on the table.
"This is boiled first in a teapot or bowl. Give Indra a drink if she can already be given a drink." Robert handed a handful of pieces of medicinal ingredients to Barrel.
"What medicine is this?" tanya Laras wants to know.
"Medicine to reduce pain and tenderness." Robert answered briefly.
"Is this bitter?" ask Laras again.
"Yes, a little bit bitter" replied Robert.
"okay." The barrel immediately brought the material to the kitchen and looked for an earthenware bowl to boil the medicine. If the medicine is bitter, eat do not boil in the place of boiling tea, later their flower tea will actually follow the bitter.
"What cooking?" ask Silvia.
"Boiling Indra's medicine." Baras answered sure.
"Don't be reckless. What the hell is that medicine?" Silvia.
"Ask Robert. He said this to relieve pain and pain," said Laras indifferently.
Silvia comes out of the kitchen and finds Robert still as cool as chopping up the same medicinal ingredients.
"You sure this is medicine? Where's nemu? What if Indra is poisoned? Are you gonna kill him?" Silvia directly attacked Robert with her sharp words.
Robert's forehead was furrowed at the accusation. His face immediately darkened.
"I'll take the medicine that Baras boiled first if you're worried that I'm poisoning Indra." Robert answered very strongly.
Hearing Robert's reply, Silvia became emotional and wanted to reply to his words. But Angel immediately pinched and whispered.
"So your words. Don't accuse the non-false. Ask nicely." Angel reminded.
Silvia immediately clenched her mouth again and thought for a moment.
"I mean, what herbal medicine is that? What ingredients? Have you ever used it? Has it been proven yet?" Silvia tried to correct his words, but instead was met with ridicule laughter from Robert.
"Later if I say this is proven, you ask for more scientific evidence, clinical records, journals and so on. hahahaa." Robert answered cynically.
"You!" silvia's face was flushed red withstanding emotions. His teeth were crushed because he wanted to retaliate but did not know how to reply. Because Robert answered exactly according to his mindset as a medical student.
"You wouldn't accept it if it was just people's experience. You know clearly that in fact many manufactured drugs are made by mimicking the beneficial chemical elements of herbs, which have been used traditionally for hundreds of years." Robert didn't seem to want to stop talking.
Silvia was amazed that Robert's words struck right at the ego-resistant point of Western-oriented medicine experts who glorified large drug factories made from artificial chemicals as the most effective drugs.
"Robert, what kind of medicine is it made of?" this time it was Angel who asked with her sweet smooth voice to ease the tension.
"The bark of the willow tree," Robert answered briefly. Angel nodded. But Silvia's reaction became uncontrollable.
"The plants that you use as fences, benches and tables, you make medicine? Are you crazy or what?"
This time Silvia's emotions were unbearable again. His index finger pointed at Robert. Robert growled furiously and left everything he was working on at the table. He disappeared behind the fence.
"What's the fuss?" The cross led the horse who was carrying a container full of honey. Leon followed from behind.
"That, the Robert. Willow bark period is called as a pain reliever? It's crazy!" Silvia is still gregetan.
"could. But who's sick?" Leon answered casually.
"Could truth? Indra is sick," asked Niken quickly.
"Yes. It is a common herb in America even in China as well. It's like aspirin. Just as famous as turmeric if in Indonesia." Leon explained what he knew.
"Good then," Niken was pleased and immediately ran to the kitchen to wait for the medicine that was being boiled Barrel.
But Silvi just fell to her knees on the ground. His body trembled considering how rude and cruel his accusation was to Robert earlier. He himself is lacking knowledge but is actually high-minded without being willing to open himself to absorb new knowledge. The shame he felt now was truly unbearable.
