“Mrs Elana.”
Thomas, the butler in the mansion where they lived seemed to emerge from the doorway of the library room.
That morning, Elana spent her time reading books and knitting. Yes, knitting has become a new hobby lately since Zelena entered elementary school and Elana spent time alone every morning until noon at home without being accompanied by her beloved daughter.
During the day like this, the mansion where they lived was quite quiet, containing only Elana and the servants who carried out their respective duties around the house. Zac and Zelena usually leave school early in the morning with a driver, akram will spend more time with Elana in the morning before leaving for her company at around nine in the morning. After that, Elana will spend her time alone until Zac and Zelena go home from school at three in the afternoon.
In the past, Elena began to learn to knit while she was pregnant, but her skills in the past were simply knitting small baby-sized objects such as socks, hats and baby clothes. Now, Elana is beginning to master the way to make big clothes, she plans to knit a sweater with matching shades of color for herself and Zelena, as well as for Akram and Zac. Of course, the colors of the male family members and the female family members have contrasting color differences, for her and Zelena, Elana chose a pale pink color almost white, while for Akram and Zac, she chose a pale pink color almost white, Elana chose the color black. Zelena, who adored her father and brother, protested, saying she wanted to wear black like her father and sister, but how could a very cute and adorable seven-year-old girl wearing a dark black sweater wrap around her body?
Thomas's call made Elana turn her head and stare. When she saw Thomas' serious expression that seemed doubtful, Elana immediately put a black knitted sweater in her hand that should have been reserved for Akram on the table.
“What's up?” ask Elana quickly.
Thomas is a barely fifty-year-old butler who always puts on a serious face with no expression, his gentle eye rays only visible when he interacts with Zac and Zelena, the rest, the rest, the butler was so professional that he was almost like a robot, not showing any emotion on his face.
However, now Thomas showed an anxious expression and that was why Elana immediately felt her heart pounding with a bad feeling that suddenly came to possess.
“Thomas?” When she saw that Thomas was still silent there as if trying to compose words, Elana asked again in an impatient tone.
Thomas looked at Elana with a cautious look.
“There was a phone call from the school party Young Master Zac. You are asked to come to school, guardian teacher and counseling teacher asking to meet,” said Thomas conveyed.
Elana's eyes widened and she immediately got up from her seat.
“Zachary? Did something happen to Zac?” ask Elana quickly.
Thomas let out a long sigh, this time unable to hide his anxiety.
“Young Master Zac clashes with his classmates. I heard that both of them were injured, which is why you were asked to come to school.” Seeing the anxiety in Elana's eyes, Thomas hurriedly added. “Mother Diana, homeroom teacher Young Master Zac said that her injuries were not serious and had already been treated at the school clinic.”
Elana let out a long sigh, feeling her temple throbbing dizzy all of a sudden.
Zachary Night, the eldest son of this family. When I was a kid, Zac was very calm and easy to manage. However, when entering primary school, the child grows stronger and taller than the children of his age and then holds the impression as ‘bad boy’ for often getting into trouble at school. This may have been the fourth time Elana has been called to school since the new school year. The first two were because Zac chose to ditch the health clinic and not follow his class, and one last one was because Zac threw a basketball at one of his friends with full force until it hit his friend's face and made him nosebleed.
And now...the fifth time, Zac got into a feud with his friend?
Thomas may have refined his words and chosen to use the term feud, but Elana clearly knew that what happened was a fierce fight that left another child injured. And what makes Elana anxious is because Zac's body is much bigger, sturdy and tall than her peers, it makes Zac much stronger than her friends and if Zac gets into a fight, Zac gets into a fight, automatically the child will always be blamed for his greater physical appearance.
Thinking of that made Elana take a long breath.
Zac has always been kind and obedient at home. Even when spending time together with Zelena, Zac is a very patient brother, can take care of Zelena and always succumb to his sister.
But in school, why did Zac turn a hundred and eighty degrees? What exactly is going on? Was Zac indeed in uncontrollable phases of rebellion, or was there some other reason?
