"Do you want to ask Elios to ask the waiter to prepare us coffee before we have a further conversation?"
Craden who read the tension of the atmosphere between Xavier and Maya immediately took charge of the situation wisely. Xavier is still wearing a friendly mask that looks weak in front of everyone, but Craden believes Maya continues to be selfless and insistent, it was not impossible that Xavier would take out his fangs and rub off his original hideous face.
Despite not liking Maya's arrogant and pretentious attitude, Craden still needs Maya's ability and intelligence to help him as his assistant. He did not want his assistant to suffer a terrible fate if it made Xavier Light riled up. The best way now is to temporarily remove Maya from this place and relieve Xavier's anger that he knows has begun to creep up.
Maya is not a fool, of course she is aware of the cues Craden sends her. Therefore, without refuting, he immediately got up from his seat, said an excuse, then stepped elegantly away from the room.
Xavier waits until Maya leaves the room first before making her protest.
"I don't like it." she said briefly, aptly expressing what she felt.
Craden shrugged his shoulders. "Mayan personality is like that. Arrogance is always directly proportional to intelligence. But it's not her personality I want. I need his brain skills. Believe me, by making him my assistant, I was many times more efficient than before."
The angry flame in Xavier's eyes had not been extinguished. The man leaned his body against the sofa, while his hands were tightly closed.
"He didn't follow you here to help you. He's after Akram."
"Of course he's after Akram, who doesn't? For Maya, Akram Night is a match for her. Maya is very intelligent, so she's targeting people smarter than her as someone who deserves to be her partner" Craden replied.
Xavier tilted his head. "Then why didn't he come after you.... or me?"
Craden shook his head. "I've resisted firmly at the beginning and Maya understands that she's not my type. So, he retreated before he could even step forward. About you.. I don't know, maybe Maya thinks you're too pretty and feminine and less dashing to be her partner?" sahut Craden jokingly.
"Damn it," Xavier cursed, but without any anger at all. "After all, I don't need a woman like Maya to come after me. Such a woman is disgusting, perhaps every morning she reflects while admiring herself and turning a blind eye to her flaws." murmured Xavier in a real tone of disdain.
"While you don't like it, don't put your hands on him, Xavier. He's my assistant and I still need his brainpower. I'll be in trouble if you suddenly decide to kill him." Craden said in a tone full of irony.
Xavier raised his eyebrows. "Then, you should take care of your assistant so as not to overdo it. Otherwise, I can't guarantee that I won't intervene" Xavier replied in a threatening tone.
"What do you mean, Xavier?" Craden narrowed his eyes, looking at Xavier attentively.
"Didn't you see your assistant's attitude? She was like a female aiming for the top position here. He wanted everyone's attention to be directed only at him. And since there was only one other woman who might bother him, then he made Lana his target," Xavier's expression turned ghastly full of threats. "If he dares to interrupt my assistant, I'll finish him off."
"I will try not to disturb your assistant" Craden grinned, realizing that Xavier was serious about his words. If someone else was threatening to finish off his enemy, then it was certain that person was just bluffing. But, if Xavier were to say so, it was clearly accompanied by a strong and unkempt killing intent. "You can calm down Xavier. Moreover, I want to discuss something else that I have wanted to ask you since. We didn't discuss it clearly on the phone. So, I want to know why your relationship with Akram has grown so much to be this good. You never stopped trying to kill each other, why now you can be a co-worker with an adjoining space. I was waiting for you to attack each other, but miraculously it didn't happen." asked Craden curiously, looking at Xavier with interest.
"I'll tell you the details later, when we're out drinking after work. But the point is, it's all because of Lana." Xavier replied in a mysterious tone.
Craden raised his eyebrows. "Because of Elana?" he said he couldn't believe it.
"Yes. Lana. He may look weak and innocent, as your assistant said. But you and your assistant must be careful to treat him. Because that woman is a very important woman to me and Akram. It was this desire to protect Lanalah that united us and made us stop the hostilities for now. But, if Lana gets hurt later, not only will I sue, I think Akram will retaliate in a way many times more terrible than me."

As Elana stepped from one of the toilet cubicles located in the spacious female toilet room next to the elevator, he immediately let out a surprised shriek as his body was pushed swiftly against the wall and a powerful body figure urged him to the point of being unable to move.
Instantly, out of instinct to protect herself, Elana tried to thrash, but then, the distinctive scent that surrounded her made her realize and realize who was currently pressing on her strongly.
"Acram!" Elana shrieked half surprised and half angry. It is not suspected that Akram will do disgraceful actions by entering the female toilet area without shame. "What are you doing here?" he shouted with a high voice.
Akram chuckled, then landed a gentle kiss on Elana's forehead. "I'm going to go for a meeting outside and it's just over in the afternoon. So, you're going home with the driver. Later after the meeting is over, I'll go straight to your house for dinner together," Akram's lips moved down the side of Elana's cheeks. "So, I'm here to ask for a kiss goodbye because after this I won't be able to see you all day."
"Good-bye kiss?" Elana looked frantically at the door of the toilet. "Jeez, Akram... What if someone comes in here?" tanyanya fear.
"No one will come in here, Elios has guarded the front," this time Akram's lips have landed right on Elana's lips. "Where's my kiss, hmm?" when Elana opened her mouth to speak, Akram suddenly kissed her.

