“Xavier.”
Akram stared intently at Xavier. His voice seemed blocked as if the man was confused at stringing up words. However, looking at Xavier who was waiting tensely, Akram finally spoke as well. “I know that you don't want me to bring this discussion back to the surface. However, I think you should visit Rasputin's doctor now.”
Xavier's expression instantly hardened hearing the name of his biological father was called.
“Why should I visit him?” Xavier spoke in a cold tone.
“Time is not long. Critical condition. The doctor said that he probably won't make it through tonight.” Akram replied in slow sentences, his expression looked thoughtful, advising Xavier carefully. “I know that you've said goodbye to your father and forgiven everything that happened in the past. But, now that you get a chance that may never happen again, you get a chance to say goodbye properly. You wouldn't miss it, would you?”
Akram's question did not get an answer because Xavier chose to remain silent and spread an awkward silence between them. Elana and Sera themselves exchanged glances, but they agreed not to make a sound and gave the brothers a chance to talk to each other about what was on their minds.
Akram watched Xavier's hard and softest expression, and he took a deep breath.
“You know, I never get a chance like you get right now and I'm always filled with regret every time I think about it.” Akram looked at Xavier deeply. “Father and our mother died in an accident.At the time they left, I was busy with my own business and in the end, in their last moment, I did not get the chance to say goodbye properly.” Akram's voice sounded dark, filled with deep regret. “You yesterday got a chance to forgive your father and lighten your heart. Now you even get a chance to say goodbye properly to your father, Xavier. Don't waste that chance. Believe me, in the future when you look back and remember this moment, you will be grateful because you want to listen to this advice from me.”

Sera handed Ainee who had fallen asleep due to the satiety of breastfeeding to the nurse who received it immediately and put the baby back into the incubator box carefully. The twins have been fed alternately until full, Sera has also milked her breast milk and got two bottles of condensed and nutritious fresh milk that the nurse immediately stored to a special tech cooler box.
Meanwhile, Xavier, who had accompanied Sera to breastfeed their two children, looked gloomy and silent, preoccupied with his own thoughts.
Xavier did not give a definite answer to Akram's advice to him but it was clear that the man was thinking about it.
The man looked at his two children affectionately inside the incubator box before then turning his head towards Sera and smiling gently.
“Do you want to go back to the room now? The children are already sleeping well and they have a sufficient supply of ASI. I think you can spend some time taking a nap and resting your body,” Xavier said as he moved to the back of Sera's wheelchair, preparing to push her out of the room.
Sera nodded her head and let Xavier push the wheelchair she was wearing out of the nursery. They walked in silence, passing through a quiet hallway with shades of white covering.
“Xavier?” Sera finally broke the silence between them, raising her head slightly in order to see Xavier behind her.
The man's expression was still grim, but Xavier immediately put on a gentle smile hearing Sera calling his name.
“What's up? You want to eat something again? I'll buy it if you want.” Xavier offered in a smile, making Sera's cheeks flushed in embarrassment from being reminded by her reckless and childish demeanor last night.
Last night, Xavier took the time to smuggle Sera's favorite cheese cake quietly into the hospital room for Sera to eat before almost midnight. Indeed, there is no prohibition of food from the hospital for mothers who have just given birth and are breastfeeding. Sera is instead recommended to eat a lot of all kinds of menus to meet the completeness of nutrition and fresh water, as well as speed up his recovery post-surgery. However, there is one strict rule of the hospital that must be obeyed, which is to maintain the hygiene and health standards of the patient as long as it is under the responsibility of the hospital, the patient is allowed only food provided by the hospital and is not allowed to eat food from outside.
Even Xavier, who owns most of the hospital holdings, did not get an exception. Sera as his wife had to stick to the rules.
But last night, Sera was desperate to eat cheese cake and she told Xavier. Her good husband went to buy her, smuggled the cheese cake into her room, and they ate it quietly in the middle of the night after the last nurse's group visit had come to visit.
“I don't want to eat anything right now. I called you because... because... shouldn't you go?” sera asked slowly with a cautious tone.
Xavier frowned.
“Go where?” he asked back.
Sera looked up so that Xavier could clearly see her face.
“What Akram said earlier. You must say goodbye properly to your father, Xavier.”
Again, Xavier chose not to answer. The man moved in silence, pushing Sera's wheelchair into her treatment room, then deftly helping Sera up on her bed.
Of course Sera didn't give up. He didn't want Xavier to let go of this opportunity, then regret it later.
“Go.” Sera whispered slowly. Her tone is not pushy, only filled with the understanding of a wife who understands the deepest contents of her husband's heart.
Xavier said nothing. The man leaned over and took Sera's hand, then kissed her gently in love. Afterwards, her lips moved to kiss Sera's forehead and shift to the tip of her nose and switch to either side of her cheek before ending at her lips, gently tucking her in feeling.
Xavier just let go of his kiss after his second breath gasped. The man sprinkled small kisses on the tip of Sera's lips to calm himself down, before whispering later in a raucous voice.
“I'm so lucky to have you, do you know that?”
Sera smiled, clasped her hands around her husband's neck, then anchored a loving kiss on Xavier's forehead.
“I know. And vice versa Xavier,” whispered with great affection. Afterwards, he released his arm embrace from the man's neck, and Sera patted Xavier's shoulder gently as if giving her encouragement.
“Now, go,” she whispered softly and smiled in relief when this time her husband chose to obey her.

