Season 3: episode 9

"Hey, do you think you're beautiful because Jester's sister likes you?" I pressed Camilla, as Camilla's sharp eyes turned on me.

"Is that why you have the right to say that Selena is not beautiful?" I asked again because Camilla just kept looking at me

"Luna! come on, let's go!" take Selena with me while pulling my left arm, but I don't want this done here.

In front of my eyes, I saw my best friend being insulted. I can't accept hearing what she said about Selena, I don't know what happened between them but I don't care because I was angry at the time. I was so angry that it felt like I wanted to slap her, but it was not my custom to retaliate against violent evil.

"Heee~ you finally make a sound too, who are you anyway? I've never seen you here" said Camilla still sounding so coquettish, I stuck out my hand to shake her hand.

"Luna Lincoln, the first person that Jester loved" I said firmly, Camilla was surprised to hear me until she looked petrified at me.

"Why? feel defeated or do you see my similarities to Selena?" ask me again, slowly his shocked face disappeared changed with a smile of disbelief in my words.

"Seriously? Jester liked you before me? it seems like he had bad taste first huh" he sneered at me, I chuckled then I said...

"Sister Jester took a long time to forget about me and find my replacement, what about you? why would Jester be with Naomi? did you know Jester was dating someone else? or don't - don't... I know he's upset with me, he shows so much frustration through gestures and facial expressions. Camilla turned around and left us without even returning my words, I chuckled and turned to look back at Selena. Just then Selena turned to look at me with a surprised face, I don't know why she looked at me like that until she asked...

"You... since when can you talk spicy like that?" selena asked me, I laughed quite loudly at the question.

"That's my special ability when this beautiful friend of mine is insulted, I can't bring out that ability if it's not pressed~" my god to her, Selena laughed faintly at my answer.

"Hey... Luna.." chirped Selena as her laughing voice disappeared, I looked at her but suddenly her head was down on the floor.

"Why, Selena?" much

"What... did Camilla say right? am I that bad until my brother Jester won't accept my love? though... I've painstakingly become you and change myself as you write, but.." Not finished Selena said, I hugged her tightly.

"Selena. You failed to get Jester's sister not because you were ugly, you failed to get her because you didn't love her. Although you imitate me, but a sincere heart for loving cannot be lied to. It's my fault for forcing you to be Jester's girlfriend even if you don't love her, one day you will get the one you love and she loves you because of your beauty" I said gently, Selena was silent at that moment without saying anything.

Slowly I let go of my arms, put both my hands on her shoulders and I looked at her face, she looked flat looking at me without any expression. I wonder why he arrived - he arrived like that, I gave a gesture why the face arrived - he was just silent. Selena took my hands off her shoulders and turned around without saying anything, "Did I say something wrong? but isn't it like that? love must be shown through the heart, not appearance and attitude, right?" ask in my heart

"Maybe you're right, I didn't show my love for Jester and focused more on being like you so that Jester's sister would feel comfortable with me" Selena said, I was still silent and staring at his back which slowly turned back to look at me.

"Maybe you're right, I don't act like a person in love in front of him. That's why I lost to Naomi, I did suck huh" Selena said with a smile to me, I returned her smile and hugged her tightly.

"Forget the promise between us, you've made enough effort to fulfill your promise to me. I assume the promise between us is paid off, thank you... Selena" I said, this time Selena returned my embrace while nodding.

"No problem, I did it happily for my best friend" Selena chimed in with a slight sound of a small laugh

After that conversation, Selena and I walked back to our next class. Unfortunately Selena and I were late for class, so we were expelled from the same class. The rest of the time I spent traveling around campus, Selena became a very good guide for me until I was able to get so upset with the new campus this time I came.

By the afternoon Selena and I were coming home from college, we had a meal together in the cafeteria near the private university. Eating together in the cafeteria with students and students made me feel like a student, I really enjoyed the atmosphere of the cafeteria filled with chatter - chat about student lessons and activities. Well, even though I didn't know them and wasn't directly involved, but hearing them talk to each other was enough for me to feel like a student.

Until nightfall, Selena and I were going to sleep in my room. We shared a mattress even though it felt cramped because actually my mattress was a mattress that only fit one person, somehow Selena seemed to have no problem with it. It's a strange rich kid, but I love spending my days with him.:)

"Luna.." chirped Selena in the silence of the night, I turned to look at her without saying anything.

"Are you going to sleep?" selena asked, I sighed and sat in my bed.

"Not yet, what about you?" ask him

"I'm afraid to sleep." replied Selena stammered, I turned to look at the face of Selena who was still lying while staring at the roof of my room.

"Why? is something bothering you? want to share with me?" ask him

"I'm afraid... Ahaha, funny yes.why do I get afraid to see the day keep changing while you should be more afraid of me, who gets a verdict will die young are you not me. But even I was frightened, I was like a fool. I arrived - suddenly afraid to close my eyes.." not finished Selena talk, I cut her off.

At that time I knew which direction our conversation was going, Selena was still terrified over my life sentence which was only one month away. He still can't accept our fate of having to get back apart, but I know Selena is like this because she's not well - just fine in her circle of friends. Maybe right now there's only me who can understand it, or maybe he feels lonely if I'm not around anymore.

"Selena. come with me" I asked.

"Where?" selena asked, but I responded with a hand gesture for her to follow me.

I walked out of the room and Selena followed me in the back, I asked her to go to the side of my house where we could see the beautiful stars that night. I stopped in the middle of the park and looked up at the clear sky that night, before long Selena walked over to me.

"What do you want.... here..?" asked Selena who sounded confused why I took her to the side of the house

"Look at the stars Selena... It's beautiful isn't it?" I asked her, Selena turned her eyes to look at the dark sky that night.

"The beautiful stars will disappear when the sun rises? in fact, we can appreciate the sun that has destroyed the starlight" I said again, slowly Selena turned her eyes to look at me as well as I was staring at her.

"What...you mean? I don't understand." asked Selena.

"The sun's light is eternal although sometimes it will disappear when night has arrived, in contrast to starlight that you may not meet again in the future. It's like where I am and your friends are, right?" I replied, Selena was pensive at that moment and then I sighed because she didn't seem to understand what I was trying to say.

"Selena.I am the star and your other friends are the sun, maybe your sun is currently covered with darkness of the night but believe me it will rise again when the time comes" I continued my words earlier

"You mean I should just let go of you missing out on my life?!! you don't want to know how sad I am if you.." Selena's not done yelling at me, I cut her off.

"I'll never know how you really feel, but you're not the only one who's going to be sad here. I'm sad to remember leaving you alone, Selena. I also often feel scared every day changing.." I timpalm, Selena was silent fixated on looking at me.

I smiled at him and then I said....

"All I can learn from my life is how to accept a situation without blaming reality" I told her, Selena's tears broke all at once.

I walked up to her and hugged her tightly, I couldn't keep her crying that night because I promised I wouldn't let tears drip down my cheeks. Just trying to soothe Selena's cry I can do to her, I want her to understand that nothing will ever last, including our togetherness in this world.
