“Ya, right. I'm doctor Oberon.” Aaron put on a friendly smile that he had trained many times. “Thank you for remembering me,” he added in a friendly manner, extending his hand towards Sera.
Sera looked up and looked at the doctor, then her eyes turned in confusion towards the hand that was outstretched towards her.
He did not know why Doctor Oberon had suddenly become familiar to him, could it be because the doctor knew that he was Xavier's wife?
However, Sera was a woman who knew manners. It would be very disrespectful if he hung that helping hand for too long without a reply.
Sera reached out her hand, returned the hand of Oberon and shook it. In that instant, Aaron's face brightened and his smile widened, the man squeezed the tiny finger inside his grasp gently and longingly.
Serafina Moon's. Aaron chanted the woman's name many times in his heart. He deliberately focused his gaze on Sera's face and tried hard to ignore Sera's pregnant belly which was bulging the place where Xavier Light's damn child was residing there.
Patience. Aaron cast a spell on himself. Once that damn child is born and detaches from Sera's stomach, then this beautiful woman in front of her will be hers. He just had to wait a little more.
On the other hand, Sera was glancing at her hand that continued to be grasped without any intention of being released, her feelings so uneasy and she was confused about wanting to break away.
“It... it doesn't seem like it's my handkerchief.” Sera glanced at the other hand of the Oberon doctor who was holding a white handkerchief embroidered with beautiful blue flowers and put on a sorry expression. “Sorry, doctor. It doesn't seem to me that dropped it.”
“Oh yes?” Surprisingly there was no surprise in the Oberon doctor's eyes, as if the man had guessed Sera's words. “Then, I have to find who dropped it.” Smiling, Oberon removed his grip from Sera's hand while his other hand put the handkerchief into his pocket.
Sera nodded her head and put on her usual formal smile, she was about to turn her wheelchair around and get into the elevator, but the doctor didn't seem to want to leave yet, making Sera feel all wrong.
Arron was busy watching from the corner of his eye how the tight guard around Sera was waiting with a tense and cautious attitude towards their interaction.
Fucking xavier. The man provided extremely tight guard around Sera with the equivalent escort for ten VIP class people.
Aaron knows that for now, he can't possibly do anything about it. If he were to act at this moment with his strength alone, it would be tantamount to suicide.
But, of course, he could not let go of the opportunity he got to interact with Sera just like that. If he turned his body around and left, he would only be one small piece of a cross-section of memories that Sera would forget.
He had to implant a bond of memory about himself inside Sera's head.
“I want to talk about your father, it's quite important and secret. Can you ask for a little privacy?” Aaron gambles in this, could have been kicked away by the bodyguards and his recklessness caught Xavier's attention thus thwarting his entire disguise. However, this venture is worth a try and Aaron is willing to take the risk.
Sera had turned her head away, but upon hearing Oberon's words, her eyes widened instantly.
“You know about my father?” he asked in a surprised voice.
Aaron put a gentle, understanding smile on his lips.
“Of course I know, I am the finance director at this hospital who also oversees the health facility where your father was treated. I think, I have information you need to know.” Aaron spoke slowly in a soft voice, keeping the low tone speech can only be heard by Sera.
Sera seemed hesitant for a moment, but the Oberon doctor before her seemed so convincing, especially considering yesterday the doctor seemed so familiar with Nathan's doctor.
This man is one of the directors in the hospital that belongs to Akram Night, he certainly will not have bad intentions, right?
Sera signals Derek to step back slightly to keep the conversation private with Oberon's doctor. For a moment Derek seemed doubtful, the man implied disapproval in his eyes, but Sera nodded her head slightly to reassure.
Derek took a deep breath. He knew that this action violated the procedure and could create Xavier's wrath against him. But he also wanted to know what the Oberon doctor was trying to do with his mistress. Of course Derek knows who Oberon's doctor is, which is why he thinks that the doctor with a dark past is harmless to Sera. Even so, if he did not give his mistress a chance to talk to the doctor, she would not be able to read what the doctor wanted by approaching her Nyonya.
Derek looked around and made sure that the entire security guard was on standby and ready, he then formed the number three with his finger to hint that only three minutes would be the time he could give to Sera. Afterwards, Derek stepped back in enough position to give Sera privacy, but not too far away so that it could move at any time if needed to protect Sera.
Sera looked at the Oberon doctor back, her expression filled with a gentle curiosity.
“What do you want to say to me, doctor?”
With a hidden grin Aaron immediately threw his core weapon in a series of sentences that he had calculated.
