When the door of the house opened, Sera was stunned.
Xavier's living room is usually very neatly arranged, very clean and brilliant. It was as if a single grain of dust had no chance to leave its mark on the furniture, as the servants were always diligent in cleaning every inch of it without pause and with impeccable.
The living room was actually very large, almost like a hall with minimalist furniture and glass windows that almost filled the entire wall, he said, make the entire area bathed in sunlight when the morning comes and all the curtains are revealed.
But now, what was before Sera was completely different. The window curtains were tightly closed, while each side of the living room was full of items all wrapped in neat milk-brown paper.

Sera turned her head towards Xavier next to her, her forehead wrinkled when then asked.
“Are you... are planning a warehouse move or what? Why are there so many things here?”

Sera may not have known Xavier for long, but she knew that this man was very organized and tidy. Even all his belongings in drawers from small to large size seemed neatly arranged with a structured order and a terrible order.
Looks like these items aren't dangerous chemical objects. Xavier couldn't possibly put a dangerous chemical in his living room….
Xavier seemed to glance at Sera's expression filled with curiosity. The woman seemed to be frowning while her lips pursed adorable, a characteristic that Xavier had now memorized, indicating that Sera was thinking hard.
“I'd like to keep this until tomorrow morning after we rest. But, you really want to know huh?” Xavier said softly, his tone implying a real amused taste. The man then let go of his hand and sighed a bit of Sera's body forward. “If you really want to know, take a closer look,” his proposal then in a seductive tone.
Sera hesitated, but it was her curiosity that won. He slowly stepped closer, heading towards the boxes wrapped in light brown paper and watched without daring to touch, then his eyes were fixed on the emblem of the brown-milk teddy bear inside the circle of gold foliage he knew that became the emblem on each pack of light brown color.
Sera's eyes widened, immediately the woman turned her head, staring at Xavier with a look of disbelief.
“Xavier? This...” Sera was even at a loss for words to continue her sentence. What he expected seemed too big to be real. The emblem was the emblem of a baby-supply boutique she had visited with Xavier before the incident.
But Xavier did not argue. The man nodded his head while his smile extended wide on his lips.
“Yes, because the past incident made us unable to shop for baby clothes and supplies, so yesterday I decided to do what I told you before. Since it is likely that our son is a twin, I bought two items each from all the items sold there.” Xavier cleared his throat as if feeling guilty. “I did not expect that there are so many goods and filled the entire living room. I just got home today too, so I'm just as surprised as you.”
“You....what?” Sera still widened her eyes as if in disbelief. The baby shop is huge, dominating nearly a floor of the capital's giant shopping mall. The baby equipment boutique must have hundreds of thousands of types of variants of goods from small ones such as baby gloves, to large ones such as baby cribs.
And this guy next to him turned out to be crazy enough to buy two pairs of each type of variant? Worth the whole living room to be crowded like this!
“Mo.. I'm sorry, Sir. Actually there's still a lot of this stuff in the back area. We were forced to put it there because it is too full.” Mr. Martin, the Chief Servant of the house who also came to greet the arrival of his master instantly interrupted in a polite tone.
Sera gaped at hearing it, filled with incomparable shock.
Gee whiz…. So many things in this room and so much more in the back? Actually Xavier was about to welcome the arrival of the baby or was looking to open a counter baby supply store?
“I've placed most of the items that fit in the living room according to your orders, Mr. Xavier.” Mr. Martin continued his notification sentence politely. “Considering you said that Mrs Light would probably love to open her wrapper one by one to choose the preferred thing tomorrow.”
Xavier nodded his head, then wrapped his hand against Sera's shoulder.
“I think we better rest tonight. Tomorrow we can start early in the morning to open these items one by one. If this is too much, we can donate it to an orphanage. What say?” Xavier bowed his head clearly showing that the excessive value of his spending this time did not detract from his property at all, his eyes looked towards Sera who was still fixated on staring at the expanse of items in front of him with a confused expression. Xavier's hand then squeezed Sera's shoulder and the man lowered his voice slightly, deliberately weakening himself, as Akram had said earlier about playing beautiful. “I'm a little tired today,” he continued later.
Sera blinked, as if awakened. The woman immediately raised her head and threw an anxious look towards Xavier. Upon seeing how pale Xavier was, Sera nodded her head immediately and gave her approval.
“K-you're right. We better rest first because the day is late.” Sera glanced at Xavier doubtfully, then her eyes were fixed on the stairs upstairs. Suddenly he remembered that in this house he had a separate room with Xavier. The room is upstairs, while Xavier's room is downstairs.
Sera broke away from Xavier's embrace and was about to step up the stairs. However, Xavier swiftly pulled her back and carried her into a hug.
“Where do you think you're going?” Xavier's embrace on his waist was tight, as if the man had deliberately trapped Sera and would not take her off before Sera gave an answer.
Sera turned her head, looking at Xavier nervously.
“Ke... to my own room upstairs?” tanyanya hesitated then.
Wrinkles appeared on Xavier's forehead.
“Your room has been closed since you left this place and not prepared to be occupied. I myself have completely moved into the lower room considering my condition. So, I guess the wisest decision would be for us to sleep together in the lower room.” Xavier tightened his grip to Sera's waist, pulling the woman closer to her body. “You are also pregnant and going up and down stairs to get to your room every day is not a wise move. Besides, did you forget the extra clause I submitted to you?” The man brought his lips closer to Sera's ears, then whispered meaningfully. “That clause demands that we be real husband and wife, and to do that, we have to sleep in bed, right?” Xavier's low voice and peppered with a sensual tone managed to send a twinkle all over Sera's body, making her body stiffen with anticipation.
Sera pursed her lips and looked at Xavier with a reproachful look.
“The new clause has not yet been ratified, I have not even signed it..” the rebuttal then with a murmur.
Xavier chuckles. “I already filed it with my lawyer. In a few days, the document with the new deal addendum will be ready and you can sign.” Unexpectedly, Xavier chose to be friendly and unabashed in front of the servants and bodyguards in the room. The man took Sera's fingers, then presented a gentle kiss with his hot lips on Sera's knuckles. “After all, we have promised each other, and the promise between husband and wife in my opinion has the same power as above that contract.”
Xavier raised his clear eyes, the man looked towards Sera sharply with a meaningful gaze, loading Sera mesmerized to the point of being at a loss for words.
But then Sera blinked and she immediately released her hand from Xavier nervously, trying to retreat away, not wanting to sink too far into the man's deadly charm.
“You want to rest, no. I-I also want to sleep.”
Deciding not to start a confrontation, Sera finally chooses to obey Xavier's will.

