The silence had lasted for some time, dissolving the night in silence in the room moistened by the mixed feelings of the creatures in it. When the tears dried up so that nothing else could be released, Xavier raised his bowed head and let out a long sigh.
He had been trying his hardest not to make a sound and not to disturb Sera's rest, fortunately, it seemed that Sera's exhaustion made her not easily distracted by the sounds around her. Xavier raised his hand to rub his wet face, he let out a long sigh then slowly moved his body up from his kneeling position.
His head was painful and what was churning in his chest still felt stifling, like a wound that never had a chance to heal. However, Xavier knew that he should not wallow too long in the regrets of the past. He must move forward for Sera and for the children he will be born with.
Xavier was standing on Sera's side fast asleep. There was a hint of a smile on her lips when she realized that even though Sera seemed to be crying out all out after meeting her father, she was, the sleeping face of the woman looked peaceful mingled in relief and happy to have met her father.
Once again the guilt wracked Xavier's heart when he remembered that he had coldly intended to eliminate Salvatore so as not to become a fester in his relationship with Sera. Sera gasped and immediately turned her head towards her father. Of course his father's position has not moved at all since. Salvatore Moon lay flat in place with his eyes closed without shifting a inch, only the constant sound of the life support machine and the slow up and down movement in the chest that can be an indicator of his life.
Sadness melted wryly in Sera's eyes as she let out a long sigh before then turning her head back towards Xavier.
"Can we come back later if I miss?" ask carefully.
Surely Sera did not want to leave this hospital. The few hours he spent beside his father were considerably less than he had waited all these years, but Sera also knew that he should not be selfish and ignore his condition just to fulfill his will. She's in a big, risky pregnancy anyway. It would be very unwise if he forced himself to stay overnight in this hospital.
Even if Xavier can afford a room for him, his father's medical facility is reserved for patients with chronic illnesses and some with infectious diseases, then it is not the right step for Sera if spending too long in this place.
Despite deciding to suppress his desire not to leave his father for a second, Sera wanted to make sure that he could see his father anytime and as often as possible. "You can come back anytime you want. I'll drive you." Xavier gave an answer that calmed Sera down, but before Sera was too excited, she immediately added the terms. "As long as you promise to be healthy. Before you get here, Dr. Nathan will check on you first. If Nathan's doctor says okay, then we're leaving. I know you really want to be around your father, but you can't impose your condition. Do you want to accept this arrangement?"
Xavier's voice sounded soft and it made Sera's heart warm. For some reason, the more Xavier's day changes. The man was gentle, friendlier and opened himself up. The former Xavier will impose his rules regardless of Sera's feelings, but now Xavier asks if Sera will accept his rules or not and shows that he will consider if Sera turns out to disagree.
"I accept it, Xavier. Thank you." Thank you." Sera replied slowly, unable to hide her sincerely sparkling eyes.
"alright. Then we'll go now." Xavier gives Sera a chance to look back at her father and say a saying goodbye in her heart, then the man turns his body towards the door while still carrying Sera into his carrier.
"Didn't you want to put me down?" Sera whispered in embarrassment as they stepped through the long hallway of the hospital followed by several bodyguards behind them, one of the bodyguards even appeared to be carrying a folded Sera wheelchair and following them silently. "A. I must be very heavy now." Sera glanced over her protruding belly, then looked at Xavier anxiously. "You're in your condition too. You shouldn't be lifting the heavy ones, either" he added.
Xavier chuckled, enjoying Sera's flushed cheeks.
"Although I am sick, but my body condition is quite good. After all, when else do I get this magical opportunity? Soon it might be an opportunity like this to be something impossible for me" he added in a mysterious tone.
Sera widened her eyes. "Magic opportunity?" confused repeat.
Xavier laughs. "Yes, the opportunity to carry my wife and two children at once, the opportunity to carry the three of you easily. When the twins are born, it will be very difficult to do so, right? So don't protest and just enjoy this opportunity. You're not heavy and you're never too heavy." Xavier decided firmly as he stepped into the elevator that brought them down to the first floor.
Xavier's attitude spread a smile on Sera's lips, making her finally speechless and not protesting anymore when Xavier hugged her tighter in a sling. Today, though she was filled with tears, but she felt happy. She can meet her father, she can vent her longing, she gets an appointment to see her father whenever she wants, and her husband carries her like a royal princess with a loving attitude.
Maybe no other woman is as happy as she is right now.
The elevator doors opened and Xavier led Sera across the deserted giant lobby. The sky was already dark as they stepped towards their waiting car in the front yard of the lobby and Xavier entered the rear seats in the passenger cabin of the car, it turned out that he had no intention at all to bring down Sera.
The man sat quietly in the car while still holding Sera!

