“Have you prepared everything?”
Akram stood in a large window attached to one side of the wall in the hallway area to Elana's room. The glass window stretches from the roof to the floor of the building, displaying views of the city from the high area of the hospital floor where it stands.
The dark night was approaching, so that what lay in Akram's view at this time were the lights of the building that illuminated coupled with vehicle lights that looked small and moved alternately below.
Elios, who was standing behind Akram in a formal manner immediately nodded his head when he heard the question.
“All is ready, sir. Green Island is almost fully ready for the wedding ceremony next week,” Elios replied in a firm tone.
Yes, Akram is planning a wedding in private which is only attended by people who are trusted in Green Island. The place was chosen not randomly, but indeed with consideration, that Green Island is the forerunner of its relationship with Elana.
There, it is the first time that Akram develops his feelings for Elana, who may even have grown profound at the time before he realized and was willing to confess his love for Elana.
This marriage was done privately and secretly to close the exact date of his marriage with Elana, to avoid the gossip reporters who will count and connect Elana's pregnancy later and relate it to the date of their marriage.

“Are you crazy?” Akram snapped loudly, anger igniting him as he raised his tone. “I don't care about Credence even though I don't think he's close enough to me to be present at my wedding. But, regarding Xavier, have you forgotten Xavier's past crimes? He always destroys what is mine without exception. Even though Xavier is being kind and helpful right now, we mustn't let our guard down. That man is so cunning and has intelligence beyond even the most sophisticated computers, who knows what devious scenarios he is running to destroy us later? And inviting her to my wedding, it was like carrying a time bomb that could explode and destroy everything in an instant,” Akram's eyes narrowed at Elios with a menacing look. “After all, how dare you propose this to me? What happens when I'm not in the company?” tanyanya.
Elios gulped, while his face paled full of guilt.“Xavier seems to have guessed about the wedding ceremony that will take place in the near future. And I'm off guard, Mr. Akram, please forgive me. Xavier has hacked into my computer so he can get details about your wedding planning. She said that she will come though uninvited, because she has ordained herself as Elana's best friend and a best friend is unlikely not to attend her best friend's wedding.”
“Damn it!” Akram immediately cursed when he heard Elios' explanation of Xavier, making Elios almost jump back because he was vigilant.
Akram's eyes burned as he gazed towards Xavier, like a hellish demon that ascended to earth to wage war with humanity.
“You focus on taking care of my wedding preparations with Elana. I want everything to be perfect. And about Xavier.. let me take care of it.” Breaking up later, still grasping the wrath in his tone.

A few hours had passed and Akram spent his time discussing work issues with Elios until he realized that it seemed like he had given enough time for Elana and Nathan to spend together.
“Do you think I can bother them?” Akram immediately stopped discussing business and looked directly at Elios, asking for consideration.
Elios himself gasped, not expecting Akram to ask him for consideration. The boss is usually firm when it comes to personal matters and always decides things quickly.
Never before had Akram hesitated, and Elios realized that Akram was unconvinced of himself, only when it came to Elana.
“It looks like two hours more is enough time to finish everything,” Elios nodded his head, giving a signal of agreement if indeed Akram was about to interrupt the two brothers from passing his time alone.
“Then I will be there,” quickly Akram stands up, steps to the door of the special lounge place they use to work, then turns his head towards Elios motionlessly. “You're coming with me.” Command's fast.

Those exact same eyes were both directly staring at Akram from the two heads that were stunned when Elios who was following behind Akram closed the door behind them.
A smile spread on Elana's lips as her eyes blended with Akram's. From the look in his eyes, a signalling message was created. Elana had already managed to tell Akram the truth, and things were going well.
It seemed like tonight they could celebrate another trace of happiness with hearts filled with relief.
“It looks like you guys spent a happy time until you forgot the time,” Akram moved closer, then sat beside the bed, staring at Elana possessively.
Elana exchanged glances with Nolan, then the two chuckled almost simultaneously. The woman looks so happy that Akram's heart feels warm because of it. It may be true what people say. If we love someone, then we will automatically be happy when the person we love feels happiness.
“Our conversation was very pleasant, we told a lot of stories. All the things that happened when we were not together,” Elana said in an excited tone, her hand touched Akram's hand, then looked sincerely. “Thank you, Akram. If it wasn't for you, maybe we. We might never have met before.”.
“I also say thank you,” by reflex, Nolan also came to say thank you with his sincere tone.Akram thinning lips. Don't know what to say. Suddenly guilt rattled back his soul.
In the past, he ordered an investigation and search of Elana's past, was in her own interest. But now, these two similar-looking creatures in front of him even looked at him like a savior angel.
Akram immediately shook his head. “Not to be too thoughtful. I'm glad that you guys ended up with happiness,” he said awkwardly, felt unworthy of the thanks, then hurriedly switched the conversation. “Because tomorrow is off, Elios will accompany you to the apartment suite room in this hospital to stay, so you can spend your time tomorrow with Elana,” Akram voice sounds friendly. “Are you guys happy with that setting?” tanyanya.
Elana and Nolan exchanged glances again, then the two creatures nodded their heads almost simultaneously.
“Thank you,” said both of them almost simultaneously anyway.
The two eyes sparkling with gratitude were dazzling and even grew the guilt of Akram until he almost turned his head.
Luckily Elios was quick to respond and acted immediately. The man stepped closer and took over the conversation
.“I think it's late now and Miss Elana needs some time to rest. I will accompany Nolan to his room,” Elios later said.
Nolan nodded his head and stood up. Impulsively, the boy immediately hugged Elana, clasped his hands around Elana's neck, then kissed her cheeks affectionately.
“See you again, sister,” said Nolan excitedly, making Elana chuckle happily and reply to peck at the boy's cheek and hug him tightly.

