It took a while for Elana to clear her panic-filled brain. His hand was still cupping Akram's hot smoldering forehead, while with his other hand he opened his phone in a hurry, searching in the phone book section desperately.

There are several numbers of his coworkers stored there in addition to Akram number, it just so happens that they have all exchanged numbers while working together first. But, of course Elana can't ask them for help, right?

Benak Elana began to think of trying to run to the terrace asking for help. Akram says his men are around the house to provide care. They will definitely come to help once they see Elana asking for help on the porch.

Elana's gaze was immediately fixated on one of the names that relieved her heart. Elios was there in the name of Elios, not knowing when Elana kept the number, but in this second, Elana was grateful to have kept the number.

Elana almost presses Elios' number when suddenly her phone screen turns bright and flickers, followed by a loud ringing of the phone later. His forehead wrinkled when he saw the foreign number call plastered there.

Whose number is this? Is the number wrong? Because...no one knows this number other than the one who has exchanged contact with him, right? So... should he lift... or do not lift when considering his safety?

Elana gulped, worried for a few seconds. But, thinking that this might just be an important call, Elana decided to pick it up. After all Elana can close the call at any time when it is felt that the person who called her at a short time was wrong target.

"Hello?" Elana asked quickly as soon as she picked up the call. His voice was still trembling, covered in panic as his other palm felt Akram's burning forehead.

"Elana. This is Xavier, I got your number from the employee list. I'm sorry I called you at night, but there are some files that must.." Xavier's voice stopped. Her strong memory instantly realized that the tone of voice used by Elana, was much different from her usual tone of voice. "Why? What's the matter, Elana?" guess sharp.

Instantly Elana**phone in her hand, her voice was nervous and her trembling was more noticeable this time.

"Xp..xavier..." Elana called Xavier as if the man was her only focus. "Akram..he is sick.he has a fever..."

"Compress him for first aid, I'll call Nathan and Elios and get there" Xavier's voice sounded tense and anxious, the man then hung up the phone without giving Elana a chance to speak again.

Immediately after receiving that instruction, Elana immediately jumped up, as if her consciousness was back and made her think fast.

He took a bowl, filled it with warm water, then dipped a small towel there. After that, he brought the bowl of compress near Akram and placed it on the table.

Akram himself was still in the same position as when Elana left him earlier, sitting half-down and leaning his body completely on the back of the sofa with his head turned up. The man's breathing seemed to be stinged along with his frowning forehead as if enduring the pain.

"Acclusive..." Elana called out the name of the man slowly, "I... I will help you lie down, will you?"

The man certainly did not answer, and Elana herself immediately exerted all her strength to help Akram move from a sitting position to a lying position on the sofa.

Akram's lunglai body immediately fell on him when Elana tried to pull him. Almost Elana fell backward because she was not ready to accept the burden of Akram's body that was superimposed entirely on her, lucky that her legs were still holding back, strong even though shaking, became a stake for her body so as not to fall.

As powerful as Elana tilted Akram's body, then carefully changed the position of the man's back so that it collapsed with the sofa bed under him in a recumbent position. Elana then pulled out Akram's long legs and straightened them so that the man had now managed to lie down completely.

Elana's hand then moved, took a compress and placed it on Akram's hot-smouldering forehead. He did it over and over again. After that, Elana's hand moved to cupping Akram's cheek, checking his forehead and neck and anxiety immediately hit his heart again when he realized that Akram's fever did not go down.

Lucky then there was a knock on the door, making Elana in a hurry to scatter towards it. He was wary of peering through the window first to ascertain whether the coming was in accordance with his expectations and immediate relief flooded him when he saw who came, he said, make it move as fast as lightning to press the safety lock button and open the door.

Elios, Nathan and Xavier's doctors were standing there. Elana saw behind them the different cars parked haphazardly in front of the house, as if the three of them had immediately set off in a hurry from their respective homes once she got the news.

Instantly Elana directly tilted the body to give way.

"He was just a normal fever, it seemed like Akram was exhausted lately, sleep deprived, plus he was still recovering from a gunshot wound to his chest, so that his endurance decreased and made him get a virus," Nathan took the medicine out of his bag. "Fever is a good sign, it means his body's defense system is working well. The body knows that the virus cannot stand in hot conditions, which is why they create hot fighting ground, deliberately raising the temperature to weaken the virus. At the same time, the body's immune system fights the virus. If the body's immune system wins, then the fever will go down without disease. If the body's immune system loses this initial fight, in a day or two we'll see what diseases come up,"

"If the fever is for the field of battle...." Elana frowned when using the term used by Nathan's doctor, "That means the fever should not be lowered?"