Seeing Elana standing in confusion with a stern attitude, Thomas looked doubtfully at the Madam.
“The car and driver are ready, Madam. Do you want me to pass this news on to Mr Akram?” asked Thomas in a cautious tone.
Elana took a deep breath and then shook her head.
“No need. I'll call Akram later. Ask the driver to wait, I will change clothes first before leaving,” said Elana later, deciding firmly.
***
“Like that. I'm sorry to bother you.”
Elana who had just finished telling about the teacher's call to school let out a long sigh with the phone attached to her cheek.
“Not a problem.” Akram answered quickly, knowing the timelessness of Elana.
She was in the middle of a meeting when Elana called her. However, of course Akram will never put his job first compared to his wife. That was why, he quickly left the meeting and stepped into the waiting room beside the meeting room to receive his wife's phone call.
Just like Elana's facial expression when told, Akram's current forehead also furrowed deeply when hearing about Zac.
“Are you okay to go to Zac school alone? I'll finish the meeting soon and catch up with you,” asked Akram later.
Elana smiled at the thoughtful anxious tone within Akram's voice. Her husband is not a figure like a poet who likes to boast sweet sentences and be gentle, even sometimes sentence after sentence thrown from Akram's mouth is always without further ado, conveying his meaning with a strong tone that has become his trademark. However, from the attitude and speech said Akram, especially at a time like this, Elana clearly knows that Akram really cares for him.
“Not a problem. If as before, then I just need to sit still and listen to the advice of homeroom teacher Zac and also counseling guidance teacher.” Elana let out a long sigh, recalling the past when she came to school to live the same way she does today. “Only, now it may be a little more difficult, because it could be that the teachers would think that I was too indulgent Zac and not try to ask him to change his attitude. They didn't know that Zac was so kind and submissive when he was home, he never even hurt ants and butterflies, why was he like that when he was in school?” elana asked in despair.
“Later after Zac gets home, I'll talk to him.” Akram decided with a stern tone of voice later, making Elana frown disapprovingly.
“I don't want you to scold and intimidate Zac, Akram.” Elana protested her husband quickly.
“Who said I would scold and intimidate? When did I ever do that to Zac?” I felt offended across there. The man could be heard sighing later, as if understanding that Elana was anxious to think of her son. “I promise that I will only talk to Zac. During yesterday's events, he always shut himself up and refused to speak, I didn't want to explain what was happening and I let it go because I thought that a kid as young as Zac was in the process of practicing emotional upheaval. But this time it was overrated. I will make sure Zac speaks heart to heart with me tonight,” Akram said in a determined tone.
Elana took a long breath. Indeed, he was grateful for Akram's firm attitude. After all, as parents, they should complement and support each other. As a mother, Elana was too soft-hearted and sometimes unbearable to be hard on her children, and it was Akram who filled the shortcomings, she said, able to love their two children but still able to make a strong line to keep their children not off track.
If Elana is similar foam fence, then Akram is a foam-coated steel fence, not injuring but firmly directing their children.
“Don't be too loud and pushy, you know that Zac will choose to retreat like a turtle going into a shell if you overemphasize it,” counsel Elana with a soft tone then.
“I'll do it.” Akram answered quickly. “However, this time what Zac did was quite fatal. If he fights with his friend until his friend is hurt, it means that there will be other parents who come to demand justice for their child. The situation will be quite difficult. Are you sure you can deal with it without me?” asked Akram anxiously then.
Elana smiled and nodded her head even though she knew that Akram could not see her attitude.
“I'll be fine, Akram,” says Elana slowly.
“You should be fine. I'll be right after you to school.” Akram was silent for a moment as if thinking about the sentence he would say next and when he spoke later, his tone sounded serious. “If there are parents of students who insult you because of Zac, their opponents. If they act rudely, reply a hundred times more harshly. You are Akram Night's wife, you can act as you please and I will protect you,” Akram said firmly before hanging up the phone call.
Elana stared at the phone that had severed the connection in her hand and could not help but roll her eyeballs.
