Eps 46: Liberation
The device had arrived in the afternoon and Akram who was impatiently waiting, was currently sitting while crossing his legs impatiently, looking towards Dimitri who was trying to operate the device so that it could function perfectly.
“How long was it?” Akram growled his sentence then, staring at Dimitri with a thick accusatory look. “You said your tool was very sophisticated. But just to operate it takes so long. Are you in trouble, or are you deliberately stalling?” accusation later.
Dimitri frowned, wiping away the cold sweat that suddenly flowed through his temple. Akram Night really had a bad temper that was very far when compared to Xavier Light who despite being full of threats, but always behaved calmly and full of smiles.
Dimitri so wondered, is there a woman who can withstand the very bad temperament of Akram? Coupled with his sharp mouth that was so piercing when speaking, who could bear to receive it at any moment?
He knew Akram had a wife, and if the man's wife turned out to be resistant to Akram, it meant that she was the most patient woman in the world.
“Usually I operate this tool with my most powerful technical help. You won't allow me to bring them to this country, so right now, you have to be patient because I'm the one lacking this expert who operates it.”
Trying a little against, Dimitri refuted Akram's sentence.Despite that, his heart felt anxious, afraid that Akram really lost his patience, then decided that he was useless again and immediately blew his head.

A Cleaning Service shifted the table where the tray of Sera's leftovers, making Sera jump in shock. His body that had been leaning smoothly on the back of the sofa was immediately dumbfounded, moving to sit upright there.
“Ma-pardon me, Madam.” the Cleaning Service girl in charge was bowing deeply, full of fear for having awakened Sera.
Sera immediately nodded her head, putting on a smile while looking pity at the frightened young girl.
“It's okay. Thank you for waking me up. I shouldn't have fallen asleep.”
Slowly Sera said, deliberately wanting to get rid of the guilt of the cleaning service girl. Xavier's treatment room was very quiet, there was only the sound of a life-supporting machine constantly filling the air around the room that was tightly closed in silence.
The silence somehow felt peaceful, especially Sera spent her time counting Xavier's regular breaths that seemed to be her bedtime music. Then I don't know when, Sera fell asleep on the sofa soundly until the cleaning service girl came to disturb.
The girl nodded her head, her attitude looked nervous, her hands were wringing the mopstick in her hands, as if feeling doubtful. It made Sera raise an eyebrow, and finally could not help but ask.
“What's up?” Sera tilted her head, her eyes scanning the cleaning service girl in confusion.
The girl glanced at the surveillance camera in the corner of the room, then let out a long sigh and moved to her back. His hand moved his mopstick, pretending to mop the floor until Sera frowned seeing his strange behavior.
“Mistress, forgive me...” The girl spoke back while glancing timidly at the surveillance camera. “T-so a woman met me on the first floor, she gave me a large amount of money as long as I wanted to convey a message to you.” The girl whispered softly, still pretending to mop. “M-I'm sorry, the money it offers is huge. I... I just have to pass this on to you...” The girl's voice came to a halt, swallowed in her throat.
Curiosity instantly seeped into Sera's mind, making her ask again, “What message?”
“The message is short, Madam, the woman said that she wants to meet you in the ground floor parking lot area of 52P area. He advised, someone named Aaron can be wretched if you are late.”
Sera was stunned to hear the words of this cleaning service girl.
A chick? Sabine?
“Mrs...” The sound of the cleaning service girl turned trembling from fear. “P-the woman said that.. if you can't say anything to anyone... k-because Aaron's life could be threatened...”.