However, it seems to be Xavier's nature to urge weaker beings for him. The man is not a typical man who has compassion for his enemies, but rather like an oppressor and bully who urges without mercy.
That was why, when the door closed behind them, Xavier did not waste any time. The man immediately took Sera to the bed, then pushed the woman to lie on her back and lay her body on it.
Sera looked up, looking towards Xavier with a reproachful look.
“You said you were tired and wanted to rest, but you pushed me into bed in the first second I went into the room.” he said with a grunt.
Xavier used both arms to rest his body on top of Sera's body. The man lowered his head and looked at Sera with a smile.
Sera closed her eyes as she felt Xavier rolling kiss after kiss on the side of her ear and along her chin. The man kissed with his hot lips, tucked a little of his tongue to taste the surface of his skin and gave a deliberate flirtation on the sensitive surface of Sera's skin.
Xavier was Sera's first man, the man who taught Sera the pleasure that a man can give a woman, and how beautiful it is when their bodies synergize to satisfy each other. That's why his body reacts automatically to Xavier's touch. Every twill of his fingertips on the surface of Sera's skin, every hot kiss that burns and ignites the fire in Sera's body, all of it creates a twinkle that makes Sera unable to hold a groan out of her mouth, making Xavier come back closer to his lips to swipe Sera's lips in a smile full of satisfaction that was also reflected in the same twinkle in his eyes.
“Looks, my wife did not intend to refuse, hmm?” Xavier opened Sera's lips with his and bit Sera's lower lip gently before then taking a sip.
Sera's breathing began to wail but she tried to speak with her lips choked by her husband's, and with her body weakened by the desire Xavier had built for her, Sera managed to move her hand to gently touch Xavier's cheek.
“I won't reject you. I promised,” whispered slowly, unknowingly voicing a sincerity that instantly penetrated into the depths of Xavier's soul.
Sera's unexpected actions left Xavier stunned. During this time, even though they ended up making love without coercion, Xavier always felt that Sera was holding back, as if Sera wanted to dismiss him but the woman ultimately chose not to do so. But now it feels different. It was as if Sera accepted herself completely and chose not to reject her. Xavier could feel it, Sera accepted herself, she didn't reject him at all.
Can he hope for this woman? Would this woman really not betray him in the future?
Xavier hesitated for a moment, but eventually gave up. He pecked back Sera's lips with passion, urging her body to show Sera how the woman made her body burn with just one touch.
Sera did not refuse. The woman returned her embrace with the same close embrace, even with her kiss that was greeted with the same heat. Sera pushed her body towards him, just as her desperate self wanted to unite herself with that woman.
“Serafina Moon.” Xavier whispered Sera's name hoarsely like a pent-up pledge. She wanted to shout out her love, but she held herself back.
For now, he may not be able to give his love in the form of a loud speech from his mouth, but he can show it with his touch, with his body heat, with his body, with its softness and with their skin combined to drain the hot temperatures to each other. And all that is the embodiment of his love that can only be spoken in the heart.

