Episode 124: Confrontation

As soon as he heard his name called, Elios inevitably lifted his head from the work he had been engaged in with great concentration.

“I didn't see them making out and cheating in person. I just met them after that. Elios panicked and got into the elevator in a hurry, while before long Elana came out of the female toilet room in a mess. What else could happen between the two of them if not a forbidden affair? Your assistant and the woman you're about to marry are playing behind your back. Imagine that! They were even so immoral as to make out in the women's restroom, as if there was nowhere else!” mocking Maya with a cynical attitude, throwing a condescending look towards Elios.

Akram raised next to his eyebrows. “Are you done?”

Akram's question made Maya frown in confusion. “What do you mean, Akram?” tanyanya fast.

“Are you done disclosing all your accusations? Or is there something else you want to say?” ask Akram in a flat tone.

Maya seemed to think for a moment. He then shook his head. At least for now, what he had wanted to reveal had been conveyed all over.

“No, Akram, there is nothing more I want to say,” Maya replied slowly when she realized that Akram was still waiting for her answer.

Akram nodded his head thinly. “Good. Because in every solution, the accused and the accused must both get a chance to speak, so that they both get justice, then this time I think it is Elios' turn to speak,” Akram turned his head slightly, glancing at Elios from the corner of his eye.

“Elios, is it true that Maya said you made out with my woman?” ask Akram later.

“You talked enough earlier. Now shush. It's Elios' turn,” hardik Akram in a rude voice, stopping any sentence that was about to come out of Maya's lips.

Akram then turned his attention back to Elios. “Explain in more detail, so that the genius brain of Miss Maya in front of us can understand it well,” her orders with a thick mocking tone.

Elios immediately cleared his throat, first of all a little misbehaving. However, he was trained to do whatever Akram commands well, which is why he was immediately able to explain everything smoothly.

“Maya may have misunderstood when I saw I was in a hurry to climb the elevator to catch up with you who were waiting in the car that afternoon when we were about to leave for a business meeting with colleagues. “Akram... i.. I am at all...”.Maya's voice did not find an opportunity to continue because suddenly there was a clink of the elevator door that opened, indicating that someone had come to enter the spacious living room on this floor. I glanced a little, and so did the others.

They could immediately see Credence and Xavier stepping quietly while conversing leisurely about work.

The footsteps of the two men immediately slowed down and stopped immediately when they saw Akram, Maya and Elios standing close together. Anyone with even the most blunt instincts, could definitely clearly see the tension that was unfolding between the three people.

“No. I'm done here,” quickly Akram continues his journey, passing Maya and about to step into his room. When he reached the door of his room, Akram stopped his steps for a moment, then turned his head slightly towards Credence. “I think you know what you should do after this,” Akram's sentence was uttered in a tone full of warning, and of course immediately horrified by Credence.

Afterwards, Akram entered his study and slammed the door behind him hard.

All that was left there could only stare at that closed door in an awkward silence. Elios is the one who moves first. The man stepped away quietly, muttering words that he should immediately return to his job now, as a lot of work piled up waiting for him.

Meanwhile, Xavier looks at Maya and immediately smiles when he sees a slightly swollen slap on Maya's cheek.

Most likely Akram has raised his hand to hit this woman and Maya deserves it.

Although they are both, Xavier and Akram are known to be equally cruel, but Akram is more civilized than he is.
