"I'll be fine" I said again as the grip of his hand on my arm slipped off.
I walked away from Haruki, stopped my steps and sat down crouching before the two women. They were still prostrating with both hands covering their heads, my eyes turning to the middle-aged man who had been sitting silently looking at me...
My gaze returned to the two women, my palm touching the middle-aged woman's arm. His body was slightly jolted then curled up even more as I did so...
"No need to fear," I said softly to her, the middle-aged woman raised her head slowly at me.
The middle-aged woman sat up, her head still bowed while her hands grabbed the arm of the girl who was still prostrating beside her. The girl raised her face, I looked at the two of them for a long time...
I thrust out my right arm rubbing the dirt marks that were stuck on the middle-aged woman's face. The woman sat down and fell down with her arms covering her eyes...
I stood up with both hands holding the middle-aged woman's arms. The woman also stood with one hand holding tightly the hand of the girl who had also been standing next to her...
"Can aunt tell me what really happened? Who knows, among us, we can help you" I said holding the middle-aged woman's left hand.
The woman glanced to the left and then looked down again, her head shook with the stronger her hand in my hand. I sighed looking at him as I thrust my body to the left to block his eyes from the middle-aged man who was still looking at us...

"How dare you!" The male shout stopped the words of the middle-aged woman, I felt her fingers tremble as my grasp on her grew stronger.
"Chi-chan!" I screamed while my head looked back. Haruki turned around and walked up to the man known as the Chief, kicked by Haruki in the belly of the man until he fell to his knees before him.
"Hurry to finish everything, I don't want you to linger with them for long" Haruki turned to look at me.
"You see that, don't you? No one can hurt you, so tell me everything" I said, looking back at the middle-aged woman.
"This village, this damned village..." Revealing the middle-aged woman had stopped, she sighed as her head lifted looking at me.
"Cursed?" Reveal me who was answered by a nod of his head.
"This village, it has a curse that can put you to sleep. And if you fall asleep because of the curse, you won't wake up again" she said, wiping away her fallen tears.
"They die. If you fall asleep, you'll die... Please, wake up my sister before she dies," the cry of the girl standing before me broke, she grabbed and clasped my hand very tightly.
"Did the red patches on your body have anything to do with the curse?" I said looking at the two of them alternately, the middle-aged woman nodded back to look at me.
"If your body has those patches, then sooner or later... The curse will come..."
"So, in other words," I said cutting off his words that had stalled.
"We, have been cursed... Sorry, I shouldn't have held your hand" said the middle-aged woman who immediately let go and pulled the hand of the girl who was still holding my hand before.
"It's okay. I'll be fine" said I smilingly looking at him.
"The curse..." I looked up at the sky, my body turned back as I felt something pull my arm.
"What is nii-chan?" I looked at Haruki who was standing behind me.

"I'm sorry. I subconsciously almost did it," I said grasping my right arm as Haruki let go of his grasp.
"Do you know what's going on?" He glanced at the middle-aged woman standing behind me.

"The round container made of wood, the container covered with red cloth," whispered Lux in reply.
"Round container, red cloth," I said as I focused my gaze into my bag.
"Yet," I said again as I lifted a round object covered in red cloth from the bag.
"What's that thing for?" Said Haruki grabbing the thing from my hand.
"That's glue. And of course, I need it to catch something," I said, reaching back from Haruki's hand.
