Ccxvii Chapter
"We've agreed, so you have to keep your promise to me" he said smilingly looking at me.
"I understand, but if you betray the trust I've given you. I'll kill you with my own two hands" I took my eyes off him as I stepped my feet up following his footsteps on the side.
"Your name?"
"Sachi, Takaoka Sachi. And you little boy, what's your name? And how old are you?" my friend looked back at him.
"Egil, eight years. And vou? Your age?"
"Fifteen," I replied briefly as I looked back straight ahead.
"Again, I don't really care how old you are either" he said flatly.
"I feel like I'd really like to get you out of my sight right now" I said smilingly looking at him.
"Thank you, your words excited me," she smiled back at me.
"What are you two doing?"
There was a male voice coming from behind, I bowed my body turned to look at him who had stood looking at us in turn. My eyes turned to Egil who had walked over to him...
"Dad, are you looking for me?" he said that was answered by a slow nod from Niel.
"Where have you been?" he looked at his son.
"I was just talking to the brother. Isn't that right, Sachi?" he looked away and smiled at me.
"Don't approach strangers. We don't know what kind of bad influence he has for you," he said, taking his eyes off Egil as he moved his legs past.
"Alright Dad, I will follow all your orders," Egil continued walking past, appearing to see a faint smile coming out of his lips as our two eyes accidentally met.
"Damn it," I whispered slowly down as I firmly grasped both palms of my hands.
"He what? Did you say anything, brother?" back to Egil's voice, I suggest my body turn to look at him.
"No, I didn't say anything" I smiled back at him.
Egil turned back to walk after Niel, join me in following the footsteps of the two of them from behind. The light biases reflected by torches along the hallway, clearly show the carvings that are imprinted on the entire walls of the hallway...
The footsteps of the three of us halted, turning my gaze to the two guards standing before a white door that was in front of us. One of the guards turned around and opened the door, while the other guard bowed his body beside us.
Niel and Egil moved their legs back through the open door, joining me in following them in. Haruki, Izumi, Eneas and Daisuke were seated in each of the seats...
I stepped up and sat down beside Haruki, my gaze staring back at the middle-aged man who welcomed us earlier. I still stared, the man who turned his eyes away from my gaze...
"Please enjoy the dishes that we have prepared," said Niel as he moved his hand to reach the spoon lying not far from where he was sitting.
"Nothing happened to me."
"You sure? What about your wound?" sang stared at me.
"My wounds have healed nii-chan, I'm fine," I smiled at him.
"Dad, Sachi's brother told me that Dad disappeared because he wanted to have fun. Is that having fun?" egil's voice rang out, I immediately gave my head a look at him who also glanced at me.
"What did you tell my son?" niel said, directing her eyes to look at me.
"Is there something wrong with my words?" I said looking back at him.
Father and son damn it, his son wants to set me up while his own father... Aaahh why should I also meddle in their family drama.