After Nolan and Elios died, Akram sat on the edge of the bed, looking at Elana with a smile.
“I think you did well?” tanyanya gently.
Soon Elana nodded her head excitedly.
“As you said. Nolan... Nolan turned out to be happy to be my sister, as happy as I was when I became her brother,” said Elana happily.
Gently Akram took Elana into his arms and grabbed her tightly
.“I'm glad to hear it. I guess now we can be one happy family, eh?” Akram slightly distanced Elana from her embrace and looked at her face. “Although it seems, towards me Nolan is somewhat self-limiting. Unlike her who could lightly hug you and kiss her cheek, towards me Nolan acted like she was facing her fierce teacher.”
The parable used by Akram made Elana giggle amused.
“You... You do look fierce, even though you don't look like a gulu,”
Akram grinned. “Because that's why you were scared when you saw me first?”

Akram took a long breath. “But that's your real lover Elana. You may have been a witness. My hands are covered in the blood of my enemies and there will probably be more in the future. I have to do it to protect you, my loved ones, protect my company, and also protect our happiness. I can't guarantee that I'll stop being so cruel after I marry you. Perhaps I will even become a more fearsome figure than before, because after I marry you, I must guarantee your safety by making my enemies more afraid of me.”
Elana looked at Akram with affection. “I understand. That side of you, I love her too,” she whispered later without hesitation. Now, after confessing his feelings and revealing what was in his heart, that love sentence felt easier to slide for the next time.
Akram hugged Elana again, pecking at her head full of affection. “If I told you that we would have a wedding ceremony on Green Island, would you run away?” ask her then with a cautious tone.
Elana widened her eyes, distancing herself to look at Akram.
“Island...green island?” all the memories of the past when he first fell into Akram's hands instantly flooded him, making his chest somehow feel claustrophobic. Elana let out a long sigh and tried to neutralize her feelings when she finally managed to let out a voice back and put out a question.
“Why.... why did you choose the green island for....wedding ceremony?”
“I guess, it's because I want to get rid of all the bad memories you got there and replace them with new, more beautiful memories?” Akram squinted, trying to express his guilt. “Although I finally got your love, I am not at all proud of the way I got you in the past. I forced you, captured you, crushed you with my power and pressured you to make sure you had no choice but to accept me. I'm not a good person, Elana. I'm not a white riding prince like in the fairy tale that women dream of. I'm not that good, maybe I can even be an antagonist in the sweet fairy tale. A criminal who takes the woman he wants out of her will. Even when you two, you and Nolan thanked me earlier, I was not at all happy. I feel guilty and you know why,” Akram took Elana's hand and kissed her. “Because at first, I was about to use Nolan to threaten you to get you to obey my will. That's how bad I am.”
“But even a criminal can't manage someone else's destiny, right?” Elana moves her hand to rub Akram's cheek. “In the end you love me and I love you. That's enough to wipe out all the guilt and hurt in the past.”.
I looked at Elana inside. “Then, do you mind if our wedding ceremony takes place on Green Island?” tanyanya back.

“You returned my kiss,” whispered Akram with a raucous voice full of lust. “Does that mean, we can continue what was delayed earlier?” godanya seduce.
His temptation made Elana's cheeks flushed. But unyielding, with a sincere attitude he offers.
“You want me to help you again... to do other ways?” tanyanya mean.
At once Akram growled, pulverizing Elana's lips deeply as if to snatch her in one kiss.
“Don't be resigned to me, maybe I'll crush you,” whispered raucously.
Elana's smile widened amidst her timid gaze. “I... I will survive..”.
Elana could not finish her sentence because Akram immediately crushed her lips back. His hands moved touching the woman everywhere, satisfying her delayed desires.
“This time, I will also help you, Elana. We help each other to please each other,” whispered Akram full of promise, filled with the desire to hug a lover and satisfy him.
