Xavier's sudden voice made Akram turn his head. His already wry expression turned increasingly sour as his eyes met directly with Xavier.
“What do you want from Elana?” sahut Akram rough while frowning.
Xavier grinned, his gaze as if dismissive towards Akram.“Oh, come on, Akram, try to be professional. It's only the first day Elana's working here and you seem to have trouble doing it. Akram's face darkened, filled with great anger. “You liken me to a dog?” he shouted with a stifled angry tone.

“Can I leave here and work again?” Elana stood up when she saw Akram entering the room. “I think Elios is waiting for me there. Akram froze for a moment, then the man suddenly opened both arms.
“Come here,” he said in a commanding tone.
Just a second Elana hesitated, then the woman finally stepped her feet closer to Akram and stopped right in front of the man. It made Akram smile full of irony mixed with aggravation.
Other women would not think twice if given the opportunity to scatter into his arms. However, this woman was standing here, silent in front of him when clearly Akram had opened his arms wide for him.
Anxiously Akram finally grabbed Elana's body and took the woman into his arms. Elana's petite body instantly sank into her embrace while Akram drowned her sense of smell in the softness of Elana's pleasant-scented hair.
Elana momentarily fell silent and waited as Akram wrapped his arms tightly around her body and stroked her back slowly. When the man did not make a sound, Elana finally put her hands on Akram's chest and pulled herself away, raising her head to look at him.
“Akram? What's up?” elana asked with a worried attitude mixed in curiosity.
Akram smiled wryly, while his eyes watched Elana with a sharp look.
“Do you think I'm handsome?”
Akram's question was really unexpected and made the frown on Elana's forehead deeper.
What the fuck? Why would the man suddenly ask this kind of silly question?
“Why are you asking like that?” Elana dodged and found a way so she wouldn't have to answer.
Unfortunately, Akram is not the kind to let go easily when he is already chasing something.

Elana snorted in annoyance. No chance to escape again.

I will admit that you are very handsome,” Elana raised her chin arrogantly, trying to make her sentence sound like a compliment even though she was not lying.
Because, who can deny the good looks of a very charming Akram Night?
Everyone who looked at Akram definitely did not need to look twice to immediately acknowledge his good looks. But, of course Elana did not want to make the man big-headed and then act arbitrarily. That's why he deliberately restrained himself, so that Akram did not realize his true feelings.
Elana looked at Akram confused.

Elana smiles, her eyes sparkle because somehow Akram's jealous attitude towards her brother is even similar to the attitude of children.
“You have a different kind of good looks,” answered Elana quickly to save yourself from Akram's unexpected outburst of jealousy.
Akram's eyes watched Elana closely, and the man realized that there was no point in feeling jealous of Xavier. Elana's heart has not been conquered by him, but it is also clear that Elana is not interested in Xavier at all. That means in Elana's heart, his position is still more victorious when compared to the host's foster sister.
“Xavier may have good looks that can thrill weak innocent women who will be fascinated by her physical appearance. But Xavier's social abilities are severely lacking, even his personality tends to be monstrous. Scared him? After so many things they experienced in their brief togetherness? How does he feel about this man now? Is he still haunted by hatred, fear, threat and all his might to escape?
“Slightly,” because it is still unable to examine her own feelings, then Elana chose to give a floating answer that felt safest for her.

As Elana left the room, Akram turned over and stepped into the large glass window in her room which featured a view of the sky and pondered.

Akram glanced at his watch. Two o'clock in the afternoon. That means in the hours of coming home from work later, it is likely that rain will fall profusely. Akram reminded himself to give instructions to the driver of Elana so that there is no need to pick up the woman later in the afternoon, because Elana will come with her car that will take the woman home.
