I rubbed my face as my eyes flickered a few times withstanding sleepiness, my eyes turned to the right, towards the Sun slowly rising in the far horizon across. “Ardenis, is in the North of the Empire, isn't it?” I tried to glance back as Izumi made a sound again.
“If we had to stop first at Leta, wouldn't we still pass through the Empire in the end?” Connect Izumi back.
“I did not expect if you are also interested in studying the territories of other Kingdoms, Izumi.”
“I was forced to study it because you always took us to a place that made no sense,” Izumi responded to Haruki's words.

Kou stopped before we approached the shoreline, I jumped down into the ocean, then swam back to the surface, staring at him who was flying with both my Big Brother and also Eneas on his back. “What you guys are doing, quickly get down!” My screams called out followed by my raised right hand waving towards them.

I turned my gaze to Lux who was flying over, “sorry, I forgot if you were on my shoulder, Lux,” I said by raising my two clinging hands.

The sound of alternating splashes of water rang out, in tandem with waves that slightly shook my body swimming in place. I turned to Haruki, Eneas and, “what are you doing, nii-chan?!” My head was raised again to Izumi who was still sitting on Kou's back to look at us.
“Do you not understand how heavy this bag is? If I swim while carrying it, I'm sure to drown,” Izumi shouted back from above.
“Give the bag to Kou. He'll throw the bag to the shore from above, we'll take it back when we swim there,”.
I swam, followed Haruki and also Eneas who had first reached the coast, “what are we going to do next? I don't know where we are now, and I can also confirm that we are getting further away from Ardenis,” Haruki said as I set foot on the beach.

I picked them up one by one before swimming back to the surface. “Nii-chan, Aeneas, come here!” I called out to those who were walking closer to me.
“Eat these scales,” I said by pointing the three scales in my hand towards them.

I nodded my head in response to Izumi's question, “humans will be able to breathe in the ocean if they eat it. In other words, a mermaid gave a little of her magic to a human who ate her scales.”
“All dugongs?”
“No, not everything. Only mermaids from among nobles, like Ebe and his Grandfather could do it. Don't ask too many questions, just eat. We don't have much time,” said I re-directed the scales to them.
Looking at those who took turns to take the scales, Haruki directed the scales closer to his mouth followed by Izumi and also Aeneas who had also done the same as him. “If you have finished eating it, follow me swimming into the sea,” I reveal swimming and then submerge my head back into it.
I turned around, looking at those who had been swimming behind me, “open your mouths,” my reply with a glare turned from them.
“Breathe and speak,” I said to them again.

“Kuro, approach!” I screamed again by raising my palm up.
“Choose one of the Hippocampus besides Kuro, choose by using your heart. If you feel it is suitable between you and the Hippocampus, touch his head and give them a name for a contract,” I said by swimming back to Kuro.
“What can an ordinary human being do?”
“What am I, not a human being?” I asked Haruki.
“You are human, just a little different,” Haruki revealed swimming closer.
“Why do you think we can do that too? I mean, you've already done a contract with Kou. So, I think it's only natural, if you can contract with any animal. As for us,” Haruki continued, he stopped in front of a blackish silver Hippocampus.
“Why not try it, nii-chan? I will explain everything, when you have done it,”, I said as Haruki returned a glance that glanced at me.
