“How long have I been unconscious?”
It was the first question that Nathan's doctor asked when he gained his full consciousness. Now that his doctors have made thorough observations and confirmed that his condition has stabilized, Nathan's doctor is finally allowed to move to the treatment room.
Credence who happened to be in the hospital to monitor the condition of Nathan's doctor immediately accompanied the entire process of moving Nathan's doctor to the treatment room. He also answered all of Nathan's questions and told all of the details about everything that happened when the doctor was unconscious.
When the doctor who handled Nathan's doctor came to visit to do an examination, Credence then decided to visit Sera's treatment room and tell about the condition of Nathan's doctor who was aware.
However, Nathan's self-conscious doctor will certainly relieve these two couples because inevitably, the events that happened to Nathan's doctor happened because it was caused by Aaron, who was not, antagonist in the romance of Sera and Xavier.
Akram himself came later, the man immediately rushed to the hospital directly from his office upon hearing that Nathan's doctor had regained consciousness.

Akram smiled at Credence's words, the man stepped to the edge of the bed and his sharp gaze scanned Nathan's doctor figure with full judgment.
“You do look healthy.” Doctor Nathan's vivid eye-light makes him look nothing like the man who just woke up from a month-long coma. Akram could not hide the grateful expression then on his face. “Doctors who handle you say that it is miraculous that your organs are not severely damaged due to the effects of the overdose.”
“Maybe because I did a lot of good, so I survived.” Doctor Nathan greeted Akram with a relaxed tone while grinning widely. The man then anchored his gaze towards Xavier and frowned. “Why are you still here? Shouldn't you have had a spinal cord transplant?” tanyanya fast.
Xavier who stepped slowly closer to the side of the other bed while embracing Sera at his waist immediately smiled scornfully at Doctor Nathan.
“Before you think of others, you better think of yourself first. Did you live so much as a doctor that you forget that you are now a patient?” tanyanya.
Xavier's words made Nathan's doctor chuckle.
“Ah yes. This time I was a patient.” The man looked around, then smiled broadly at Sera. “I've heard everything, I'm glad everything is done, Sera,” he said slowly. “Later if it is healed I will often come to your house to see the twins.”
Xavier immediately frowned at Doctor Nathan's sentence.
“Do you often visit the twins? Better, when you get a second chance and don't die single, you take advantage of that opportunity to find a wife and make your own kids, so you don't bother other people's kids,” she said with a ketus tone that immediately made Sera elbow her husband with full of warning.
“You can come anytime, as often as you want.” Sera immediately corrected Xavier's sentence with the opposite sentence to her husband, making Xavier's expression turn sullen.

“Don't burden your thoughts about me. Just chill. I've arranged a meeting with an expert doctor at this hospital, in preparation for my surgery.” Xavier responded with a smiley voice to calm Nathan's doctor.

Sera sat beside her father's bed lying in a coma and unconscious. His face was filled with haru and his eyes were teary with longing.
“Dad, I came again to visit dad.” Sera whispered softly. Her hand took her father's thin, wrinkled hand eaten by age, then attached it to his wet cheek. “I'm sorry I just came now,” later. His voice broke out in a cry.
Xavier who was standing behind Sera squeezed the woman's shoulder as if giving her support.
Sera raised her head, looking at her husband with wet cheeks full of tears.
“Thank you for letting us stop by here before we go home,” whispered in a hoarse voice full of novelty.
Xavier smiled and nodded his head.
“You must miss your father, I understand.” Xavier's hand moved around stroking Sera's head like stroking her favorite little boy. “After all, we have to show your father that he has beautiful grandchildren, right? Later we will often visit while carrying the twins, so that your father can see the development of the twins,”
Xavier said as he turned his head back, gesturing to the two nannies pushing the twins' pram.
The two nannies quickly picked up the twins and brought them near the bed. Ainee is handed over to Xavier while Elaine is carried in Sera's cradle.
“Dad, these are your grandchildren. They are very pretty.” Sera spoke in a soft voice full of love. “Daddy quickly healed huh? “I miss being with you,” whispered raucously full of desire. “Do you... can you?” his question was slowly filled with uncertainty.
Sera looked at Xavier in a smile. She was ready to receive her husband back after a month of healing. And at this moment, her heart felt echoed by the overflowing love when she saw how her husband, filled with unbearable desire, still took the time to worry about his condition.
“I miss you too,” Sera did not give a clear answer to Xavier's question. However, her eyes that glowed with love were enough to give her husband a green light to go further.

