Fake Princess

Fake Princess
CCCXII Chapter

"You're saying if the Queen protects this place with magic, aren't you?" I looked at him, I took my legs alternately up the stairs.

"The Queen's magic only served to protect this place, and it had already become their hereditary power. If you wish to use the Queen's magic for battle, it's impossible" he said, stepping beside me.

"I really didn't expect there to be a Kingdom of Women like this place" I said, turning my eyes to the faraway arrangement of the house.

"I, too, felt the same way as you did when you first came here..."

"Well, how did you get here?" I turned to look at him.

"My engagement came from someone living across the ocean, I don't know... However, the ship I was riding to meet my future husband was drowned. And when I realized... Me, and a few other women had regained consciousness in front of the waterfall" he said, raising his head.

"But I was very surprised when the four men survived. Because, every male stranded here, will enter the forbidden area. I don't really understand why it's called a forbidden area, but as far as I can tell if men have gone in there... Impossible to get out alive..."

"Did the Queen also create the place?"

"The first queen who created it, all these places were created by the first Queen."

"I'm sorry if I ask too many questions" I said, looking straight ahead.

"It's okay, because it's been a long time since I've been talking to other women like this" she said smilingly looking at me.

"Nii-chan is?" Reveal me when I looked at Haruki, Izumi, Zeki, and Aydin walking over while talking about something.

"What are you doing? You haven't recovered yet" Izumi turned to look at us.

"I met the Queen earlier" I said walking up to them.

"How are you doing?" Reveal Haruki while placing one of his palms on my forehead.

"I'm fine, I don't even feel any pain at all" I said as Haruki lowered his hand back down from the top of my forehead.

"You've been unconscious for three days Princess, I really miss you."

"Step closer to him, I'll make sure your head drifts right now and Aydin, too" said Zeki pulling the collar of the clothes that Aydin was wearing back.

"Three days? Is that true?"

"The poison from the arrow is very strong, humans will die immediately when the arrow sticks in his body. Therefore, Queen Alelah was amazed when you received three arrows at once," said Haruki crossed his arms in the chest.

"Do you think this has anything to do with Kou? I mean, he used to drink Kou's blood, right?"

"See, maybe," Haruki continued chiming in on Izumi's question.

"And also, I've finished our business here. We will leave immediately after your condition has completely improved," Haruki said, lowering his arms and turning to walk away.

I turned back, Callia bowed her body towards me. I turned back and then stepped in Haruki's footsteps, my body slightly jolted as I felt something tickle my left palm.

I turned around for a moment to look at Zeki who was smiling at me, again I felt something tickle my left palm. I felt a firm grip on my left palm as I turned back towards Zeki who had thrown his gaze away avoiding.

My footsteps came to a halt as the palm of my hand Zeki held was pulled back. I looked back at him who had raised his index finger close to his lips.

"Where do you want to take me?" Whisper me while grabbing his arm that grasps my hand.

"To some interesting place that I found," he said slowly without looking back.

"Go here, and be careful," he said, further strengthening his grasp as we both descended the stairs I had passed before.

Zeki pulled my hand to the right, he stepped to the side of the cliff. I followed him as he turned around with both hands pointing at me... Slowly, I went down the cliff while both of my hands clasped firmly.

"Where exactly do you want to take me?" I said back to him as Zeki led me into the bushes on the edge of a collapsed building under a cliff.

"Look over here" he said, pulling my hand and placing it on a square stone slab attached to the collapsed building.

"I found it while I was going around looking for information" he turned to look at me.

I stepped closer to the stone slab, my fingers that had been there I passed through the stone slab...

"I need a light, a light that moves all doubts."

"Can you read it?" Reveal it, I answered the question with a nod of my head.

"I need a light, a light that can move all doubts," I said again saying the carving on the stone in a different language.

"Is this like a proverb or something?"

"Eitherway. Even though Callia told me all about this place, I still feel like there's something unreasonable here. Yes even though, the world out there is as absurd as here," I said returning his gaze.

"Did you bring your sword Zeki," I said back to him.

"What do you want to do with that sword?"

"Injure my hand" I said in reply.

"Repeat, I didn't hear it."

"Injure my hand with your sword" I said back to him.

"Did you feel unconscious when your head hurt?!" He pinched my cheek strongly.

"Not that, you see clearly at the end of the stone," I pointed towards a small, almost invisible carving at the end of the square stone slab.

"What is written there?" Zeki narrowed his eyes as his face approached the stone.

"Losing is like losing a life. You'll die if you lose a lot of blood, won't you?"

"You will also die immediately if you lose your head," he said further strengthening the pinch he did on the cheek.

"You're right too" I said, clasping his arm.

"Then? Do you know what that writing means?" My welcome back to him.