What a wonderful Akram, how could he say that to her? Does she want Elana to roam everywhere and act as an arrogant wife with Akram's name as her shield?
Elana obviously had to make sure that Akram could not say such a sentence to Zac and Zelena. If not, their children will grow up to be bullies who like to step on the weak just because they are strong.

The Zac and Zelena school building is a large complex of buildings so vast that it can be said to meet one block of streets in a luxury district in the city center. The paths to this school are very wide, with neat wide sidewalks and lush trees lined up to the left and right of the road.
This building is an international school that covers the level of pre-school to high school. Each level has its own area and building that is connected to the wall of the gate through one and the other and each level also has complete facilities like a good name that is carried by the number one international school in this country.
At first, Akram wanted to put Zac in the dormitory where he went to school abroad. Due to the matter of Xavier's kidnapping incident and the various things that followed behind him, Akram did enter that school when he was old enough, but the school has actually opened a dormitory for elementary school children who are the same age as Zac. In addition, in the children of the Night Family for generations, from Akram's great-grandfather, Akram's grandfather, Akram's father to Akram himself, all had education in the same place. However, Elana prevents Akram from carrying out his plans too early, saying that Zac is still too small and also he is not ready to part with his young son. Elana proposed that it would be better if Zac entered the school in his teens when he was able to live independently and separated from his parents.
Of course, since Akram always obeyed Elana's request, she easily cancelled her plans and instead, she enrolled Zac and Zelena in the best international school in the country.
When the car reaches the gate, the gate security officers check the incoming guest cards to ascertain their identity. Because the children in this school are mostly children of conglomerates and officials, the security system especially in the entry and exit lane is very tight. This is done to avoid unwanted things such as kidnapping cases or other malicious actions that target children who attend school in this place.
After security officials confirmed their identity, the car carrying Elana was allowed to enter the school area. They drove across the street with parks and large grass fields on their left and right until the new driver stopped the car when he reached the school lobby.
The driver opened the door and Elana stepped out. He nodded towards the driver, gesturing that he would call later if they were ready to be picked up and the driver bowed respectfully to him in response.
After the car drove away, Elana stood in front of the front area of the lobby and let out a long sigh to prepare herself. He then stepped into the lobby door area, making the automatic door open and headed straight for the reception area.
“Elana Night, Mother of Zachary Night.” Elana tells her identity to the receptionist on duty, then stands there while waiting for the receptionist to confirm with the parties he will meet.
As Elana stood up, her pushy gaze stared at the wall, feeling the impatience to immediately look at Zac.
The boy fought for the first time with his friend and his teacher said that they were both injured. Of course, even though Elana was sure that Zac was not seriously injured because the boy was strong, sturdy and had the basis of martial arts from the extracurricular activities he participated in, a mother's heart still worries about her son.
He was really impatient to see Zac's current condition. Elana was not aware that when she stood up like that, many people's eyes wander in the lobby unable to take their eyes off him and even some who look at it unconsciously stop to see it twice more intensely.
Elana herself never dresses up excessively when out, she never wears magnificent jewelry other than tiny earrings on either side of her ears and a wedding ring on her hand, the dress she chose was also always soft and inconspicuous. This time Elana wore a soft ivory color dress that further accentuated her beauty, all of it with her neatly bun hair low on her nape and attractive thin makeup, she said, it was enough to make people unable to take their eyes off him.
Jealousy accruals usually do not want to let Elana out to public places with beautiful makeup without being accompanied by her directly. Akram always said that because Elana did not look like a wife who already had two children, she had to serve as an exorcist rats who came to approach his wife shamelessly.
Elana nodded and smiled, then without needing any directions, she directly entered the elevator and pressed the third floor button.
Of course he did not need directions, as this was the fifth time he had visited the counselling room to pick up Zac.
***
The room had a large, cool door with two slats of wooden doors on the same side with square-shaped glass windows in the box. Elana knocked on the door slowly and when a voice allowed inside, she opened the door and stepped inside.