Third morning, Sera sat on the edge of Xavier's care bed and cupped the man's hand to her cheek.

“I'll heal and be fine.” Xavier smiles. The man was already wearing surgery clothes and waiting for the medical team to pick him up to take him to the operating room.
“I know that you will recover.” Sera replied in the same smile. “Me and the children continue to pray for the success of this operation,” whispered later in a strong tone even though the woman seemed unable to hide the anxiety in her voice.
Xavier stroked Sera's cheek in a calm manner. The man had been preparing his heart for this transplant procedure for so long, that when the time came, there was no more anxiety left, there was only an impatient sense of anticipation waiting for the entire process to finish and succeed.
“We will definitely get through this. I'll make it through this. I promise to come home to you in Healthy condition, Sera.” Xavier grabs Sera's hand and takes her to her lips, then kisses her gently. “Please wait for me. I will succeed,” he said then in a hoarse voice, making Sera's eyes immediately hard full of tears when he heard it.
“Yes. You have to make it. Keep your promise, Xavier. Me and the twins are waiting for you,” whispered expectantly.
The woman then bowed her body and kissed her husband's lips with affection.

A full five hours passed when finally Sera who was sitting on the sofa of the operating waiting room saw the open door of the operating room.
Sera did not wait alone, there was Elana who came with her husband Akram and also Credence.
Elana's children were placed in an apartment room on the top floor of this hospital, along with the twins Sera brought to live temporarily in the apartment above this hospital room during Xavier's inpatient procedure for the pre-transplant process was carried out.
During those five hours, Sera and Elana took turns, going back and forth from this operating waiting room to the apartment room above to breastfeed their baby. “Go, send our greetings to Xavier.” Elana squeezed Sera's hand gently and half sighed the woman to step inside the room.
Sera smiled gratefully at Elana, as well as at Akram and Credence who accompanied her during the difficult wait while waiting for Xavier's surgery.
“A-I will convey your greetings,” Sera whispered weakly with teary eyes, then followed the steps of a nurse who was waiting for her and brought her into the room.

Xavier was there, lying in surgery clothes and a blanket wrapped around his body. The man was still in the observation room and needed to wait a few hours until doctors decided he could be taken back to the treatment room. The man instantly noticed Sera's presence entering the room, his smile instantly expanding despite appearing weak.
“Hai,” whispered raucously, looking at his approaching wife lovingly.
Sera, who had been holding back the flood of emotions, could not help her loud tears. The woman stepped up and sat on the chair at the edge of the bed and cried sobbing, unable to make a sound.
Xavier raised his hand and gently wiped away Sera's tears.
“Do not cry,” the whisper is raucous, holding the same day. “You saw, didn't you? I'm doing fine. I'll recover after this, Sera.”
Sera nodded her head filled with earnestness.
“You will recover,” said later, bringing Xavier's hand to his lips and tucking him. “You will recover and come home to us,” he continued in a vibrating voice.
Xavier's smile grew wider.
“Come and kiss me,” whispered later.
Sera looked at the man in front of her lovingly, she opened her face mask and kissed Xavier's cold lips. Afterwards, Sera grabbed Xavier's hand again and pressed it against his cheek, as if making the hand her hand.
“After this we will be truly happy. I will be a healthy and strong father, who can protect all of you until I'm my age.” Xavier's voice sounded weak, but there was a strong determination within his voice.
“I'm sure you'll be. I... I will also be a good wife and always love you, Xavier,” said Sera with wholehearted sincerity.
Xavier smiled at Sera's words, then rubbed his wife's face with love.
“In hard and happy, always together,” whispers slowly. “I promise to realize our happiness together. You and me and our kids are happy until later. I love you, Serafina Moon,” he said in a vibrating voice full of feeling.
More and more tears filled Sera's eyes and made her gaze blurry. Even so, Sera tried to smile and nodded her head towards her husband, before speaking with all earnestness,.
“I also love you Xavier Light. You and I, we will be happy together,” said later, fulfilling their happy promise from his deepest heart.