"Fever that is too high can be a sign that the virus that attacks is very strong, fever can also harm patients if it is too high and can not be controlled. That's why I want you to keep an eye on Akram with this digital thermometer," Nathan's doctor placed a kind of scanner-like object in his hand.

"Give it to the patient's forehead, then press the button, see, it turns red, doesn't it? The thermometer will turn red automatically if the temperature is above 37 degrees. Akram has now reached 38.5 degrees. Men usually have temperatures that are not as high as women if they have a fever, a maximum of 40 degrees, if women can be 41 degrees. If the temperature is already above 39 degrees, take this heat-lowering medication for him. If not, do what you have done to lower the heat.I will help replace Akram's clothes with thinner ones to help cool his body. You compress him and best try to do a more effective skin-to-skin method.." Nathan's doctor lowered his tone, as if trying to keep his words from being heard by others.

Elana herself frowned.

"Skin to skin method?" tanyanya's confused. His voice stopped when Nathan's doctor gestured Elana to stop speaking.

The man then approached Elana and spoke in a slightly whispering tone.

"Skin to skin, skin to skin," Nathan's doctor explained slowly. "The low temperature of your body will be effective if you hug the patient with a high temperature, directly skin to skin, without any barrier."

Elana gasped, instantly moving backwards as she understood Doctor Nathan's sentence. Her cheeks were red with great embarrassment. Just at that moment, Xavier who helped to raise a new small bowl of warm water and compress approached and placed it on their front desk.

His forehead creased to see Elana's cheeks flushed red and the man immediately turned to look at Nathan's doctor with a look.

"What's wrong? Why are her cheeks red? Did Lana catch a fever too?" tanyanya.

Doctor Nathan smiled without guilt.

"I'm just explaining the skin to skin method to Elana" he said quickly.

There was a red hue flashed across Xavier's cheek hearing that sentence. When he spoke, his expression turned reproachful.

"You're so perverted and shameless" he was furious.

Doctor Nathan chuckled, then nodded towards Elana and stood up to approach Xavier.

"What's Xavier? Pretending innocence in front of Elana? I know your experience with women is almost as much as..."

The sound of the door opening stopped Nathan's words that were about to be thrown to mock Xavier. All the heads turned towards the door, and it seemed that Elios had just come back after leaving on the orders of Nathan's doctor to redeem the prescription of the medicine he had made to the pharmacy.

"You got everything?" doctor Nathan turned his attention to Elios who nodded his head immediately. The man then handed over the bag of medicine he was carrying to Nathan's doctor.

Nathan immediately brought the bag in front of Elana and took out the contents.

"I'm still not going to give you a specific cure because the heat is new today and we still don't know what the pain is. But I've already taken a sample of Akram's blood and will check it out in the lab tonight. For a while, in addition to the heat-lowering drugs, give these immune-boosting, anti-nausea and antiviral drugs to Akram,"

Elana who had managed to overcome her embarrassment due to the words of the doctor Nathan was nodding her head strongly.

"Is there anything else?" ask her with a serious tone.

Doctor Nathan shook his head. "For now just focus on lowering her fever and treating her," she replied briefly.

"I had bought Mr. Akram warm porridge to eat before taking his medicine" Elios pointed to the golden box he had placed on the table, "You can heat it up if you want to prepare it later,"

Elana nodded her head, grateful that Elios had thought of buying the porridge, considering that Akram had barely been able to spend his dinner due to nausea.

"Te. thank you," Elana sat on the same sofa where Akram was lying, her hands gently touching Akram's forehead. "I. I'll take good care of him." she continued.

"You sure you can take care of Akram here? If not, I can arrange for Akram to be hospitalized..." Nathan offered.

"No need."

A raucous voice that sounded from the direction of Akram made all heads turn towards the man.

Akram opened his eyes, seemed tired to endure the pain, but clearly had been fully conscious.

Doctor Nathan moved quickly closer, examined Akram at a glance then asked.

"How are you feeling?"

Akram looked at everyone in the room, then frowned.

"I'm doing fine. Why are you guys here?'

"I called Elana to talk about work, and Elana answered in a panic that you had a fever and were unconscious. So I called Nathan and Elios to come here,"

Akram narrowed his eyes, staring at Xavier suspiciously.

"You yourself why come here? Are you looking for an opportunity to kill me secretly?" cynical accusation.

