Haruki walked up to Hanbal who was getting down with one hand back to firmly press his stomach. Haruki's footsteps came to a halt as the arrow struck the ground before him.
Haruki directed his gaze towards me, then moved upwards. My eyes moved with his gaze, the man who had confronted me before stood on the wall behind with the bow in his hand.
I moved backwards to the wall behind me, my eyes still glancing upwards at the shoes the man was wearing.
I opened a leather bag with Lux and Uki inside. As if understanding the path of my mind, Lux flew upwards approaching the sole of the man's shoe. Lux moved her hand into the small bag hanging on her shoulder...
Lux flew slightly upwards and stopped next to the shoes the man was wearing. I narrowed my eyes to see a little more clearly, Lux moved her hand up and directed her hand towards the man's foot.
The man moved his legs rubbing against each other as Lux had flown away to the side. I raised my palm to the forehead, a very small needle had stuck to the palm of my hand.
I moved to the side, then lowered my head one-handedly down the shoes I was wearing. I pulled the small knife that was always tucked in there while my body stood up again.
The sound of falling objects sounded strong followed by dust flying around. The man fell face down in front with one hand still tightly grasping a bow.
The man tried to move with both hands but failed. He did it again, then fell back down. His head turned to look at Hanbal who had fallen face down onto the ground...
"Master!" His shout was strong as Haruki crouched down beside Hanbal's body.
My gaze was distracted at Izumi who had been standing before the men who had previously intended to gang up on Haruki. Izumi pointed the sword she was holding towards the men followed by a threatening tone that clearly sounded.
"Sir," said the fallen man, his body creeping on the ground with the help of his hands.
Haruki pulled his hand from Hanbal's face as he placed the spear he held onto the ground. Haruki's hand moved to undress the clothes he was wearing as he put his clothes on it covered Hanbal's face.
A state of silence, the sound of crying is faintly heard... Then it became clearer to make my hair goosebumps. The man in front of me was still creeping, the strong cry from him halting as he stopped creeping with his palm open towards Hanbal.
The men who were in front of Izumi, they all knelt down with palms covering their faces. Izumi lowered the sword she was pointing at the men as the sound of crying came out from their lips.
My body walked away from the wall as many men jumped into the field. They all walked up to Haruki and Hanbal who was still lying down. A bald-headed man sat crouching, his hands grabbing the arms of the man still lying on the ground.
The man walked by tapping his friend's body following the group that walked closer to Haruki. All of the men knelt down, roaring in tears with each palm covering their faces.
I turned around and walked closer to Izumi, Izumi grabbed my hand and held it firmly. He walked slowly with my hand, the closer we got... The stronger the sound of crying is also heard.
"We beg you" said a male voice followed by a cry.
"Let us pay our last respects to him" the other man continued in a voice that sounded raucous.
"I'm sorry" Haruki told them, bowing his body.
"Look at you like this. I feel like I have killed someone precious to you" Haruki said, lifting his body to look at the men in turn.
"Master, it's not just a master that we have to serve. But he is like our family" said the bald-headed man who had his friend.
"She, just wanted to protect this place. He just wants to protect those who are valuable to him" the man said.
"By allowing everyone to kill each other, the body is thrown away for food..."
"We had to do it!" The man's shout cut off Haruki's words, his face bowed with his arm occasionally rubbing his eyes.
"I understand," Haruki said with a long sigh.
The men raised their faces to look at Haruki. Haruki turned his head to look at us, Izumi pulled back my arm... My eyes still glanced at them as my legs moved closer and closer to Haruki.
"I will allow you to carry out the funeral procession, provided we also follow the procession" Haruki told them.
"We refused" said the bald-headed man.
"If you refuse, then he should be treated like the bodies of the other fighters" said Haruki, raising his arms crossed in the chest.
"You!"
"If you respect him, then you must respect all the decisions he makes in life. And you need to remember! I am, your Master now," said Haruki glancing towards Hanbal's corpse which was still lying by his feet.