It took a while for Sera to consider everything. He was still stunned with a troubled mind, even when the delivery girl had already left the room.
The woman that the cleaning service girl meant must be Sabina.…
However, it was very brave for Sabina to come to this hospital, for sure she knew that there were so many of Xavier's and Akram Night's men concentrated here. They were all chasing and tracking down the whereabouts of Sabina who she said was very expert in hiding.
But, the recklessness Sabina came to this place, was definitely driven by something very important. Whether the woman was too confident, somehow she was pressed by the precarious situation.
Is.. Aaron in danger? Could Aaron's life be under threat because of the poison given by Xavier?
Sera gulped, engulfed in unspeakable anxiety. Many times he let out a long sigh, confused as to what to do. Sera's body then rose from her sitting position and walked towards Xavier's bed. Sera's eyes were fixed on Xavier's figure lying with her eyes tightly closed on the bed, completely motionless, as if her consciousness was pulled deep inside and forcefully put to sleep by Doctor Nathan.
Sera took a deep breath, then made up her mind.
If he really intends to open his heart to Xavier, then he must finish all his business first with Aaron, at least, when he wholeheartedly steps to a new level, he said, there was no burden of debt and guilt anymore to his feet.
“Xavier…. I had to go downstairs to save Aaron, you know. I had to return the favor because all this time, he was my savior.” Sera whispered softly. “But. I will not betray you. I... I'm definitely back.” Sera spoke slowly, pleading for permission with a trembling voice. Then, he finally chose to ignore Doctor Nathan's warning and moved forward, drawing closer to the edge of the man's bed and bowing to give Xavier a gentle kiss on the forehead.
“I'm definitely back.” Sera repeated her promise, before then stepping back, turning her body and leaving the room without turning her head again.

Although he was drugged and pushed into unconsciousness, somehow after waking up and getting Nathan's treatment, Xavier could hear everything Sera said.
His sense of hearing works very well. He heard everything, even he could feel Sera's gentle kiss on his forehead. His entire mind shouted out his request loudly, unfortunately, his body that was forced to sleep, unable to respond, unable to move, let alone make a sound.
Don't go, Sera.
Xavier tried to get up and regain his physical consciousness, wanting to give a warning shout to prevent Sera from leaving.

This place is at the end, covered in lush trees and is one of the few areas in this hospital complex that is not monitored by surveillance cameras, and is very quiet. Sabina could see anyone who came here because in front of her stretched beyond the expanse of parking without a very wide cover. That would help him a lot, since whoever ambushed him from the front, he could see right away.
Meanwhile, the back of it was a huge garden filled with trees. Sabina could not see who was coming from behind. However, he had already checked the entire area of the park before deciding to use this parking area as a meeting place. The area of the park was safe and empty, even Sabina planned to use it as an escape point to sneak and hide in case something happened that urged her and required her to run.
But, it seems that up to this second, everything is fine. There is no over-security, no ambush or tight guard at this hospital. It was all because Sabina was convinced, that no one would have thought that Sabina would be determined to challenge the danger and come to this hospital.
On his first mission to ensure Xavier's condition is complete, he learns that Xavier is being treated on the hospital's special VVIP floor under strict guard. That meant, the man was still alive and Sabina's initial goal of mastering Xavier under the clutches of her charms, could still be accomplished.
Now, only he persuades the fool who stands in his way to possess Xavier.
Serafina Moon's.
He must get the woman knocked out at once along with Aaron, so that the path is clean from the disturbing worms that make his steps faltered to have Xavier.
Serafina Moon and Aaron Dawn are perfect for falling together in a deep pit that drowns them to no avail. Two stupid couples, it is most suitable to die together.

Sera thought anxiously, instantly recalling what Xavier had warned her about.

“Why did you call me here?” Sera finally ventured to start the conversation. He was still standing a considerable distance away from Sabina, to protect her.
Sabina's eyes scanned Sera from toe to head.“I brought Aaron's message for you.” Sabina spoke slowly, calculatingly.
Sera's forehead was wrinkled deep. “Why did you help Aaron? Didn't you just know her on that plane? But they say that you helped Aaron escape Xavier's custody. What exactly is your motivation for doing it?” Quickly, before the conversation dragged on everywhere, Sera immediately asked the thing that stuck in her mind the most.
Sabina grinned at Sera's question. He decided to be honest. After all, they can work together and eventually both profit, right?
“I want your husband, Xavier Light.” Sabina answered haughtily and confidently. “Only am I the most suitable woman to accompany someone with charisma as strong as Xavier Light. You yourself, don't you dislike your husband and want to get away from him? You want to be with Aaron, don't you?” Sabina looked at Sera with a slightly cynical glare. “So, here I am. I offer you cooperation. I will help you save Aaron, the man was poisoned by Xavier, but I think it will be easy for you to steal the antidote from your husband later after he recovers. During that process, I promised to protect Aaron in his wait for your help. In exchange for my protection against Aaron, after you get the antidote for him, you have to leave Xavier and go with Aaron to disappear and never show up again. I'll also help you disappear smoothly. I have so many connections that can smooth your way. You and Aaron can live happily in a peaceful place with no more distractions. Meanwhile, leave Xavier free alone, so I can have.”
Sera widens eyes. Sabina uttered everything as if it was an easy and trivial thing to do. In fact, the truth is not that easy.

