"Elana never seduced me, she never wanted my money, she wasn't even tempted by the outward look and power I had. I had to go to great lengths to win her heart, to make her nod her head in order to accept my proposal and be willing to marry me," Akram's eyes narrowed earnestly. "So, I won't let you ruin my future wife's reputation with all the filthy accusations you've made based on assumptions and no evidence."

Maya gasps, but is lucky she is reminded of the last defense she has.

"I'm a witness! And all of that is not an assumption! You have to trust my testimony, Akram!" Maya screamed, her eyes bulging with a strong urge to force Akram to believe her. "Elana! That woman you defended blindly, I saw it for myself when she finished making out with Elios! With your own assistant!" maya's voice was so loud that it made Elios, who was busy behind his desk and trying not to interfere with his boss's personal affairs, finally raise his head in confusion because his name was mentioned.

"Oh yeah? Let me ascertain whether your accusation is real, or again based on assumptions," Akram turned a little towards Elios, and called his unfortunate assistant who knew nothing of it.

"Elios, come here."
