“Indeed I don't deserve to smile happily?” Xavier uttered in dislike as he found the conflicted eye-lights of Nathan's doctor still watching him suspiciously.
The goddamn doctor accused him of hitting his head or even going crazy just because he was smiling happily.
Why would he put on a happy smile with a wide grin on his face? She gained valuable experience when falling in love for the first time, and her love turned out to be reciprocated. It was only natural that he continued to grin with pleasure even when his body felt extremely tired.
His face could not be that scary when he smiled widely because his heart was happy, right? Isn't her good looks and the beauty of her physical appearance one of her best assets? People say with Xavier who is silent without expression, he is already very charming, he is very sure that his charm will increase if he adds a sweet smile on his lips.
Of course Xavier did not mean to spread his charm everywhere. He had already promised to spread his charm only to Sera, so starting with this second, he would fight even harder to make Sera more and more enchanted to him.
Dr. Nathan snickered as his eyes watched Xavier's expression change.

Xavier nodded his head.
“More deeply,” he replied then in a sure tone that truly reflected the satisfaction in his soul. “You know what it's like to think that all this time your love has been clapping one hand, but then you realize that reality isn't that sad? Your love turns out to be together with the same great love. It was so happy, I couldn't even explain it with the words.”
He begs Sera's forgiveness to get atonement and is forgiven. But who would have thought that she also had the love of that woman? A sane man would not dare to ask again if he got this very excessive gift.
Doctor Nathan is beating.
“I can see it from your terrible wide grin,” the taunt is a little scornful. “So you came here early in the morning just to tell me that your love is reciprocated and you want to boast in front of me?” the doctor nodded as if exhausted. “As if I am still not unlucky enough to have to handle Akram who became like a fool because I was crazy about Elana, now I have to handle you too?”
Xavier smiled at Doctor Nathan's words, his eyes staring intently as he replied later.
“Ah, I used to be just like you,” he said later in a mysterious tone that provoked curiosity.
“What is like me?” The fishing was successful, doctor Nathan immediately asked with a curious expression.
Xavier grinned.
“When I saw how Akram dedicated himself to loving Elana, I took that as something ridiculous. Well, I also liked Elana, but at that time I thought that giving up the heart completely to a woman was an intolerable weakness. Giving up our precious heart just to love wholeheartedly a human being will only make us weak, that was my conclusion back then.” Xavier let out a long sigh as he he gained self-acceptance which turned out to make his heart feel more comfortable. “But now, when I was in Akram's position, I realized that trusting others to take care of our hearts was a very real support of strength. Realizing that there are people who love us makes us feel stronger than anyone.”
Xavier's eyes stared at Nathan's doctor, then spoke in a confident tone.
“You are as skeptical as I used to be, but I'm sure, once you feel love, you will agree with me.”
Doctor Nathan came back closer, showing his disagreement clearly.
“I like women, but I won't fall in love. I'm not going to give my heart to one woman and give up and bend my knees helplessly like you. I will not make one woman the source of my weakness.” he said later in a determined tone. “I won't be like you and Akram.”
Xavier chuckled at Doctor Nathan's words. He didn't argue, didn't say anything. Well, things about love cannot be argued with words. It can only be felt with direct experience. And Xavier hopes that Nathan's doctor will be lucky enough in the future to be able to feel the full love of a woman he feels now.
“By the way, I'm not here to brag about my love story to you.” Xavier's voice turned serious later when he began discussing the core issue that led him to come see Nathan's doctor this morning. “I came to talk about doctor Oberon.”
“Ah about it.” When he heard the name of the doctor called Oberon, Nathan's facial expression immediately reflected the same seriousness. “Once you called me and informed your suspicions, I immediately asked Elios for help and some trusted people to do an investigation.” Nathan's doctor placed a stack of mammary files on Xavier as well as a miniaturized microchip of data inside a black box that wrapped it to ensure its safety.
“All that is the entire set of data that was successfully obtained regarding Oberon doctors, both official data and data obtained illegally though.” Doctor Nathan frowned deeply. “Unfortunately, there is absolutely nothing suspicious from the results of that investigation.”
Xavier took the file and read it carefully. He flipped through the paper at high speed and was able to scan and memorize all the data written outside his head in a short time.
“There have been no reports of oddities from him lately? Like sudden habit change or unusual behavior change reports?” Xavier asked quietly, staring intently at Doctor Nathan.
Doctor Nathan shook his head.
“Nothing. However, the fact that Oberon was indeed a loner made the investigation more difficult. He doesn't interact much with others at work. He always comes on time to work, then finishes his work well, before then goes home. When he came home too, he usually almost never came out again and only came out tomorrow when he left for work again.”
“No records abroad?” Xavier asked quickly.
Doctor Nathan shook his head.
“Don't go abroad. I told you, Doctor Oberon's attendance record was perfect. He came to work at the time and came home at the appointed hour, no less and no more. He also never got a work permit. His attendance record was perfect this month, just like the previous months. With such conditions, let alone going abroad, out of town also seems like he can not do it.”
“What about his activities on the weekend? Did he meet certain people?” Xavier was still chasing with questions, as if dissatisfied with the information he had obtained.