But now, after getting to know the man more closely, knowing his human side, opening his eyes to his suffering, storing up empathy for his pain…. Sera knew that she couldn't do it.
Xavier is ill and needs Sera to save his life. Aaron is poisoned and needs a rescue from Sera to get an antidote for poison.e everything feels heavy to choose, but Sera has to choose, there is no reason.
Sera gulped, trying to strengthen her heart before then answering in a firm voice.
“I have a promise to Xavier Light that I can't deny. About Aaron, I'm gonna work on getting him the antidote. That's all I can promise.” Sera desperately tried hard to harden her tender heart when giving an answer.
That answer created a displeased expression on Sabina's face. The woman's eyes sharpened, looking at Sera hatefully.
“You cunning greedy woman. You don't want to leave Xavier, do you? You want to have those two men for yourself, so you hold them both in your hands!” Sabina spoke with a fury. The woman suddenly pointed her gun at Sera. “I think I should use the second way. Eliminate you. You can be the key to me achieving my goals, but it turns out that you chose to be my biggest obstacle. And I really like it if I can get rid of my biggest barrier as soon as possible.” Sabina's eyes narrowed and the woman started aiming towards Sera.
Sera's body stiffened, unable to move at all. He knew that it was useless for him to try to escape. Sabina is Dimitri's highly skilled man, which means she has excellent shooting skills. If he tried to run, Sabina would shoot him in the back.
Maybe this is the best way out. If he dies, he won't be the unlucky bearer anymore.
Sera closed her eyes, feeling ready to welcome her death.But then, instead of being shot, even the sound of steps moving around her, made Sera immediately open her eyes back in confusion.
Somehow, there were already dozens of black-clothed humans with frighteningly loud expressions and intimidating high-strength bodies, appearing to surround the two of them, all of whom pointed a gun at Sabina.
Then suddenly, a tall figure approached behind Sera, touching her shoulder to make Sera turn her head and raise her head back. His eyes were instantly rubbed with sharp eyes belonging to Akram Night.
But, the man's gaze was not as sharp as before, implying a seemingly impossible gentleness to be there.
“Go. Let me clean this up. Go back to Xavier. He forced himself to wake up again and did not want to be drugged back.”

“A painkiller medication that comes intravenously into your body will not help you to the maximum.” Doctor Nathan spoke worriedly, trying to melt Xavier's stubbornness that would not be put to sleep again.
I don't know what kind of power Xavier has so he can fight the dose of sleeping pills that should suppress his consciousness so as not to rise to the surface. The man suddenly regained consciousness, sounded all the alarms installed in his life support machine and made Doctor Nathan and the medical team run around in droves to his treatment room.
The man was more stable when he woke up the second time. However, still the pain that was so raining in his stab scar will feel agonizing in every breath.
Xavier should be sleeping, not forcing himself like this.
“I'm fine.” Xavier removed his oxygen mask and tried to speak. “Where is Sera?” tanyanya.
Doctor Nathan frowned. “At a time like this, you still ask Sera?” worried rage. “You better think of yourself, Xavier.”
Xavier's smile flashed thinly on his lips. “I've thought of everything. I'll go back on the path I set out in the beginning.”
“What do you mean, Xavier?” Doctor Nathan snatched quickly, feeling a bad feeling from the man's words.
“I will free Serafina Moon and welcome my own death.” Xavier said his sentence with great difficulty, but his tone was full of determination. “I no longer need a child from him to save my life. Call my lawyer, I'll divorce him and give.. what he wants,” Xavier's voice stuck as if holding back the pain in his chest. “Everything he wants…. Even the antidote for Aaron, I'll give you.”