Hopefully anxious, Elios kept staring into Xavier's study, hoping that no one would suddenly come out of it and find Elios. He also watches the elevator carefully, keeping no guests from arriving without reservations.
Don't let Akram decide to fuck Elana in there....
Luckily, Akram appears out of the woman's toilet room, but her boss only wants to tease Elana before leaving, and it seemed to work when seen from the satisfied smile that adorned Akram's face when the man stepped out of the woman's toilet room.
"Prepare files and data for meetings. I'll go down first, you'll catch up later." in a stern manner, Akram threw his orders at Elios before then pressing the elevator button and getting into the elevator without turning back.
Elios for a moment was still glued to the elevator where his boss disappeared, after which he woke up as if he had rushed up, took his laptop and some files that he had prepared on the table, then take a quick step towards the elevator to follow Akram.
However, while in front of the elevator, Elios stopped his steps, remembering that he had to speak to Elana before leaving, there were some files he had prepared for Elana to draw up, and some data that must be inputted to help Elana practice organizing some data. Elios had indeed left a note on Elana's desk, and now he stood hesitant, puzzled over whether he needed to speak to Elana to explain the list of jobs she had left him with, she said, or let Elana move on her own initiative based on the job guidance notes left at Elana's desk.
The sound of Xavier's open door made Elios almost jump from his standing position in surprise. Elios turned to the source of the voice and gulped when he realized that May was the one who came out of it. Fortunately, had Maya come out a few minutes earlier, she would have caught Akram coming out of the ladies' room, with Elana in the room.
"Do you need anything?" Elios asks for an instant when he realizes Maya's eyes are thrown into Elios' and Elana's empty desk. The woman looked looking for something.
Maya stepped closer with a frown, her eyes watching Elios who looked a little pale and panting.
"Craden told me to ask you to please send a message to the waiter downstairs to send them coffee. Can you help me?"
Elios nodded his head immediately. "I'll call them and ask to send you a coffee upstairs, anything else you want?" elios deliberately glanced at his watch, knowing that Akram might have been waiting for him in the car by this time.
"No, no more." answered Maya quickly.
"OKAY. Then I have to go down, Mr. Akram will meet outside." Elios replied quickly, then without turning his head back to press the elevator button again, say goodbye casually before then getting into the elevator and leaving.

Maya was still pondering as she gazed towards the elevator door that had closed. Disappointment surrounds his heart when he realizes that Akram Night has left this company building and is not in the same building as him. Though one of the things that made her excited this morning was the chance to be close to Akram, and also the additional opportunity to make the man enchant her and steal her heart.
But there is still tomorrow. Given the amount of work Craden has to do here, it is likely that he will be able to interact more intensely with Akram tomorrow.
Maya is about to turn around and return to the room where Xavier and Craden are, but the sound of the door opening from the female toilet catches her attention, he turned his head and his brows furrowed as he directly faced Elana who had just come out of the toilet room.
Elana was stunned as if she did not expect to be directly faced with Maya once out of the toilet room. But he quickly regained control and nodded his head in a formal manner to say hello.
"Miss Maya," she said softly, then turned quickly to pass the woman and head to her desk.
Meanwhile, Maya is still glued to the spot after Elana passes through. When the woman passed by, it was clear that the smell of male fragrance oil came from Elana's body. The woman could not possibly have used the scent of the man's fragrant oil with the scent of wood and warm citrus on her body, so most likely, she said, the woman was hugged tightly or swiped her body into the male body so that the smell of the male body moved to his body. Maya's watchful eyes saw that Elana's lips looked swollen, with lipstick thinning.
Maya's eyes turned again towards the elevator where Elios had left with a surprised and slightly pale expression. Suspicion mixed with disgust instantly filled his mind.
Gosh darn. Not only selling her body and becoming Xavier's mistress so that she could get Xavier's assistant position easily, Elana also used her body to seduce and make out with Elios at work? In the girls' toilet, anyway! What a disgusting and immoral woman!

Note Author: The story of Cradence Evening is planned to be a new novel author project. But I don't know if it will be posted here after Essence Of The Darkness is over or not. If so, the author will definitely make an announcement here, and of course he DOES NOT PAIR WITH MAYA.