“I just want to say that I'm sorry, Mrs Light. Stage four cancer is a sad thing. But, at least you still have a little chance to be with your father, right? Mr. Xavier has also tried his best to cure your father, although I think, making your father an experiment for his concoction cancer drug is unethical in medicine.”
Aaron's eyes stared intently at Sera's bewildered eyes, ignoring the tight guard around Sera, Aaron stepped closer and whispered slowly so that only Sera could hear her words.
“Well, although until now the effect is still not felt, it could be that what was done by Mr. Xavier even endanger your father and shorten his life span,” added Aaron deliberately, hiding a sly glint in his eyes.
After saying that, while staring at Sera's paled face when she heard the sentence she said, Aaron stepped back and continued his sentence again with a serious tone.
“I beg you, do not reveal what I say to anyone. You certainly know how your husband is, if until he finds out that I leaked this, he would definitely kill me. I'm saying this with good intentions, so that you get the truth about your father's true condition.” Aaron was so good at playing the word, making Sera's gaze fixated doubtfully towards him. His smile seemed sincere, as well as his body's attitude.
“Then, excuse me. I won't hold you much longer.” Aaron knew that the guards behind Sera had started to fidget, he knew it was time for him to leave.
The risk he took by approaching Sera was huge. The bodyguards who were very loyal to Xavier like obedient dogs must have reported to their superiors regarding today's incident. Despite that, Aaron is confident he will definitely be safe as long as Sera does not open her mouth to Xavier and explain in detail what Aaron said to her.
Aaron's eyes glanced at Sera's pale face to study her facial expression, and his lips immediately reviewed the smile when he saw how the sentence he had thrown had taken Sera's mind by a landslide.
The assumption is right, even though the couple is friendly to each other in public, but the fabric of their trust in each other is not yet strong. There was still a gap that Aaron could use to stab their bond shield and tear it down.
Xavier had once deceived and threatened Sera, imposing his will and also utilizing Sera to the point of being pressed without being able to resist. Aaron knew that Sera would not be so stupid as to give his trust to Xavier completely.
Nodding his head and bowing his body slightly in a polite manner, Aaron said goodbye to end his conversation with Sera and turned his body around before then stepping away.
Sera herself was still pensive as she looked towards Aaron's back with a pale face and a stern look. What Aaron said to him felt like an iron hammer being smashed into his head.
Stage four cancer? Xavier's experimental drug that was applied to his father without official research? Why didn't Xavier say anything to him?

Derek's strong hand held the iron grip of Sera's wheelchair, while the man's eyes looked anxiously watching him.
“You're okay, Mistress?”
Derek's voice sounded worried, making Sera gasp and jerk from her daydream.
He immediately turned his head towards Derek, letting the man see his faint smile which was quite reassuring.
“I'm fine, Derek. We ride now?” he said slowly, trying to distract Derek from what just happened.
When Derek brought his wheelchair into the elevator, Sera opened her mouth and said in a pleading tone.
“About what just happened, about doctor Oberon who asked me to speak.. Can you give me time to tell Xavier yourself? A. I promise I'll tell Xavier. But, I need a moment.” the door slowly.
Derek frowned.
“You know, as a loyal member of Mr. Xavier, I must not be secretive to Mr. Xavier,” he replied straightforwardly. “Whatever happens around you, I have to report it in detail to Mr. Xavier.” Derek's eyes watched Sera's facial expression that looked pale and sad, without being able to prevent his heart from instantly softening instantly.
This mistress is a magical woman, although her physical appearance now appears weak due to her twin pregnancy which is getting bigger along with the close of the birth of the twins, but it is undeniable that Madame Sera is a great woman who managed to subdue the cruel and inhuman Xavier Light into a different figure.
You could say, Serafina Moon is a woman who managed to humanize Xavier Light into a better figure.
Now his master had never carelessly killed anyone again. The master is more patient and willing to consider carefully the humanitarian side of other creatures before choosing to shed blood. “I'll be honest and say that I don't know what doctor Oberon told you. And I'll have Mr. Xavier ask you directly. That's enough to give you a chance to think before saying everything to Mr Xavier, isn't it?”
Sera nodded her head. His hands clasped together grasping each other before he nodded his head.
“Ya, I think that.. will be enough.” Sera would look at her heart first, only then would she prepare to ask Xavier and face reality.
Derek watched Sera's expression and could not help but give her advice.
“Mrs.. When it is time to talk to Mr. Xavier, please tell me the truth. I'm sure that whatever Mr. Xavier does, it's all done for your good.”
Derek's words made Sera pensive, not knowing anymore.