Aaron did not leave. He was still there, waiting with patience that almost melted with his soul. For hours he waited, filled with hope so that he could wash his eyes with the sight of Sera's face that he so longed for once more.
His hope was granted, but in the worst way. The two creatures were so busy with each other that they were unaware of his presence sitting on a large sofa located on one side of the health facility's large lobby, a little hidden in the shadows of the marble pillars that are able to hide it well.
Aaron's eyes continued to follow as Xavier's figure stepped out of the elevator while holding Sera in his arms. Xavier's arms encircle Sera, visibly protecting her possessively and protectively, while Sera appears to hold Xavier's body and clutches her tiny hand in the man's shirt.
There was no rejection from Sera, the woman seemed to raise her head towards Xavier and smiled broadly as Xavier seemed to whisper something to him. Sera's eyes looked puffy, but her cheeks hinted red and beamed when she heard what Xavier had told her.
Sera's smile was aimed at another man who was also his great enemy, like the rain of a burning arrow that directly pierced into Aaron's heart. He immediately felt a great amount of pain surrounding him, publishing the pain of jealousy mixed with the feeling of betrayal.
How could Sera smile like that? How could she possibly be light without such a burden? Did Sera not think about Aaron being pushed into hiding because of the cruel competition thrown by Xavier that made all the assassins in this world go crazy and chase him to be killed? Didn't Sera ever think about what Aaron's fate is?
Has Sera forgotten him? Did Sera really betray him and not care about Aaron anymore? Or maybe the last sentence he said at the airport farewell to Sera, made the woman not love him anymore?
Aaron's eyes were burning as Xavier who was holding Sera flashed right in front of him without the slightest hint of being aware of his whereabouts. He saw that his enemy was bowing his head so that his face was very close to Sera as if he wanted to kiss her but held back with all his might. Aaron's hand was instantly clenched as hatred exploded within his soul, making him take a vow of vile treachery to Xavier in his heart.
The psychopathic man must have closed Sera's eyes until the girl knew nothing. Yes, Xavier must have kept his pursuit from Sera a secret, making Sera think that Aaron was doing well and living happily in Russia.

When Xavier's back disappears behind the facility's dark-glazed exit lobby and into the car that drove him away, Aaron thins his lips with determination.

After sitting behind the wheel and thanking the employee who put the file in the back seat of his car and closed the door, Aaron drove his car and drove it through the hospital gate. His eyes glanced at the pile of files in the back seat of his car and a faint smile immediately fell on his lips.
The file is the entire record of costs incurred for patients moving from prison which is a special deposit from the owner of this health facility. In other words, it was a file belonging to Salvatore Moon, Serafina's father. Others may not be able to get the dossier easily, but Aaron, with his position as the financial director of the central hospital, is, of course, it has its own privilege to get easy access to any data in this health facility.

His attitude was contagious and Xavier laughed. The man raised next to his eyebrows, looking at Sera with a thick seductive look.
"Of course it's a rare opportunity. Just imagine if the twins have been born, then I force to lap you in public at the same time with the twins. People will think I'm crazy" he said in a light, joking tone.
Xavier's words made Sera finally release a loud laugh from her lips until they then laughed together cheerfully.
Afterwards, Xavier sprinkled another kiss on Sera's forehead. The man cupped both sides of Sera's face with his palms before then rolling his kiss to Sera's temple and moving to her cheek and ending up in Sera's open mouth waiting. Xavier planted his mouth in Sera's soft mouth spout without a fight. The closed eyes, enjoyed the touch of his woman who always made him thirsty without a cure and was wiped sweetness that was always offered by their lips that he adored so much.
The kiss drowned them both in their own world, shrinking two hearts with arms attached to each other and mouths intertwined with desire and desire to unite.
That is how it is, in the dim passenger cabin, on top of the car that drove through the hustle of the city streets, two creatures hugged and strengthened each other, he said, pouring out an unspoken love that only their hearts can hold in secret, a heart that is both silenced by the unworthy of each other.