Xavier's arrival time was very precise. By the time he arrived, Dr Rasputin had already entered the special handling room because his condition was already critical.
Xavier was dressed in green sterile clothes, complete with a mask and head covering, and a nurse accompanied him into the handling room to accompany his father's last moment.
The team of doctors is working with Dr Rasputin, doing their job to save as many lives as possible even though they know that there is no hope anymore.
His eyes watched over the figure of doctor Rasputin who had already lost consciousness. The man was not dressed to make it easier for the doctor to provide treatment. Only a green blanket covered the waist area up to the tip of his foot. Life-supporting tools connected to his body, while his bony chest until his ribs were visible, he said, it appears to be up and down painstakingly pumping air into his lungs with the help of an oxygen tube connected by a hose to his respiratory tract.
The sound of a heartbeat detector is heard to harden, along with the increasing critical period of Rasputin doctor who came before. Then the disjointed voice turned into one long unbroken voice, indicating that the heart of Dr. Rasputin was no longer beating, stopping completely after his last unsaved breath.
Xavier's eyes continued to observe the entire process calmly, keeping deep the departure of the new man present in his life at the end of his age and leaving immediately picked up death.
Dr. Rasputin is dead. The man is gone.
Xavier closed his eyes and sighed deeply. Only then did he let his emotions loose freely, flowing in the form of an irrepressible tear down the corner of his eye.
I'm right, so is Sera. Xavier does have to be present until the end, until later in the future he does not feel regret for missing these moments.
Xavier's hands were raised to wipe away his wet tears. Sera felt her cheeks flushed hot. It has been more than a month since the twins were born and finally the doctor decided that the condition of the twins was very stable, healthy and normal so they could get out of the incubator and be taken home.
Time passed so quickly without feeling. It was still vividly remembered in Sera's mind that night when Xavier climbed into his bed secretly in the evening after the funeral of doctor Rasputin. The man did not cry, only hugged tightly in silence, while Sera also did not say anything and simply rubbed Xavier's back to channel her strength and love to the man.
Since then, their quiet days have been spent in peaceful bliss. They spent more time in the hospital because the twins were still intensively treated in the NICU room, until finally the time came they could all go home as a happy family.
“What do you think?” Xavier whispered softly, one of his hands clasping Sera's waist to get to him, while the other hand raised Sera's chin to look up to him.
“I thought about all the things we went through until we got to this point.” Sera whispered softly, looking at her husband lovingly. “That makes me love you more and more in every second,” he continued later in a heartfelt tone full of love.
Xavier's eyes flashed warmly when he heard his wife's words. The man lowered his head, then could not help but put his lips to Sera's lips and kiss her gently.
The kiss was originally meant to be an expression of affection, but Xavier was a normal man who had been held back for several weeks in order to complete his desire for his wife.
The fact that they had passed the time of prohibition also encouraged him to desire more and more his wife, for that was the kiss given to his wife filled with burning desire, it was hot and filled with the desire to have that very moment.

This time, Xavier managed to control himself well, forcing himself to settle for just a kiss. His hot breath blushed Sera's lips as the man swiped his lips there and whispered softly.
“Tonight, at home. We're going to fuck.” Xavier's words sounded hoarse, filled with an endless desire that drove real impatience from within his body.
Sera's cheeks were red extinguished hearing her husband's vulgar words urging like a promise. She finally drowned her face into her husband's chest, unable to respond.
At the same time, the door of the room opened and another charming figure, stepped into the room.
Credence certainly immediately realized the intensity of room temperature that somehow felt so hot. The man raised his eyebrows, then observed the two pairs of humans before him.
Sera who was being hugged tightly by Xavier clearly looked a dead red even to her ears and neck. Meanwhile, Xavier looked like a man who had just returned home from battle on the battlefield and brought the victory trophy. There was a satisfied smile on his face while his eyes flashed with anticipation.
Credence raised his brows, then threw a similarly knowingly similar smile towards Xavier.
“Am I interrupting?” credence whispered then in a slow, meaningful voice, making the red hue on Sera's face even more real.
Xavier cleared his throat, throwing a warning look at Credence to keep his attitude and make Sera no more ashamed of this.
“No. We're done.” Xavier cleared his throat again. “I mean, we're done getting ready to go home. The twins are also ready in the nursery, just picked up.” Xavier frowned and only then did he realize the peculiarity of Credence's presence in this room. “Why are you here? What's up?” tanyanya.
Credence grinned widely. It was at that moment that Sera and Xavier saw a very real look of relief on the man's face.
Credence clearly came to bring good news and the man immediately opened his mouth as if impatient to say it.
“I think you want to see before you go home. Just now, Nathan's doctor opened his eyes. He's already conscious.”