Xavier nodded his head. “Yes. I feel suspicious. Can you arrange my appointment to the psychiatrist who counsels Oberon's alcohol addiction? He's also a doctor at this hospital, isn't he?”
Back doctor Nathan nodded his head. “I will arrange an appointment for you with that psychiatrist as soon as possible.”
“I would also like to attend a general meeting with the finance director attended by all division leaders. Such meetings are usually held at the beginning of each month for a discussion of the performance of the financial statements of the previous month, right?”
Doctor Nathan's eyes widened. “What are you attending such internal meetings for?”
Xavier grinned. “Abviously I can't attend? After all, I am one of the shareholders in Akram company. This hospital also includes his company, right? Don't forget that I'm one of the most reliable financial planning experts in the country. If he turns out to be Aaron in disguise, then he'll realize that I suspect him and watch him closely so he won't be able to do anything The vile rays that had disappeared had suddenly reappeared in Xavier's eyes. “This is the moment of proof, and I will determine the attitude after I decide whether he is indeed Doctor Oberon, or if he is Aaron who stole his identity.”

Xavier stepped closer and his lips smiled when he saw Sera eating so voraciously that he almost stuck out the contents of his plate.
Seeing from the good appetite of the woman in finishing her food, it looks like the cuisine of the hospital chef did not disappoint.
Xavier stood behind Sera and plucked the strawberry cut above the rest of the pancake cut that was still available on the plate. He saw Sera looking her head up at him, then the woman started to nag even though her lips were covering a wide smile.
“You stole the nutrition for the twins,” he accused later with a grumbling voice.
Xavier chuckled at it, the strawberry in his mouth was so sweet and freshly juicy, but the sight before his eyes was certainly the sweetest of all.
“I think the twins have gotten quite a lot of nutrition.” Xavier's eyes swept the empty dishes on the dining table that were almost entirely covered by Sera. “Given how empty the appearance of this breakfast dish was,” he continued later with a seductive smile.
Sera lowered her head in shame. When Xavier took a seat next to him and picked up the remaining piece of fresh bread and applied peanut butter to his surface, Sera finally raised her head back and looked at Xavier guiltily.
“Sorry, I.. I finished his breakfast,” he said then shyly. “You know... I was hungry once this morning.’
Xavier's naughtiness turned into laughter. The man leaned to kiss Sera's lips, passing the joy on his lips to her soft lips.
“You know what proverb I hear from people around me?” Xavier then asked in a mysterious tone, making Sera instantly frown suspiciously.
“What proverb?” his question was then curious when Xavier did not explain.
Xavier's eyes sparkled. “There were people who told me that the woman was a creature that gained privileges, because they were always right.”
Sera immediately smiled broadly when she heard Xavier's words.
“I like the saying and strongly agree,” said then while chuckling happily.
“You'll prefer what's advanced from that saying. The person I know also said that pregnant women are many times more special than ordinary women.”
“Why?” Sera seemed really interested in their discussion. His body leaned closer towards Xavier, and his eyes sparkled with curiosity as if impatiently waiting for an answer.
“Because if a woman is the truth, then the opinion of a pregnant woman is an absolute.” Xavier laughed at his own words. It was a sentence that Akram Night had once spoken to him that he had not trusted but now accepted gladly.
Xavier then looked at Sera affectionately and stretched out his hand to stroke his wife's cheek gently.
“So you can eat as much as you want and no one will blame you. You can even go to your favorite restaurant, close it to the public and spend all the dishes there, no problem, I will pay for all the food you spend until you can eat as much.”
Sera laughed but the woman moved her hand to gently hit Xavier's arm.
“I was starving, but I was not as hungry as it was to spend all the dishes served in the restaurant,” he refused while giggling amusedly.
“Well you may not be able to eat that much, but who knows if the twins inside here turned out to be able to?” Xavier pulled Sera's chair to face her, he himself also sat facing the woman and his body bent, approaching Sera's large protruding belly.
The man's hand then moved around stroking Sera's stomach, rubbing her palm gently there as if to wipe her growing children perfectly inside.
The man then bent his body closer to Sera's stomach and gave a gentle kiss there, making Sera's heart flooded with warm feelings that were pleasant to see her husband's loving treatment of their children.
“Live soon then our child will be born. I can't wait to carry it.” Sera spoke with teary eyes, making Xavier lift his head and straighten his back.
The man smiled gently, then brought his face closer to Sera's face before then presenting her soft kiss on Sera's waiting ranum lips.
“I'm also impatient, dear.” His whisper was then in a raucous voice, filled with a chest-stifling haru.
