The silence in waiting in the operating room was solemn and filled with silent novelty. Throughout the process, Xavier continued to hold Sera's hand, inviting her to speak softly to talk about their dreams of a future with their children.
Xavier's voice sounded soothing and loving, warming Sera's heart and making all her anxieties disappear. The two of them, the two pairs of prospective parents who are covered in love and can't wait for it as if they are in a world filled only by the two of them, strengthen each other, strengthen each other, looking at each other lovingly and whispering to each other that can only be heard by each other.

The sobbing sound that was heard immediately stopped when the tiny baby who was very beautiful began to suckle to his mother.
Sera gasped as the heart-warming sensation that instantly ambushed her in the first second she was breastfeeding instantly mastered it, as did Xavier who got the chance to see the beautiful wonder with her own eyes.

The man acted the same as himself, laughing as well as crying out loud at the same time.
Xavier was speechless, his voice was blocked by haru and a chest-stifling cry. However, his eyes implied a deep sense of gratitude, he opened his mouth to make a sound, taking great pains to do so.
“Thank you,” when he finally managed to throw a sentence from his throat, Xavier's voice broke and his chest rose and fell in a long sigh as the man tried to control his feelings. “Thank you, Sera.”
Sera nodded her head, her mouth open to answer the man's question. Suddenly, however, his voice came to a halt when suddenly a different cry broke out in the room, so loud that it was deafening.
Their attention was again distracted, to the second baby who followed her brother with a cry that was no less loud then.
Xavier's chest instantly expanded by a happiness he could not express in words.
His two miracles have been born into the world.

Xavier stood glued in front of a large glass that featured views of the NICU room with incubators lined up neatly there. Two incubators for the babies had been placed there, and Xavier's eyes were glued to the two wonders that seemed to be sound asleep in the wake of the temperature in the incubator.
The caesarean section went well. Sera's condition is stable, as well as their babies who are strong enough despite being born faster than they should with a very light weight as well.
After all the procedures of the caesarean section are completed, the, Xavier was waiting for Sera for some time in the observation room before doctors decided that Sera's condition was stable and she could be taken back to her treatment room.
The lower part of Sera's body is still numb and can not feel anything, which is why Sera still can not move the area under his body according to his will. The condition made Sera need the help of nurses to shift her body from the push bed to be able to lie comfortably on the hospital care bed.
The nurse who escorted Sera said that slowly the numbness would disappear and Sera could move her legs again. He also said that Sera used her time to sleep and rest to recover her condition faster.
Whether because of the painkillers infused to him, either because Sera was exhausted in the process of giving birth, the woman immediately fell asleep with a very deep sleep.

“They are very small. I didn't think they were much smaller than Akram and Elana. I know that since they are twins, their size must be very small. I just didn't expect them to be this small.” Xavier took a long breath. “They look very fragile and helpless.”
Doctor Nathan smiled and patted Xavier on the shoulder as if channeling his strength and calming the man down.
“All babies do look small and fragile when just born, especially twins who are premature as well. However, you will be surprised later when you see them growing rapidly in the blink of an eye. Without you thinking, you will be at the point when you have to put on a fierce expression and drive away the men who arrive like thirsty beetles who want to approach your two beautiful twin daughters,” he said in laughter.
Xavir clenched his hands and thinned his lips. He instantly experienced all the fear felt by a father who had two beautiful daughters into this cruel and evil world.
Will he be able to protect his two daughters? Can he keep his family away from the touch of the bad guy? Can he keep his daughter happy in the long life that will stretch before them? And one of the most important of all, can he be a good father?
“Do not worry.” Doctor Nathan spoke calmly as if he could read the worries Xavier had in mind. “Everything will happen naturally. And seeing yourself equipped with a genius that no other human has, I think you will be able to take care of your family and raise your two daughters well.”
Xavier this time managed to avert his eyes that had been fixed staring at the two babies, he smiled faintly and looked at the doctor Nathan with a sneering look.
“Do I have to accept the opinion of an inexperienced single man having his own child?” he said then a little reproachful.
Doctor Nathan laughed at it. “Hey, even if I were like this, I have experienced being a witness and seeing how fathers naturally take the role of fathers for their children. Not far away, I saw with my own eyes the change of Akram which was very unexpected when he became a father. Who would have thought an Akram Night so dark could be a dedicated man and love his family with all his heart? I don't think you'd be much different either. “Ah, you distracted me, I forgot that there was something I was going to tell you.” Doctor Nathan said again, making Xavier annoyed because again the man interrupted his ceremony of admiration that kidmat to two babies.
“What's up?” Back Xavier was forced to raise his gaze towards doctor Nathan and remove his eyes from both babies. Although he is disturbed by the behavior of Nathan's doctor, Xavier knows that the man will not come to him now if there is nothing important.
Sera's condition has stabilized as well as the condition of both babies. Right now, that's all that matters to Xavier, so his brain can't figure out what's more important that Nathan's doctor needs to tell him.
Doctor Nathan looked at Xavier carefully before making his point. “We've got stem cells from the placenta of your two babies. The stem cells are safely stored in the placenta bank in your name.”
Doctor Nathan stared at Xavier then spoke with a half persuasive look. “I know that you did not originally plan to use those stem cells for yourself and intended to keep those stem cells for your children, just in case they would later suffer from the same disease as you. However, Sera has made you change your mind, hasn't she?”
The doctor looked at Xavier's pale-looking condition.