Sera's eyes opened suddenly and immediately stared at the ceiling of the room. His breathing was puffed up even though he did not know what caused it. Sera's eyes glanced towards the window curtain that was still tightly closed and realized that sunlight had already gushed in the sky there and pierced through the curtain.
Did he have a bad dream? But he had no memory of what had happened in his dreams.
Well, sometimes, it's natural that it happens. When the human body or mind is exhausted, they sometimes have creepy dreams or dream of running around endlessly exhausting and making breathless when they wake up and the details of the dream can not be remembered clearly when they open their eyes. Just as he felt right now.
Sera took a deep breath, then sat herself in bed. His blanket sagged all the way to his waist, making him hastily pull it up to cover his chest. It made Sera remember what happened earlier so she hurriedly turned her head to the side of her bed and immediately heaved a sigh of relief when she saw Xavier looking sound asleep next to her.
During this time, Xavier almost always disappeared when Sera opened her eyes after they had made love and Sera had thought that this morning even Xavier would not exist. But as it turned out, Xavier did not leave and the man still looked soundly beside him.
Xavier may be exhausted, well given the condition of his body and also how the man made love to Sera for hours as if unsatisfied.
Sera's eyes watched the figure of Xavier lying on his stomach, displaying his bare muscular back and covered in a blanket on his waist. The man looked peaceful and painless, making his face look much younger and harmless.
A gentle smile inevitably adorned Sera's lips, reflecting her heart that was filled with the same soft nuance when looking at her husband who was sleeping soundly. Sera then turned her head towards the nightstand beside the bed. Panting when he woke up from his sleep made him feel thirsty and want to drink. Luckily there was a glass of water available on the nightstand, located on a tray with a paper cap that kept it from being contaminated by outside air.
Sera leaned over her body and grabbed the drink glass, then downed the drink to the toilet. When he put his glass back on the tray, he was stunned when he saw a medium-sized glass bottle full of white pills available on the same tray, it was as if it was purposely applied near the bed so that it could be drunk at any time.
Is this the drug that Nathan's doctor told you about yesterday? The drug that Xavier took that made him able to live like a healthy person, but has a big risk that can shorten Xavier's life at every dose taken by the man?
Sera felt her chest tightened by the pain when she imagined that Xavier would have to take this extremely risky pill to maintain her normal life. He took a deep breath, then he sighed with all his heart.
Hold on a minute. Hold on for another five months, Xavier. Don't leave before I can save you.

Xavier's voice sounded cheerful in the morning. The man looked very relaxed as if he was carefree, with his hair still slightly wet and disheveled, plus a black t-shirt that combined with gray pants that looked very suitable to wear. The man was barefoot, sitting cross-legged on the living room carpet with boxes of baby-supply boutiques strewn around him.
Instead of answering Xavier's question, Sera was stunned, her eyes devouring Xavier's figure bathed in the morning sunlight that shone on the man, still coupled with his wide smile when unfurling the small-sized baby clothes in his hands while asking for Sera's opinion.
Xavier looked like an angel who gave his blessing to innocent babies in the morning and his charm was so alluring that it made Sera's heart rustle and her cheeks glow red.
Gosh darn. How could she have a husband like this?