Yes, Sera agrees. He would take his own time to think about the words of Doctor Oberon in silence, only after that would he decide whether or not he could establish his heart to trust Xavier. For now, Sera will focus on the happiness of Elana after the birth of her second child who became the jewel of their heart.

Xavier was already waiting at the elevator door impatiently when he heard that Sera was being delivered to this hospital. When the door of the special elevator clang and opened, his body immediately stiffened and his steps instantly moved closer towards the elevator.
Sera appeared there, her wheelchair pushed by Derek out of the elevator and the woman immediately smiled when she saw Xavier who greeted her impatiently at the door.
“How are you, my wife?” Xavier whispered softly, bowing his body in front of Sera's wheelchair and giving her a warm kiss, shamelessly showing off the affection without caring about the bodyguards around them.
Sera looked up, gave her sweet smile to her husband and replied in an excited tone.
“I'm healthy, so are the twins.” Sera's eyes sparkled expectantly. “How about Elana? Can we see him?” tanyanya.
Xavier smiled widely and nodded his head.
“Doctor has completed the observation period and Elana can already be visited. She is healthy and fine, just a little sad because she has not been able to hug her child who still has to be in the incubator for some time to come.” Xavier moves behind Sera and takes over the wheelchair from Derek's hands. “Now we will visit Elana first, then we visit their baby.”

“What do you think is the best name for our child?” Elana's eyes sparkled excitedly towards Sera. The woman accepted Sera's arrival happily.
Even in her condition, she had just completed a cesarean section a few hours earlier, Elana was still worried about the large Sera content and thought about the risky journey that Sera had to take from home to the hospital.
They are alone in this hospital room because Xavier managed to invite Akram who had been sitting faithfully beside his wife to go out with him and take the opportunity to drink coffee and breakfast breakfast. By doing that, Xavier will get two goals at once, which is to force Akram to rest and breakfast also gives an opportunity for Elana to get personal time with Sera.
Xavier knew that a warm conversation between Sera and Elana would have a positive effect on Sera. Sharing with a mother who has given birth with a child who becomes a jewel in their lives will provide encouragement for Sera in her pregnancy that has approached the end and help eliminate various anxieties that usually they are pregnant women who are almost giving birth.
Sera's eyes observed two beautiful names written on the thick paper in Elana's hands. He stared at the two writing alternately under Elana's curious gaze, then Sera looked up, looked towards Elana again and shrugged her shoulders in despair.
“I don't know,” he said resignedly. “Both are equally beautiful.”
Elana chuckles at it. “Ah, you are the same as Akram. When I asked what name he would choose for our son, the man simply clasped my hand tightly with teary eyes, muttering the same sentence over and over like chanting a mantra.”
“What terms?” Sera asked curiously.
The red hue immediately penetrated all over Elana, finding the entire surface of her skin until it was red.
“Akram said he loved me, he spoke over and over again as if it was just that limited vocabulary he could say.” Elana thins her blushed lips blissfully mixed. His eyes sparkle with love. “I know he says it often. But now, with our second child present, I can't believe he's still shamelessly saying that phrase over and over again in front of everyone. Even the doctors and nurses who happened to be in the same room looked away and pretended not to hear when Akram was acting like a lost person so.”
Sera chuckled at Elana's words, her laughter hardened as she imagined how embarrassed Elana was when she received the attention and outflow of love for her after receiving their beautiful and happy second child.
The marriage of Akram and Elana has been going on for a long time, they have also received their second child who became a star in the hearts of everyone immediately. But it seems like the love between the two is still so strong, clinging to each other and not fading with time.
Can Sera expect the same from her relationship with Xavier? Will the inner bond between the two of them be able to become even tighter after the twins are born? Will Xavier stop being secretive to her and trust her completely, and Sera will instead be against Xavier?
But, can Sera expect it all if it turns out that what Doctor Oberon said is true? What if it turns out Xavier has been secretive to him and hides the end-stage cancer suffered by his father, then without his permission to use his father as a guinea pig for a cure for cancer that he concocted not officially?
Sadness roused Sera's heart immediately as various frightening questions haunted her soul.
Why would Xavier still be secretive to her and hide such an important thing from her? If Oberon's doctor doesn't come and reveal the reality to him, will Xavier continue to be secret until the end and not reveal the important truth to Sera?
Sera's dreamy expression made Elana smile gently, the woman grabbed Sera's hand and held it tightly.
“You know, the birth of a baby will soften everyone's heart. I'm sure if the twins were born, the relationship you two would bond more closely with each other.” Elana spoke as if understanding the strange relationship between Sera and Xavier, staring at Sera who was hesitating. “Trust me, Sera. Everything will be fine,” he said in a reassuring soft tone.