The counseling room is intended to conduct counseling for students and parents of students. Therefore, the atmosphere in it, both ambience and interior is made as comfortable as possible. In the vast area of walled and white floor, there is a set of large gray sofa that looks cool, large glass windows that display the city view is also visible on one side of the wall, become a medium for the entry of bright sunlight.
There were several people in the room, but Elana's gaze was only on one creature. A tiny creature sitting alone on a single sofa in one part of that huge sofa set.
His son, Zachary Night.
The boy raised his head as soon as Elana entered the room. Zac had always been calm and looked much more mature than his age, but now the boy was staring at him like a frightened big-eyed cat.
“Zac.” Elana stepped closer and reflexively opened her hands, indicating that whatever Zac was doing, whatever she was doing right now, Elana would not judge and scold him. They might talk to each other, but Elana promises that she won't be angry.
At first Zac seemed hesitant, but when he saw Elana's gentle expression, the boy slashed his doubts to the end. “Mother.” Zac murmured softly and his eyes stared at his mother's open arms, a temptation that no child could possibly resist that still needed the protection of his mother. Therefore, Zac immediately got up from his seat and then slammed into Elana's arms, allowing himself to be embraced by his mother.
Elana's hands wrapped around Zac's body and the woman patted Zac's back gently to calm him down. After being convinced that Zac was calmer, Elana touched her hand to Zac's shoulder, distancing her son slightly from him to check on his condition.
Elana's eyes narrowed anxiously when she saw there was a scratch on Zac's cheek that was not too deep but certainly sore if exposed to water. The wound seems to have been rubbed with antiseptics, a sign the health worker has done his job well.
Both of Elana's hands cupped Zac's cheeks and rubbed it gently, avoiding the injured part.
“Are you okay? Which other parts are sick?” elana asked worriedly as she scanned Zac's entire body carefully. From the outside, in addition to his disheveled clothes with a uniform that took off the buttons and out of his pants, Zac looked fine and there were no other visible external injuries.
The smiling Zac looked at his mother as if she was the hero who came to save him. When smiling and looking at her adoring it, the boy was really similar to Akram.
“I'm fine, Mother. Only small wounds, don't worry—”
“Of course your mother doesn't have to worry! You're bullied and fine! Don't you see my son's condition?”
A sharp voice rang out behind Zac, making Elana stiffen and instantly cast a glance towards the sofa. There, two teachers, Ms Diana, homeroom teacher Zac and Ms Karin, a guidance and counseling teacher, sat in one corner of the sofa. Meanwhile, in the other corner, there was a beautiful and elegant woman with a very luxurious appearance sitting beside a boy.
Yeah, that kid is literally awful. Actually the boy's body was quite tall, almost as tall as Zac's, but if Zac had a strong sturdy body, the boy was slightly thinner. At this time, the boy's head was covered in thick bandages and Elana saw that there was also a bandage wrapped around his leg. Worse, the boy's right eye looked swollen and bruised with purple circles around it, while the squinting eyes could not open so crooked.
For a moment, Elana was stunned with widened eyes. He knew that Zac was fighting with another child, he also knew that they were injured. However, he did not expect that the condition of the child who fought with Zac would be that bad.
Elana's eyes then moved towards Zac.
“You hurt the kid's head?” tanyanya could not believe it. The bandage wrapped around the boy's head looked thick and there were traces of blood stains there. What did Zac do until the boy got hurt that badly?
Elana's question made Zac thin his lips, his eyes looked hurt, as if he could not accept the accusation in Elana's sentence.
“I only hit him once in his eyes.” Zac grumbled. “Who would have thought that he could not keep his balance and instead fell and injured himself?” gerutu Zac then. What Zac said was the real thing, he hit his opponent in the eye, then suddenly the boy staggered down and rolled over, injuring his head hit by a rock when he fell and made his feet sprained by himself.
“Zachary Night!” Elana heard Zac's haphazard words and couldn't help but reprimand. At the same time, Diana's mother, Zac's homeroom teacher, stood up and spoke in a soft tone.