"Kram," Elana couldn't help but interrupt. "Xavier came here of course because he was worried about you" he whispered slowly.

Akram frowned in disbelief. But the man did not refute Elana's words, only turning his gaze back towards Xavier in a mocking manner.

"What Xavier was worried about was that when I died, he wasn't there to see and applaud,"

Instead of being angry, Xavier laughed at Akram's words. The man grinned widely, then stared at Nathan and Elios ironically.

"If seeing Akram's venomous mouth has been reactivated, I don't think his condition is worrying anymore. We can go and let Lana take care of her," Xavier gently smiled towards Elana."Don't push yourself too hard, beautiful. I'm sure tomorrow the servants of Akram will come to help you. Do not push yourself, because caring for the sick person is sometimes more tiring and draining your body strength. Moreover, I think Akram including patients who are fussy and annoying. Anyway, you already have my number on your phone, if you need help, you can always call me."

Xavier deliberately said so to provoke Akram's jealousy. Even more annoying for Akram, Xavier did not wait for Akram to get a chance to attack him back, instead immediately waltzing away from the house after a short goodbye to the others.

"Well, I think we should go, too" Nathan's doctor gestured with his eyes toward Elios. "Come Elios, let Akram rest. Call us back if something happens," Nathan told the doctor quickly, then immediately turn around and leave the house.

Elios still looked doubtful, the man looked at Elana and Akram alternately, then ventured to offer help.

"Do you need me to help you get to your room?" actually Elios wanted to ask if Akram intended to stay at this house, given Akram's previous determination that his boss would not stay at Elana's house for a month to give Elana time to think, he said, but he did not dare to do it. That was why he used this implied question to find an answer. If Akram says yes, it means that the man will stay and be under the care of Elana. If Akram replies no, then Elios will prepare a car for Akram, following a professional nurse to take care of him.

Akram certainly understood the implicit intent of Elios' question. The man nodded his head and grinned meaningfully.

"Please help me to the room" he replied quickly.

Of course Akram will stay. How could Akram give up the chance to be under Elana's care when she was sick?

Akram's answer clearly showed that the man intended to stay. Elios moved swiftly, helping Akram to rise from his lying position and to break him. Luckily Akram seemed to have gained his strength so that the man could support himself a little and not hang his weight entirely on Elios.

"I. I will prepare the porridge," Elana moved quickly as soon as Elios and Akram reached the door of her room.

Akram turned his head, frowned slightly.

"No, I don't want to eat anything" he ordered in a stern tone.

But Elana is not her name if she does not defy Akram's orders. He raised his chin and looked at Akram stubbornly.

"Doctor Nathan said you should eat before taking the drug because it triggers your stomach acid to rise. So you have to eat" he said in a no less firm tone.

Usually Akram would bully anyone who tried to fight him, but this time, the man just shrugged and let Elios sweep him into the room.

"That's enough," Akram looked away like a child refusing to eat as Elana brought the spoon full of porridge closer to her mouth.

"But you just ate three mouthfuls..." Elana was about to rebut, but Akram moved his hand quickly to stop Elana's sentence.

"I'm nauseous" Akram said as he thinned his lips, his expression pale and held back from vomiting until Elana could not bear to force him.

"Can you take your medicine with water without spitting it out?" elana quickly placed the bowl of porridge on the nightstand next to the table, then took the water and medicine she had prepared in her hands. He then sat beside the bed, next to Akram and thrust the glass and medicine in his palm towards Akram.

Akram stared intently at Elana. Ever since she got sick, she has been acting out for him. Even Elana managed to force him to soften his heart and eat the porridge even though only three mouthfuls.

Akram's eyes stared at Elana calculatingly.

"If I don't want to, what will you do? Are you going to force me to take the medicine straight out of your mouth?" god while grinning.

The red hue instantly daubed Elana's cheeks, even so, her chin remained raised, showing her stubbornness.

"No, but I'll keep giving you this medicine until you take it, all night if you have to."

Akram grinned. It turned out that Elana could be resolute and fierce as well she needed. The woman can certainly be a good mother, who is affectionate and can discipline their children later.

Thinking of it all made a happy glint flashed across Akram's eyeball, his grin manifested later on his lips, meaningfully.

"I will take the medicine on one condition" he said mysteriously.

Elana frowned. "This medicine is in your interest. How can you even make conditions for me?" hatch quick.

Akram tilts his head. "I don't care. Do you want it or not?" haughty sahut.
