“Come in,” Nathan's voice sounded impatient, his eyes staring at the door that finally opened with anxious expectation. Then his expression turned relieved when he saw that it was the officer from the laboratory who came to deliver the results of Elana's blood test.

Elana nodded her head again, using her free hand to grip her infusion pole, while her other hand still smothered her mouth.

Akram took Elana with a cautious step, trying to align his legs with the drift of the infusion pole. They finally arrived in front of the sink located in the toilet of the treatment room and Akram immediately took over the infusion pole from Elana's hand, while the other hand rubbed the nape of Elana gently, with a soft touch, then get rid of Elana's dangling hair and keep her from falling forward when Elana bends her body towards the sink.

“Come, throw up,” whispered Akram gently, rubbed the nape of Elana softly and his heart immediately felt sore as if pierced with a blow when back Elana vomited so badly, and this time directly in front of him.