“Please sit down first Mrs Night. We think, we can talk about this well and—”
“Moreover what to talk about?” The woman who appeared to be the mother of the injured boy jerked and interrupted Mother Diana's words so that the homeroom teacher could not finish the sentence. “All seems clear and real! Who is wrong and who is right! The boy was big and he liked to bully the weaker and smaller children! What a wicked soul boy!” exclaimed the woman while pointing towards Zac with wrath.
As a mother, her natural drive was to protect her son. Elana immediately embraced Zac into the arms embrace and stared at the angry woman with a stern look.
“Zac can't hit another child for no reason! As a mother I know her very well. Shouldn't we ask Zac first what reason he hit his friend before judging?” Elana refuted in a cold tone, then without giving her opponent a chance to hold back the wrath, Elana looked at Zac and asked softly. “Zac, tell us, what's your reason for hitting the kid? You must have a reason, right? Express it to us so we can judge,” said Elana in a persuasive tone.
However, Elana's hope that Zac can help her solve this problem is not granted, Zac even flinch silently, choosing not to answer.
“Zac?” Elana asked again, starting to feel anxious. However, the boy remained silent, his expression tense as if he could not say a word. “Zac, you can't hit another kid for no reason, can you?” Elana whispered towards Zac. “If you don't say the reason, then they will judge you—”
“Already! No need to force! It seems obvious that your son does like to bully weak people for no apparent reason! No need to be elegant and pretend to be a virtuous mother who is good at caring for children! Look at my son being hurt like this because of your son! Do you know who my husband is? My husband is the number one official in the city! We're not just gonna let this go! We won't stop until your son gets a lesson and gets kicked out of school and goes to a children's prison!” The beautiful woman stood up and evaporated her emotions without being held back. Her face was actually very pretty, but for some reason it currently looked terrible when it was angry, her forehead was furrowing deeply, her eyes were bulging and her dark red lip was seen opening shut, spit out sharp sentences that pierced the heart.
The woman's eyes then swept over the appearance of Elana who was so beautiful and elegant and for some reason, the already overflowing anger seemed to boil again in her blood.
“Maybe indeed such a child should be placed in prison! You know, rotten roots, even if treated with expensive fertilizer and placed in gold pots, will still grow despicable rotten plants! So is your son! Can't be fixed anymore!” she exclaimed furiously in a disdainful tone towards Elana.
The sentence was so sharp that Elana paled in anger hearing it. Elana was rarely angry, but she obviously would not stay silent if her son and herself were insulted.
“Jaga your sentence!” elana exclaimed in anger, she was about to open her mouth, but Zac suddenly shook her hand, making Elana turn her head towards her.
Zac's gaze wasn't on him, but stared at his two teachers alternately. Zac's expression looked haughty, raising his chin full of dignity when speaking later.
“I hit the boy because—” Zac's eyes stared intently at the wounded boy who had been silent since then as his mother vented her violent anger. Now, when the look in his eyes met Zac's cold, menacing eyes, the boy immediately lowered his head as if frightened. Zac himself as if strengthening himself, he let out a long sigh before continuing his sentence. “Because the boy told me that his mother told him that my mother was the woman my father picked up from the streets.”
Zac's sentence sounded out loud, splitting the air and piercing into the ears of everyone who was there and making everything stunned.
Elana looked deathly pale, Mother Diana and Mother Karin looked in shock, the injured child lowered his head deeper and the angry mother who had looked arrogant now blushed her face in shame.
“What did you say?”
A deep voice like an angel of darkness suddenly sounded from behind them. The sound was low and creepy, filled with dark shades of pent-up wrath and set up a feather of crouching.
Everyone turned their heads towards the source of the voice and horror instantly crept into their hearts when they saw Akram Night standing in the open doorway, looking like a life-seeking angel with dark hair, the black suit whose coat had yet to be opened combined a wrathful expression and dark eyes that flashed with a murderous aura.
Realizing everyone was stunned staring at him, Akram seemed unconcerned. His gaze was fixed towards Zac, and he stepped slowly with a predatory aura that gave rise to the feathers.
“Can you repeat again, Zac? What did those two insignificant creatures say about my wife?” ask Akram later.
